Hey guys and gals lets try this again. Hopefully without getting locked down. So I received my supps from SSS Friday while I was on vacation and now that I am back home I am super excited to get this GAIN TRAIN started. Here's how I plan to run the cycle as of now.

On Cycle:
Andro The Giant - 3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3
Super Mandro - 3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3
AR1MACARE PRO - 4/4/4/4/4/4/4/4
Letrone - 0/0/0/0/1/1/1/1

PCT:
SUP3R PCT - 4/4/4/4
Rebirth - 2/2/2/2
Follidrone - 2/2/2/2
Letrone - 1/1/1/1

I am going to try and not run the Letrone until the second half of the cycle then thru the PCT. If I have to use it before oh well better safe than sorry and buying another bottle won't run me too much. The only difficult thing about all these pills are when in the hell do I take them all. I am guessing ATG and SM I can take one of each at lets say 8am-2pm-8pm. Then dose the AP @9pm a little before bed and the Letrone at the same time when need. Does this sound good for the timing? Also would there be any advantage to me using the rest of my OSTAR1NE I have left over? If so, how should I use it exactly? Before I even begin taking 1-andro and 4-andro or with them? Also would taking the Letrone a little sooner aid or hurt me, since this stuff seems to be very potentially anabolic? Thanks again for all of the help.

I would dose PH's am,pm, and before bed. Dose ARimacare Pro Between first and 2nd dose with noon meal. I would do AP at half dose and run all the way thru pct. those andro's are pretty mild to most. You can always up it if you need to. Save the Letrone for at least a week. Start it at 1 cap per day. I would dose it in the AM. I'll let a SARM expert answer about the Ostarine. As far as Letrone, give the PH's some time to work before starting it. It will help you a lot during pct too!

Damage control is fine. With Letrone you won't need an arimastane product.

Yeah wait on the Letrone for a week or two. It will take a bit for estrogen levels to rise and you don't wanna tank estrogen completely. Remember, Letrozone is strong so start with 1 cap and go from there. It will last you 30 days @ 2 or 60 @ 1. Good lu ck on your cycle. Should be a great run.

Thank you sir. I will get on it right away. I am going to take my first dose in the morning I can't wait. Also is it best to get off of pre workout and no2s for a while?

It can be if your blood pressure spikes. Some people get that some don't. I skip pre's until PCT. just my preference.

Also do I take the dosages with or without food?
Letrone doesn't matter. Everything else have some food in your stomach. Helps absorption. I like to take fish/flax oil and protein shake with my morning ph and then with meals.

Looking forward to seeing your log and progress. I've never tried PHs before but Super Mandro has caught my eye. I'm looking into trying it out sometime in the next couple of months after I'm done with my Osta Shred. I'm no expert but I was given the advice of using a SERM after using the products you had mentioned, even though they are considered mild PHs. Are you going to do any blood tests? Thanks.

I would have loved to get blood work done before my cycle but I am itching to pull the trigger on starting it so badly I don't think I can wait lol. I do tend however to do bloods probably around week 6 as I feel this will be the peak of the cycle or either I'll wait until the end of the cycle what do y'all think I should do? And the of course after pct.

And that concluded that tough ass workout. Short breaks, lots of sweat, and pushing my muscles to their limits. Hopefully it will result in some GAINS haha. Also went back to the gym with the gf and did some legs with her. I am not sure if this stuff makes you sweat, but holy jesus. Ever since I started taking the 1 and 4 Andros I seriously sweat non stop it is almost like there is a thermogenic effect to one or both of them.

i was actually planning to do mandro and the giant stack for my first cycle. i even have both of these on hand. but i decided to change up giant for androvar (epiandro) cause i have pubertal gyno and i dont wanna deal with 4andro gyno risk that comes with giant. i'll be starting my cycle in about two weeks. ill make sure to follow your log. hope everything goes well

Hey man overall I think I gained around 10lbs most of which wad muscle, but also my diet was crap compared to now. The strength I gained was awesome which could have been the laxogenin a little too.

How much were you able to keep after pct? And what was your dosage and cycle duration?
Also I know a lot of people say they get shutdown and also see some estro like side effects with ostarine. Did you see these sides?

I kept all of it, but that's because I kept eating decent and killing it in the gym. I did 10mg for 2 weeks then 20mg the rest for 8 weeks total. I took AR1MACARE PRO the whole time. I thought I was getting a slight estrogen sides with the "itchy" nips, but I think it was more of a mind thing because they stayed normal the whole time. So suppressive I would say it is, but badly suppressive no. But then again everyone is affected differently. So start out low and taper your dosage about every two weeks like this start out with 5mg if you can. I used OSTAR1NE from Olympus Labs so the mg is 5. Just take that for two weeks and feel it out. If you honestly feel like everything is good no suppression then come up another 5mg. You CAN run ostarine and have success at a low dose. But just keep tapering every two weeks, only if you don't feel the suppression and you're wanting a little more out of it. Now at 15mg I would probably stop there for your first cycle of it. If I was to do another cycle of it I would probably stay at 15mg. I feel like 20mg was just a little too much it could have been in my head, but I really won't know until I run ostarine again. So man run it and taper up if you feel the need, train your ass off and eat like a damn horse. You will be surprised what it will do for you. People kind of underestimate it sometimes, but if you do run it make a log I would love to listen in and watch you make some great gains.

And that was a wrap guys and gals. Seriously was the toughest chest and arms workout I have ever been apart of. I will post up my insane leg workout tomorrow that I did today. Woo was that hard as crap or what lol. Also just wondering if anyone can chime in on this. About an hour ago I got a sharp pain near my nipple area I'm thinking, but it immediately went away. I know it's only been a week and a day, but should I start thinking about beginning my Letrone yet? Well it actually help me make more or less gains in lean muscle mass? Thanks again

I'm much more a newb than an expert, but I'd guess that if you're feeling the effects of the 4-andro, then it's converting to test and you should start your AI (Letrone). Maybe you could start with 1 EOD and see how that treats you.

Cool--interested to see how it goes. I think you're supposed to dose it in the morning if you're only doing 1 per day

Well I went ahead and took my first dose about 30 minutes before my second dose of ATG & SM. So we will see if the couple little pains I have had today go away. Honestly tho it could be from killing chest maybe. What do y'all think?

Alright guys and girls, just did chest and arms again this week and holy crap. I started out with incline dumbbell press last time I warmed up then did 80s eight times. This time I grabbed the 85s and pressed them out for an astounding 12 reps....YES TWELVE REPS Woooohooo ? so I must say I am amazed by the strength increase already. Now I can't give all the credit to the supplements because I have kind of been strength training with my new partner. But no doubt it has helped increase my power quite a bit. Also seeing a slight increase in weight. My chest is getting a little fuller and more rounded as well as my shoulders and arms.

Yes sir. So far the strength increase on almost every lift has been the biggest notice and I have gained 5lbs. I am going to start writing out my workouts again I have just got busy with busting out some hard workouts and work. No lethargic feeling as of yet. My libido has even increased over what it was before and I must say it was very high before this cycle, so I was impressed by that.
