Here it is guys, my summer bulk cycle! Looking to put on some good weight with this one
Superdrol 20/20/20/30
OL tr3n 0/0/90/90/90/120/120/120
OL d1methadrol 0/0/0/0/30/20/30/40
4 andro 200mg all 8 weeks unless more is needed
OL tudca 500mg daily
OL armicare pro
Fish oil with every ph dose
Coreg and lisinopril for bp
Extra 2 grams of hawthorne berry daily
Inhibit p

Pct
Clomid 50/50/25/25
OL armicare pro
OL dermastrength
OL epic
OL super pct

I also have exemestane on hand in case of any estrogen sides. Took my first dose this morning, let's see how this goes! I'm going to be eating at least 4500 calories, more if I can. Calories will be mostly clean but some cheating will be necessary. I will be training with lots of volume, focusing on hypertrophy. Feel free to critique me because I'm sure I left something out. Thanks for following my log, will get some pics up this weekend

Yeah, I might be jumping out in the water a little bit. Doses and duration will be adjusted as needed. I feel I have enough support supps that I will be ok

Well I mean SD is pretty harsh already and 20mg is rough, unless you have run it before? And the other compounds are dry af

But idk will see how it turns out, I've been thinking of some crazy cycles that are liver killers so probably shouldn't listen to me haha

I enjoy taking orals at the moment. When this isn't doing it for me anymore, then I will make the jump. The sd that I'm running is hard rock methastadrol, it is supposed to be under dosed slightly. If my first few weeks are rough, then I will stay at 20mg.

First day is almost over. Woke up at 4 am, popped 10mg of sd, and hit the gym. Energy level was through the roof but strength was crap. Got a little leg workout in though
10 min warm up on elliptical

Leg press
3 plates× 20
4 plates× 16
5 plates× 12

4 sets 135× 12
3 sets Machine hammie curls superset w/ hyper extensions 10 to 12 reps each
Bp is definitely up a little bit, sitting next to my meter as I type. Euphoria and aggression is there as well. I feel great so far, hope 4 andro is enough to keep the lethargy off me. Calories are at 3720 right now so my 4500 goal shouldn't be too hard to reach and maybe pass. Weekends are usually my best lifting days so we shall see what happens.

Ok I'm here...

Now my reading ain't so great bUT I see 4 orals but only 2 methyl and those two aren't overlapped and dosages are on the low side so see nothing wrong with it.

Keep an eye on bp and get them gsins.

I've never ran winny, I didn't care for Halo..
Can't really say..
Really halo is my Favorite just wish it wasnt so toxic and I could run it longer.

What about halo didn't you like nothing makes me harder or stronger well tren competes strength wise. I mea n granted it is really only useful during precomp but I still love it

Its cool, I enjoy hearing about other people's experiences with different compounds. Halo didn't give me jack for size but it made me stronger than any other hormone e I've ever taken. I enjoyed my halo run, nice and smooth with no sides

Yeah halo made me really tight and helped recomp, but made me strong as a ****ing bull super fast when it kicked in. I got bigger strength gains in a six week period than my dmz and trest. But size gains off the latter cycle were way greater

Trest makes me want to stay on forever, I enjoy it a little too much. Hit 4725 calories yesterday and stayed hungry all day. I hope this continues. ...

UUUuuggh, 4700 cals!!
And woke up super hungry! Just got back from the gym and am slamming 2 chicken breast and 2 cups of whole grain rice. Already up to 1800 calories this mmorning and it isn't quite 10 am. I didn't expect such an immediate effect from the sd

Halotestin us very toxic makes you very aggressive and is about the best strength gainer you don't put on any weight which is why it's a favorite if powerlifters who need to make weight class. I used it alot during my fighting days.

On a physique or body building side nothing gives you thar rock hard grainy Dorian Yates look.. it's the last finisher for most high level bb. It just makes.your muscles look different even from other.hardener like var winny mast etc

Didn't quite hit my calories yesterday, got trapped off at my wife's friends house who are super vegan and eat a bunch of crap. I would be 105 pounds again living over there! Came in at 3870, so not too horrible, will make up for it today. Yesterday was chest/tri day

Nice volume good pumps the way to more growth. I would suggest alternating like next wr do more incline the flat that way you fill out evenly.

My body starves for carbs on sd I mean it just soaks them up but in a good way

I try to switch up my my main exercise between flat and incline, and even sometimes decline. I do need to focus more on incline Bb presses, they are a weak link for me. Appreciate the advice!

Yeah what really helped my growth was a 2 rep scheme

I'd do say one exercise 5x12 for mass
then one exercise 5x5 for strength
switching exercise each workout

This on major muscle groups
On smaller ones like biceps traps calves I like super high volume

Felt really good today, smashed some back/biceps and went to golden corral with the family. I ate steak and rotisserie chicken until I could eat no more! Hit my calorie goal of 4500 today so it was a good holiday.

I could barely finish my bicep work because they where burnt! Tried posting up pics but my phone resolution is huge! Will probably send them back and forth with my work phone and try to get them small enough.

Props for the high calorie count!

I simply CANNOT maintain a 4-4.5k calorie regimen! Sure I can manage a few days, maybe a week.... but I struggle to maintain those #s while eating clean.

It is not easy by any means but I have to eat these numbers to gain. Period. In Highschool I weighed in at 105 on a good day. I always ate whatever I wanted and stayed nice and lean. My maintenance calories are around 3500 so I'm kinda used to eating big. I must say I do drink st least a half gallon of milk every day and eat a lot of peanut butter as well. By any means necessary! Really want to break 200 pounds this time, sitting at 181 right now

Keep eating that way you will get there be careful not to spill over like me... =( I had to sacrafive seeing my abs. it's a trade off
