Hey guys
This will be my third cycle. I am 210 6'1 at 13% body fat. Looking to drop a few % but build up.
Cycle idea is -
1 am/1pm - Super DMZ 3.0
4 pump dermicrine in AM
On cycle support:
AM1CARE Pro - 4 per day
Cytogreens- 2 scoops
Krill oil - 2 a day
5 L of water
Pct -
Nolva 40\20\20\20
(clomid stacked? Any true benefits?)
Super PCT - 4 a day (taper down in week 3 and 4 and keep some super pct for when I end SERM)
3 G DAA
"End" of pct I will use forma stranz V4 and el1m1nate to address any rebound and slowly tapper down on both. Also use xtrem lean.
Then in have a 3 month break.
Diet is carb back loading and carb cycles. Protein is around the 275 mark. Carbs fluctuate from 25 to 300. Fat fluctuates but due to carb cycles. All is ingested upon rising.
Any tip would be great gents! Again this is my heaviest cycle for sure. Just had it on hand. I will be starting in late April early may. Run a 4 week cycle. And 4 week pct (more like 6 when all is said and done)
