Bio:
Little bit about myself,
I worked out regularly up until April if last year. I broke 5 ribs, and did something to my same side shoulder.
Needless to say I was down for the count!
I indulged in a 12 pack of beer a day, ate a lot, and really let it go. (Cooped up in the house really gets to you)
So, I'm back at it, trying to get right!

Day 1: today is day one, man are there lots of pills to take in the morning! Eggs and toast for breakfast, bottle water, and GO!

So, This morning breakfast and my first EPI pill.

come lunch time i take my second and last of the day for this week.
Feels like im getting hungrier for some reason. Maybe a mind trick?
healthy dose of chicken salad for lunch.

About 4:30 and i got antsy and wanted to hit the gym a little earlier.
Got to the gym and started in on my Chest and arms Hypertrophy day

First Set: 6 sets of 3 reps dumbbell press

2x 65x3
2x 70x3
2x 75x3
At this point, IM PUMPED!!
This is never really an issue, but today i was pumped bad!
only had 1000mg of taurine in me.

I managed to work through the rest of my workout, meeting Failure around every corner being pumped so hard.

Finally i skipped some sets and went and did abs

I was warned EPI would pump me and it would happen fast. I just didnt expect it this fast!

Im going to load up on taurine this week at 4000mg a day 2000 before workout and drop back to 2000 mg a day next week.

Other then that, no results. just pump.
Got a good dinner tonight (I know I'm on a cutting cycle, dinner was only 530 calories, and very filling!)

Concentrate on one or the other you want to lose approx 10lbs fat and gain 10lbs muscles that's hard on a 12 week cycle of test and tren let alone 6 weeks of epi at mild doses

I wouldn't taper down the last week, it is just cheating yourself out of the 6th week honestly. I would dose 30/30/45/45/45/45. Always taper anabolics up and taper your serm down is a good rule to follow

Day 2:
Today was a rest day, but I felt pretty good. So I went to the gym this morning to finish what I couldn't yesterday due to pump!
Yep, pump is back!
Man it feels good, but limits me.
Didn't dose taurine yet today as it wasn't time, but can say it will be my best friend!

Did some pull ups dips spider curls and dumbbell concentration curls today, then abs.

Calculated body fat

Chest : 16
Abs: 30
Thigh: 25

Calculated to 20.84% BF

My muscles are tight. On day 2. Even trainer that measured me noticed.

I'm hoping by the end of these 6 weeks I can build 5 lbs of lean muscle and lose 5% BF or more.

Tomorrow is power day, will update then.

Let's just start with... HOLY CRAP.
This morning, normal morning, little late, around 8:45 I was finally moving out of bed (sore), good dreams, and a pretty wife makes it hard not to stay in bed.

Went food shopping today, spent to much...
Started getting paranoia that my blood pressure was high, walking around Walmart sweating lol.
(No bp machine there, so I purchased a manual bp cuff and stethoscope. Couldn't figure out how to work it, so I went and checked out rite aid.

121/71. Good range. I'm fine, no more anxiety!

Went home, spent a few hours pre making meals for the next couple days.
5:20 comes around. Took my Epi, along with 1000mg of taurine. And other cycle stuff!
Holy hell, I felt like a monster in the gym. ENDLESS REPS
Today was power day upper body with bunch of auxiliary workouts.
Flat dumbbell bench: 3 sets of
80x5 85x5 80x5
Figured I would be pumped like usual, (thank you taurine).
Nope,
Rack chins
3x12, still good to go!
Overhead dumbbell press: 3 sets of 70x5 70x5 65x5
(Right side weaker for sure from my injuries)

None the less, skull crushers, sit ups,
I couldn't wear myself out. Dips, finally my wife texted me..
Been there 2 hours! Wow.. Felt nothing but like I just got there, doing more reps heavier weight.
This stuff really affects me quick!

I feel so good!
Tomorrow is lower lower body, exciting!

On day 3, with the way I'm feeling... I see only better days to come!

I cant help to say though, i feel a bit more tired at times, Energy the others. Not sure if epi is making me extra hungry or not.

Good Morning! Day 4, here we go!
So far so good.
4 egg white omelette with cheese and wheat bread and some water.

Today is going to be lower power day. Exciting!
If I feel anything more today than I did yesterday I may be picking up the WHOLE squat rack!

Man, 8 pills in the morning, lunch, dinner and just a few at bed is a lot!

Oh well!
Feeling great so far (10am). Will update later.

DAY 4 Continued:

Today, Man.. its been weird. I have been aggravated at everything. UFC Video game makes me want to rage... [Dont play video games much, i suck]

Today i was more hormonal than the wife...
took the family for ice cream, that made me feel better [ been craving ice cream for some reason... i dont even like sweets]

GYM:
Didnt go all to well motivational wise, with my bad day and all.. I still felt great, was able to bang out reps, and stay more than ready for another set.
I keep having to remind myself enough is enough. or else i just keep going.
Taking 1000mg of taurine 30 minutes to an hour before the gym also helps big time im thinking!

I have a constant urge to be in the gym though. feel like it is never enough. This being day 4, i am seeing it affecting me much faster than other reviews i have read. Must be because it is my first time.

Tomorrow is Day off, Will update on how the day goes.
Will do some auxillary abs workouts.

I'm going to do Arnold's blueprints. Where overtraining is OK!
one day off a week.
If I don't train while I m on this stuff. I'm gonna go crazy. It's midnight and I just wanna lift.

I never went over 30mg on my cycles, but I was able to gain 5-6lbs of solid mass in 4 weeks.

That is great to hear!
I am going to be going to 40 for the remaining 5 weeks so maybe it'll help a bit. The way 30 affects me though makes me wonder if the sides are gonna be harsh.

I currently weigh 220.

I'm on a cut, I'm going to do 2 weeks Arnold blueprint phase 2 cut, then I'm going to do 2 weeks mass building.

thanks, i dont have any before pictures, but sunday i will post day 7 pictures, and every week thereafter. Skin is getting a tad tighter, my core is my weak area for sure for my BF.
Im excited for what week 6 is gonna have me looking like. The way i can pound it in the gym is insane! i may burn out, but 3 minutes later i am just like fresh.

Yea, I feel like super sets with little weight on

I did 115

15x
Chin up

10x
Chin up

8- failed dropped to 95lbs finished off

6x

3x


That superset made me feel more accomplished than anything!

Then the dumbbell pullover/cable cross/pull up tri set.
I could feel myself grow.
If I workout like that every day.. Wow!
Probably going to have to up my calories, I didn't stop sweating the whole time.

I was doing a high rep protocol going to failure every set for like 3 or 4 weeks but then the strength just starting coming on and I can't help but throw the heavy weights

DAY 6:
Ahhh, I have noticed, the taurine at 1000mg takes the edge off (but I like it)!
Today went around the same as every other. Woke up a little sore, seem to get some headaches. Thinking it is because I'm only intaking 2000 calories a day...

Not much difference in my body. No big changes, weight fluctuates between 220 to 224. Ugh...

I do feel my muscles getting tighter. I am hitting the gym hard for about 1-2 hrs everyday with a day off once a week.

GYM: In the gym I'm off the walls.
While didly doesn't squat, and mc.textonthebench jerk off, I go in and sweat from 2 minutes in till 2 after I leave!

My strength hasn't really improved, but as far as recovery... I recover fast as hell. Feel a tad sore every morning but that's it. Even pushing lightweight massive reps in super sets till failure.

I look forward to upping the dose Sunday.

Day 7: tomorrow is a day off from the gym, few hour drive to visit family for in laws birthdays!
Push ups sit ups in the foreseeable day tomorrow.
Back at it Sunday at 40mg.

Will update tomorrow night.

Day 7: continued

Today was off day at gym/birthday at in laws house.
Well they didn't have a/c today, and the temp decided to stick around 90. I was dripping sweat all day. I think epi makes me more hot than usual.
Nothing drastic today, ready to get back into the gym, although tomorrow is gonna be a mixed up day as I messed up my schedule with the birthdays.
Started this week at 30mg.
The course of the week has been great, my recovery, motivation, sets... Have been through the roof. Exciting to go up to 40.
My libido has also been screaming! Young guy, it's already high...

As for physical changes, none are really happening right now, although my shoulders/Lats are coming in a bit more.
The way I have felt on 30mg a day, another 10 I believe will set the edge and I will be kicking ass and taking names.
I'm thinking around week 3 I will see some major changes.

Weight: hasn't changed much, still around 220-224. Fluctuates daily.

As for side effects:
I haven't any hair loss or acne.
I believe I felt a faint amount of lethargy, (depending on the mood of the day) normal though. With a few mood swings. Not sure I can blame it on the PH though quite yet.
Libido has been sky high.

That's a wrap for day 7.

Debating if I should continue a daily log throughout the whole process or drop off some weeks.
Don't see to much interest.
We shall see though, it does keep my honest.

We may not reply all the time but I do definitely watch this thread every time you post in it. I am personally interested in this log because I plan on doing an Epi cycle like 2-3 months from now. So I will be glad if you keep the daily log coming in.

DAY 8: so far today, has been a normal old day!
Little unmotivated, I'm gonna base that off my 50g of crab or less diet for past two days!

I keep checking the scale and I won't lose weight.
Only day 8, but I'm also going to base that on muscle gain.
I have been shaping shoulders, lats/traps and arms pretty well.
Legs are ok, and my weak area is still stomach and sides.
Where all the weight went to..

It's only noon right now and I don't usually hit gym until around 6pm. Gym isn't big enough and when I'm super setting I can't wait.
I'm in the process of maybe switching gyms.

Headed to mow yard, will update after workout.

DAY 8 CONT:
So today was good.
Up to 45mg a day, and I'm not sure I see much of a difference yet.
I have lost some motivation, bit of lethargy. As I said it has to be due to low carbs low calories.
I am carb hungry.
Oh well! I sweat a lot as well.

Not much to note today except the wife yelling at me for scalping a section of the grass while mowing.

GYM:
Today was full of super sets!
Low weight high reps, as has been for days, my endurance is massive. But I quickly pump up.
Even at 2000mg of taurine a day.
After a minute of rest I'm good to blast back at it, only thing is I'm only good for a few reps and I'm done (story of my life?)
Ha! Seriously though, I'm going to move up to 4000mg a day of taurine to see if that fixes the pump.
The pump is not terrible, just hinders me. Not lower back, for me it is arm pump. Biceps.

I haven't done to many strength lifts as that defeats my purpose.

For the sake of this log when I do, I will post comparisons.

Overall with side affects: little bit of lethargy(nothing major)increased libido, no hair loss, no super increased BP.
I walk out of the gym feeling like I can do more! My regime is hard, nonstop super sets etc..
I wake up fully recovered in the morning, and I think about lifting all the time.

Definitely gives you the mental motivation.

Coming off these injuries, almost a year out of the gym, I feel so good.

Woke up late this morning. Tired!
Breakfast, and getting the day kicked off.
Going to go look at a different gym today.

Coming off these injuries, almost a year out of the gym, I feel so good.
I'm loving the pump and the recovery on my Epi is great.
I know how you feel I'm coming off a 2nd surgery to repair a fully ruptured pec finally pushing pre surgery weight on alot of lifts

Day 9 cont:
Still not seeing fat burning results really, seeing definition in my traps lats and chest.
Arms are coming in a bit better, like I said, my weak spot is my stomach and sides from the time I had out.
I carry most of my BF there.

Maybe I'm not seeing it because I look at myself everyday.
Need to catch up on pictures and post up.

Still looking fat in my mind.

Today "was" leg day, so I decided to do all abs and mid section/lower back today.
Then bring legs to 1 day a week. To better target what I am trying to.

Gym was pretty quiet, don't know very many good ab mid section workouts, I did decline 3/4 sit ups, roughly 300
Leg lifts 50
Crunch 50
Side bend with weight

Stick twists 100
Bicycle machine 10 minutes

I have trouble on abs due to the broken ribs.
Although I have had enough time out, they get very sensitive and give me sharp pains.

Did some lower back lifts, deadlifts 185x10 3x

Still bit of lethargy nothing anyone couldn't get passed.all in all a productive day, just left feeling I could do more.

Yea, ribs super sore.
I'm thinking from the stick twists.
They just don't like being turned!
Since they hurt, I'm gonna work them again tomorrow till they hurt worse.
I think a lot of it has to do with when I broke them, I have crutched that side ever since.
It's been a year, so I am gonna push them till they stretch

Yea maybe!
Real sore now! Broke 5, so they are a bit touchy.
They only start to hurt when I start working and twisting. Don't wanna hurt myself, but also don't want to limit myself based on soreness!

I have a good perception of my body. I won't go overboard as I want to finish my cycle while meeting my goals.

This picture is day 1-7
No sucking in, no tricks no flex.

Last year when I broke my ribs I was at 12% BF and in killer shape.

After all my downtime, I am at 20.84% and fat. Or on the verge of it.

My goal is to tighten up, no set weight loss goal anymore. No set gains.
Just work as hard as I can to meet a acceptable end goal.
