Got my bottle in yesterday which was an off day, but when ahead and took a 2 caps yesterday 1 noon another preworkout. Did the same today. While on this I will be shooting or more of a recomp/lean bulk more than anything. Dealing with a couple of small nagging injuries the last couple of days but if I can get them to subside I will be staying the course on my current program. Push Pull Legs 3days power followed by 3days hypertrophy followed by an offday. Depending on how my body feels sometime I will take another rest day between the 2 cycles but at the least I get in 6 workouts every 8 days. I will be eating slightly above maintenance and fairly clean. I will try to post my workouts daily but I will update my feelings on the product about 2-3 times a week. Todays workout was kind of a deload at the end of a microcycle.

Yesterday was supposed to be a Power Pull Day, but I switched it up a little I worked heavy on back exercises but went with a lot of volume on my bis. No noticeable effects from the tri sarm yet, but I wouldn't expect any to show up for around 10-14 days. Having some personal issues hopefully they wont effect my wokouts, its effecting how I eat so im trying to find ways around it till I can get to a specialist.

Day 5 of Tri-SARM and vascularity is up a little no other noticeable effects quite yet, had a couple great workouts the past couple days but Im not sure if that can be attributed to this or not.

this is the only hormonal product im using other than a pwo and protein stuff currently. I usually keep it pretty basic or my income usually keeps it basic lol. At the moment im using Kill It PWO, Whey Isolate and protein bars from MyProtein and some cycle support supps. I have a bottle of Laxacrine coming in next week sometime, I hear its supposed to help with joint pain and cortisol control so looking forward to that.

Thanks, work has been really slow lately so I sit at home most days have to do something with all that energy. Found a lot of motivation lately and have really been putting everything I have into the gym. Seen some really good gains over the past couple of months.

Today is an off day hit some legs yesterday. Felt pretty good, but I needed this off day my body was feeling pretty broken down. Nothing to note from Tri SARM yet hoping some effects will show up next week, I get to go visit the family and go to a gym at the lake which is an old school type that I love. hammer strength machines old musty smell.

Hit a power pull workout today. Felt pretty good its day 8 or Tri-Sarm and ive noticed weight starting to feel lighter and im packing on some clean mass ive went up in weight but not a lot of extra fat on my body at all. When I left the gym tonight the scale said 211, I had just drank 2 shakers of water and a protein shake but still up a little in just 8 days.

I went in and hit some Legs early this morning, I hate early workouts it seems like it takes me forever to get in a groove, also it seemed like everybody wanted to stop me and chat while I was there.....that's why I wear headphones but they weren't having it this morning.....
I haven't felt TriSARM kick in yet but im expecting it to pretty soon I know Ostarine is said to take a couple weeks and ive read S4 usually takes around 10 days. So hopefully when I get back from my mini Vacay next Saturday it will be going full force. I am gaining some quality mass it seems like the scale is going up daily, but I may add some HIIT cardio in next week to shed some fat and see exactly how good this compound is at adding mass while burning fat. If I start losing weight or strength ill cut the cardio, my goal right now is 230 before I start a cut, the gym scale said 212.6 this AM.

Almost to the 2 week mark and I definitely feel like im really starting to shed some fat even though my diet isn't really dialed in. Gym workouts are going to be tough this week visiting family and the nearest gym is about 30 miles from me. Gonna try to get in 3 workouts over the next 6 days if I can.
One thing to note for me is I am having a slight bit of vision problems, nothing serious or crazy but if I go from a light to dark room it takes quite a bit longer for them to adjust. When waking up in the middle of the night as well things look much much darker. After doing some research this is pretty common with the S4 froom what ive read.

I didn't log my last chest workout, and I don't have my log book here but what I can say is I feel much stronger I pyramided on DBs from 60-80 for 4 sets of at least 8 reps each. On flat bench I hit a lot of reps with weight from 185-225 5 or 6 sets no less than 8 reps and I never really strained or had to push real hard.

Now that you mention it I noticed the eyesight thing too. I work in a dark radar room and whenever I see light you'd thin I'm a vampire haha.

Yeh It was a little strnge at 1st, but I looked into it and saw it was pretty normal for s4. I went and got a quick little pump workout in with my little brother today didn't do anything crazy, didn't use a preworkout or eat before lifting so I was kinda dragging but I did feel really strong and looking in the mirror I seem to be leaning out despite eating junk and lots of other stuff while staying at moms lol.

Back in the gym today and had a really good workout I felt strong. Being out o the gym I really thought that my bench numbers would dip for a few days like always but I seemed to pick up fairly close to where I left off. It seems like this is really helping preserve muscle and strength while taking a few days off and eating junk as well. I added cardio back in today and gonna dip calories for a bit to see how much it helps with leaning out while keeping strength.

This week has been more of a deload week than anything. been going in and lifting whatever I felt like doing. Havent felt real well all week fighting off a summer cold I think. As far as Tri Sarm goes it really has seemed to keep my strength up while eating less cals this week and last. im going in to do some legs tonight so ill update tomorrow on how that went

Motivation has been lacking this week but ive managed to drag myself into the gym everyday so far. Hopefully getting back on a program next week will help me get back in the groove. Hit some legs yesterday and will be going in for some shoulders here in about 2 hrs. Feeling strong don't feel like I dropped off much even with the vacation all y lifts seemed to hold their places. Im still dosing at 2 caps a day AM PM, but am considering adding in a 3rd.

If I figured correctly im right at the halfway point of the bottle. Depending on how I feel tomorrow I will be restarting my mass program either tomorrow or Monday. Days 1-3 will be strength based and 4-6 will be hypertrophy based. So far im still feeling really good in the weight room. Only side effect to date still is the vision aspect. When I go inside from a sunny day im dang near blind for about 1-2 minutes I can make out shapes etc but forget trying to read anything. This week calls for 4 sets of 3 on 4 exercises for strength day. This will be a good gauge on how my strength has maintained over the past 2 weeks while not getting the cals I really needed.

Went and hit some heavy push today, I really am liking this stuff for the most part. The vision issues are pretty rough when going from light to dark spaces and the last few nights ive noticed some heartburn and stomach pains not sure if that is this or not. But I am making some good gains and trimming some fat.

Today is an off day, and I didn't keep up with the few hypertrophy day workouts except some of the push day. I will say im noticing that even though im not making HUGE jumps in overall max numbers the heavier weight is going up much easier it seems. I have added a significant amount of bodyweight as well without a whole lot of fat. I feel like the tri sarm is just now really kicking in.
Side Effects- eyes are still the same slight trouble adjusting to severe light changes, had some really bad heartburn last few nights and I usually never get heartburn not sure if that is this or not, slight and I mean very slight lethargy no where near the kind of a PH but still there.

My benchpress from Thursday was 245 x10 , 225 3x10

Didn't feel great today, but had a decent workout. The product is really kicking I can feel it when going heavy the reps are coming easier, 275 still feels heavy as **** when I unrack it and lower it but it goes up without any problems. Nearing the end of the bottle and thinking about snagging another bottle up and making this an 8-9 week run. Didn't warm up sufficiently and had some slight shoulder pain or I think the bench numbers would have been a tad bit better.

Weight seems like its increasing a little every week and the reps are getting easier. I went in late last night for legs and fixin to get ready now to go hit some chest tris and shoulders. Vision has been slightly better than the 1st few weeks.

Coming to the end of the bottle I think I have a few days left, but I feel like it has been a very successful run. I ran most of the bottle at 2 caps a day and it shined, I will definetly be running 2 bottles of this next time maybe going with 3 caps a day on my next bulking phase. I went in today and did heavy legs had a great workout and I needed it with all the crap that's been going on in my personal life atm its starting to weigh pretty heavy so a good PR for reps squat made it a little better.

I took my last dose day before yesterday, after 2 days the sides of S4 have already subsided which is great that it only took that long to get back to normal. This was a very successful run, I hope I can maintain all the gains I made after a slight injury to my back Monday.

Starting Weight was between 204-207 Stepped on the scale today at 212 pretty lean gains as well BF% has stayed the same of not dropped slightly

Bench Press- Last workout was 285 x5 275 4x4 pretty big improvement here if my back was 100% I feel confident I could hit 300 for 4-5
Squats- Hit 365 for 3 reps after 315 4x5 going to attempt a ORM of 420 next week ( this was the biggest improved lift it got better every week)

Overall this was pretty much all positive great lean gains and strength jumps. Not AAS jumps but for a 30-45 day cycle im extremely happy. No lethargy, no liver/organ pains, no BP spikes, just some slight vision problems but not anything crazy. Thanks Primeval and looking forward to your future products already picked up another bottle of this for a winter bulk.
