After doing a lot of research I am putting it out there what I think could be a great bulking course despite hundreds of theories on protocols .

I've had experience with insulin before only for 4 weeks .

I'm 190lbs 5.11ft and 9% bodyfat

I'm thinking

1-16 sust 1250mg
1-12 parabolan 1ml eod
Dbol 1-4 70mg ed

As I'm training in morning I'm still looking at best way to eat and have shakes etc

I'll be doing insulin 4 x week twice a day with hgh same time seperate syringe . Basically training days

Insulin humalog 4 weeks on 4 weeks off

Hgh continued for 6 months genetropin

Training days
Pre wo 10iu slin 6iu hgh
Early evening 10iu slin 6iu hgh

I don't like pre wo slin
Pwo is safer but could I do slin and hgh after workout ? Then immediately carb shake then wait hour and have meal like oats or rice n chicken

Just easier to get shakes n calories in early in the day if pre wo

If your doing preworkout you have to get enough carbs in doing the workout plus your body is using carbs during the workout. You don't want to go hypo while lifting

Done pre before mate
Intra carbs shake .

Then maybe do hgh post wo wait half hour and have oats n protein ?

If it works for you everybody is different but with 10ius I need over 100 grams of carbs for me that's alot to take in intra work

Think I did 100g immediately after jab and I took 50g intra

Been reading abit more and maltedextrin after shake and dextrose during wo .

Then hgh followed by a meal 30 mins after

This seem reasonable to you

Any one help on this

I designed a diet plan for myself I'll let you look at it .
My maintenance in around 3000 cals

I'll be doing humalog on workout days twice a day . 4 workout days a week .
On these days diet come in at around 4,861 cals including all the carb drinks
Fats 75g
Carbs 678g
Protein 349

On non workout days I'll
Take shakes out as not using slin
So total cal 2,953
Fat 64g
Protein 229
Carbs 351

Let me know what you think

Workout days
5am
75g oats
1 scoop whey

5.30am hgh 8iu
5.45 humalog 10iu
5.50 shake 75g maltidextrin
25g dextrose
Bcaa etc
2 scoops whey

Train
Intra 100g dex 50g whey bcaa

7am Post wo
2 cups egg whites
75g oats
1 banana

10am
250g cooked white rice
1 chicken breast
Brocolli

1pm
200g lean mince
244g jacket potato
Brocolli

3pm
75g oats
1scoop whey

4pm
10iu humalog
75g malti
25g dex
2 scoops whey

5pm
244g potato
1 chicken breast
Brocolli

6pm
(Do I need any more carbs ?) to cover slin
Maybe 25g oats in water?

9pm
2 scoops peanut butter
100g cottage cheese

Bed 10pm

Looks like you did a nice job of putting in the thought work and planning. Good job for that buddy!!!!

As far as your interest for input: Depends on how you personally respond to those macro's :)

Try it and modify as you go? ;)

PS: PRE-w/o slin is becoming pretty popular these days so you should be fine

PSS: what's your age and do you have insulin experience? If not - be careful !!!

PreWO slin is best when cutting to hold mass. Post workout best when bulking IMO.

Lol. Still cool though. What's your PRE-w/o protocol / dose and timing and how many carbs? No lethargy?

5-10iu Humalog 15 minutes after whole meal with some simple sugars in the form of sweets, ice cream, etc wait 1h then hit the gym. I don't count anything, I don't put bodyfat on readily so I overdo the carbs a bit and I feel fine. Yes a little sleepy sometimes but no big deal.

Ah see I've never used slin during cutting so I guess that's why I do better with post wo. Plus personally I don't work out well in a full stomach.
