Hey guys! Summer's around the corner and I thought I'd start a log on an SD clone I got from the UK called Methdrol (the name fits the compound cause the gains are addictive) and a bottle of Havoc I have laying around. Anyways, here's some of my background info

-5'9"
-182.4lbs
-12%bf
I have 3 cycles under my belt already (yes I was dumb young and stupid so I ran 3 cycles in two years as soon as I turned 20, I know the risks involved yada yada yada...) and I've been very careful throughout each one of them and they've been smooth runs to say the least
Cycle specs: dosing by weeks
SD:20/20/20/0/0/0/0
EPI:0/0/30/40/40/40/40
Dermacrine: 5/5/5/5/5/5/5
Cycle support: too many supps to mention, but I don't believe in proprietary blend so I keep hawthorne Berry, milk thistle, NAC, cordyceps and any other anti-ox in bulk
After cycle:
Clomid:100/100/50/50/25/25
A bunch of testboosters I have laying around (DAA, testofen, testojack 2 from bb.com)
I'm gonna be using Layne Nortons PHAT routine for a bulk the first three weeks on SD, and then I plan on maintaining the gains with epi, I'm already three days into the cycle but I forgot to start this log. I'll be updating it as of today every day
Calories for bulking days: 3200
Calories for maintenance days: 2800
So far: I've gained 3lbs of water weight/glycogen after increasing cals and adding SD, and I've got Upper Body Strength later. I'll post how it went
