1, 4-andro and androvar log

Well I started taking 1, 4-andro and androvar. Today is day 15.

I started with
1-adro at 240mg aday for first 14days just upped it to 360mg

4-andro started with 400mg for first 14days just went to 600mg.

Androvar started with 2 tabs aday then on day 8 went to 3 tabs. Should I bump up to 4 tabs?

First week went pretty good nothing huge tosave other then big arm pumps and chest pumps.

7-14 days that's when the magic happened.Squat went up about 20 pounds deads didn change lost grip at 365 from forarm pump.
I've been working with db bench press last month started off at 80s 8/6/4 and I was spent. Well on day 10 I believe it was I hit 80s for 10/10/10/11 huge gain there felt great.
Bicep and forarms have a lot more veins running threw them been eating like a mad man. Sex well since I'm 24 didn't think it would change much but I was WRONG damn thing won't stay away from my wife.

So far gained about 3 pounds went from 174 to 177 did get some bloat last couple days damn soy sauce taste so good I don't want to cut it.

Do have picture if it wasn't so big and my phone wasn't so dumb I'd post it. Really looking forward to the next couple weeks.


Does anyone think I should bump up to 4 tabs a day with the adrovar?

In. Will be starting the same cycle in July. Good luck my man. I will be running 300mg of each for 8 weeks and Nolva for pct. I MIGHT ramp up the epiandro going into the last couple depending how I feel.

Day 16 had ok squat day upped weight to 225 4x3 with 2 second pause at the bottom. Pause really kills my legs and ass.
Then had old guy calling me out on dips saying that's what makes a man of you. And he's never seen me doing them. Well just to shut him up I did 20 with 25lbs 20-35lbs and then he walked away as I was grabbing the 45. I think he got the point real quick.

Later that day had my heart beating pretty hard so I went back to 3 pills of androvar and 2 of 4-ad.

Day 17 chest and tris.

All I know should of ate more night before.
Warmed up with 2 x 5 with 185 then went to db press. Did 90x7 never moved 90s before. 80sx10 70sx10.

On to tries did laying tri ext. 25x15 30x15-3 did behind the head ext. Liggt weight 45s just getting full stretch.

Back to chest with cable flys did 30x15 40x15 50x12 just to see how 60 felt did 10 nice reps then half assed 2 more.

Finished off with cable tri push downs 150x10-3 set


Day 18 off
At work now watching it rain so not much today other then eat

Day 19

Dead lift 135x10 225x10 315x10 315x4 lost grip again idk what's going on with my right arm. Going to start working forarms on Monday's with squat.

Bent over bb rows 135x10-3
Vbar row 45x20 90x15 115x10-2 115x16 next week will go to 3 plates

Probably won't deadlift next back day may do rack pulls and hammer my grip strength.

Didn't have time for pull up to many kids this morning plus old guys stand around and talk to me way too much.

Almost out of my first battle of 1-andro think I will order another bottle

Did you bump the epi to 400mg?

I did for 2 days and had my heart hammering all night. I'm going try again and space them more out. Last time I did 2 when I woke up one at 5 and another at 10. This time ill just do 1 every 4-5 hours. Did bump 1-ad up to 3 aday 1.5 at 5am then another 1.5 at 7-8pm.

Only real side effect so far is little acne this last week but I do work outside and sweat my ass off. That probably don't help a lot and makes gains hard to come by but so far about solid 4 pounds up body fat cutting down little just by looks and the fact my veins are back.

Before cycle I had a hard time getting pumps for more then few minutes and I would lift and feel like I didn't hardly get sore the next day now I lift and few hours later I still feel the pump and feel like my body went thru ww2. Oh slight anger problem at work the other day don't know if it was the guy I was working with pissing me off or what but it showed bad.

Sounds like the epiandro lol yea super mandro and mandro steel or whatever are very good priced 1 and 4 Andro

Day 20

Front presses warm up then 95x 10 then 2 set to failure shoulders are my weak point

Rev curls with ez curl bar 65x12-3 super setted with straight bar curls 65x12 85x10 95x10

Then went to ez curl bar for 85x10-3

Dips 3 set to soft failure didn't count

Pull ups 3 x10 stretch the back out
Really wide grip pull ups 2x12

Had a buddy come get back from collage so I talked to him little just kinda killed time.

Day 21-22-23 didn't do much needed break after memorial day rush.
Day 24
Bench did 135-10 155-10-175-10 185x8-3
Flat bench 80s-6-8-8
Cable tricep press 120x15 140x15 150x12 160x10 160x8
Think that was all I got done to mamy damn kids in the way

Went to 4 androvar pills

Day 25
Squats warm up 135x5 atg pause 2 seconds
185 same as first set
225x5 felt great
275x2 pr
285x2 pr felts great
225 till failure
Standing db curls 3 set of 35sx12 sitting db curls 35s 3 sets of 15 never really gor a full pump just enough to get vains going and forarms feeling good.
Try and get 4 pills again

Some reason I haven't been hungry so been very ha rd to push enough food in my tummy wounder if there's something I could take to help me be hungry?

Vbar row 2 plate s a bunch reps 3 plates 2 sets of 12 then just to see how much strength gains I've got tryed 4 plates 2 set 8 pr most I ever did was 3 plates and 25

Low row on cable machine
150-15 195-15 235-12 305-10 330-8

Wanted to do pull ups but all power racks were being used by damn kids that couldn't squat if there lives depened on it

Might go Saturday and do some power lifting with my buddy. Really wanna get pr on deads shooting for 415 friday morning or Saturday if I go lift with my buddy

Still at 4 pills aday feels

Oh woke up this morning at 178 start ing to fill my chest and back out real nice.

I've been drifting about 2.5 pounds a night

I've seen products advertised for increasing hunger that the main ingredient is echinacea. I don't know if it actually works or not. if nothing else it's good for the immune system.

Day 27

Goal was to dead 415 got very close
Started at 135x5- 225x5- 315x5- 365x5 at this point I was feeling great didn't lose my grip so thought it was time to go to 415. Got it loaded took a little 3-4 rest and get pumped for it. Started pulling weight didn'tmove much so I pulled little harder.
Got the weight moving had it probably 10inches off the ground started seeing star so I said screw it. Theres another day for me to move it. Last thing I want is to belike the guy on youtube pull it and pass out afterwards.

Oh notice when I try and bump 4-ad up to 600mg a day my left nipple little tinglely so ill just stay at 400

Oh don't drop a plate on a already broken toe hurts very bad

couple small zits on my chest Other then that great I do get little moody but I was like that before. I have an ai that I started so I may try and keep it at 600 and maybe next week go up to 3 1/2 on 1-ad whuch would be 420mg I believe.

Weights been staying at 178-180 so 8-10 pounds not all muscle but I can deal with little extra bf if I can set all new pr.

I think my squat and bench is just mostly mental limits which I feel like a boss last few days so hopefully I can get 300+ squat and break this horrible 225 bench should have no problem beatibg that just have not maxed my bench since week before cycle started.


Oh real quick have not had any problems with my junk working it for some reason wants to go all the time.

4-Andro and epiandro should keep your libido as strong as a teen lol. I feel the synergy between these 3 awesome.

So you're at 600mg 4-Andro and 400mg 1-andro/epiandro?

Weighted sit up 25lbs

Football kids took over weight room at 6am and I didn't know they were going to so that's all I got done in less then half hour or so.

Nice PR! I'm still debating on wether or not to run 1-Andro with the 4-andro/epiandro cycle I'm planning for July. I want to keep the 4-Andro as low as possible to mitigate any estro related sides, basically only using it as a test base. The goal is a recomp/slight cut. Not too worried about strength gains.

Post I've done at 365 was 5 before so its working for sure.

I think a cut recomp wuld be easy for this stack I'm just trying to gain everything possible so I eat everything.

I feel like 400 is really where its at with 4-ad at 600 I don't feel any different maybe I havnt gave it enough time to really kick in at 600.


On january 16 day my father passed I weighed 162-164 I pushed and fot up to 168-170 felt ok had some extra fat still had abs and veins. Started cycle 30days ago. And now I'm 178-181 same bf I feel by the way my abs look think I may have lost alittle fat around my little love handles on back.

My wife said she can see my back in my shirts way more then before.

I'll run rhis stack again probably this fall

Sorry to hear about your father bro. It sucks, believe me I know. The Androvar is keeping the estrogen down at that dosage eh? Good to know, I'll probably throw in BLR's transdermal AI with its fat burning properties in my recomp. The last thing I want to have to screw with is battling high estro sides/gyno. It will technically be my first real cycle aside from the 4 days of halo I took when I was younger before realizing wtf it was.

Weighted dips 30lbs-10 45x10-2

Cable tricep pushdowns 130-10 150x10-3

We were post to start at 520 but garage door broke so I wasted 10 mins getting it open.

In and out just how I like my workouts lol. High intensity very little rest time. Strength is coming along pretty well I see.

Nice quick with my buddy we have to get in and do work. Pretty nice not having to load and unload by myself.

I think I'm going to switch to 5 days aweek and do shorter and faster pasted workouts. See if I can cut little more bf


I may need to order another bottle of 1-adro thinking about getting osta shred and finish off my cycle with it. Whats your opinion on this?

how many weeks on the osta? I don't like it as a standalone but stacked with other anabolics it's fine.

4 weeks isn't really enough. I personally don't like osta in PCT. Reduce-XT will help not only in leaning out but also controlling cortisol in PCT. Also 11-oxo or xi-kt spray for a stronger effect than reduce XT. Only products I would trust must be purchased from the UK and is hella expensive. I'd just grab a few bottles of reduce-XT and run it now thru the end of pct maybe even a couple weeks after.

That wad about it I hate just doing curls I don't feel productive didn't really get that big pump I wanted had some great veins but never got the feeling i wanted. As soonas I left Ill veins went away.

just caught up with the whole log. nice detailed log so far.
i was wondering if androvar would be good to stack with a mandro (1-andro) cycle since it may cause lethargy and libido issues later on in the cycle
i know people like to stack with 4-andro for that reason, but since it converts to estrogen, and i have pubertal gyno, i dont really wanna stack with 4-andro

I'd still stake it with a low dose. So far only bad side effect is blood pressure 170/110 my normal is 110/70 so that went up a lot
Lastvweek I lost all motivation to lift this week I'm back at it. Nextvweek I think will be my last week on.

Arms really havnt grown but mycore looks so much better dont just look skinny anymore with shirt off now I have some mass. My lats and traps have grown a **** ton. Nothing like gaining 10 pounds and see have the same abs as I use to. Incline dumbell has went up almost 20 pounds. I've always had week shoulders I think that were my weak bench comes from.

Did deads today 135x10 225x10 315x5 365x7 felt alright twisted my ankle oyher day at work so was having little pain

Curls pretty standard stuff straight bar then dumb bells

181 if you guys have any questions fire away

Gains while on remember I had two weeks of the cycle that was just not good. Had life wife problems that I had to deal with but I think I handled them good and tried my best to stay on track.

Start weight was 170-172 end weight 180-182
Bench went from 205-1 1/2 then to 205-4 cold and didn't struggle much

Db bench went from not able to do 80s to doing 80s sets of 10

Squat atg 225 to 285 set if 3
Box went from 365 to 405 set of 5

Deadlift ended at 415 with easy rep probably could of got 425 but didn't want to hurt self.

Gained 10lbs on curls with reps

Big gains in size was core size and my back grew really nice

Pull ups added gained 20pounds and added reps love doing weighyed pull ups
