Hey guys! Summer's around the corner and I thought I'd start a log on an SD clone I got from the UK called Methdrol (the name fits the compound cause the gains are addictive) and a bottle of Havoc I have laying around. Anyways, here's some of my background info

-22 years old
-5'9"
-182.4lbs
-12%bf

I have 3 cycles under my belt already (yes I was dumb young and stupid so I ran 3 cycles in two years as soon as I turned 20, I know the risks involved yada yada yada...) and I've been very careful throughout each one of them and they've been smooth runs to say the least

Cycle specs: dosing by weeks
SD:20/20/20/0/0/0/0
EPI:0/0/30/40/40/40/40
Dermacrine: 5/5/5/5/5/5/5
Cycle support: too many supps to mention, but I don't believe in proprietary blend so I keep hawthorne Berry, milk thistle, NAC, cordyceps and any other anti-ox in bulk

After cycle:
Clomid:100/100/50/50/25/25
A bunch of testboosters I have laying around (DAA, testofen, testojack 2 from bb.com)

I'm gonna be using Layne Nortons PHAT routine for a bulk the first three weeks on SD, and then I plan on maintaining the gains with epi, I'm already three days into the cycle but I forgot to start this log. I'll be updating it as of today every day

Calories for bulking days: 3200
Calories for maintenance days: 2800

So far: I've gained 3lbs of water weight/glycogen after increasing cals and adding SD, and I've got Upper Body Strength later. I'll post how it went

Forgot to add, I've been seeing some side effects like slight depression, and some anxiety. I've been anxiety prone all my life but after cutting out caffeine, porn and fapping I've been doing pretty good

Does anyone get these sides from SD?

I don't want to seem like a jerk here and I sure as hell don't have the credibility on this site, but I feel like your body is not nearly in as good of shape for someone who has ran 3 cycles. How has your diet been the past few years you've been training? No hard feelings intended bro, but if anyone is going to critique your physique, better us than some average Joe on the street!

I've had a crazy bumpy road for the past two years. The biggest set back was a deadlifting injury to my sciatic nerve. I was pulling 465 for reps and a week later I was screaming in the docs office.

Long story short all my lifts suffered big time and I spent an agonizing two months in bed. It's been three months since that incident and I'm healed up but my lifts are still recovering

Also forgot to mention, I've spent most of my life on a cut because I was a fatso until I was 16. I went from 250lbs of lard to a 150lb yard stick, and I've been trying to find my way ever since with bb'ing and PL

I felt strong af today. The weights were cake, the reps flew by and I upped most exercises by 5lbs, I even threw in extra paused sets to most movements. My OHP and my chin-ups were a little sketchy, but it's probably because of all the extra bench and row sets I threw in, so I'll leave the paused sets for the end of my workout in the next session. Also I'm weighing in at 185lb, so the body weight exercises obviously got harder

Libido: It's been lacking lately and I blame it on some anxiety and lethargy from an albuterol cycle I was doing, but today it's been great. It's a terrible time to be single and busy in the uni

Psychological effects: I quit caffeine a few weeks back and my energy had been dirt ever since, but today I have over the top energy and my wit is so sharp it cuts. Either the Derma is kickin in or placebo. Either way it feelsgoodman

Yep, I had no problem with customs. Derma is domestic, even though I'm pretty sure 4-DHEA is banned

Dhea is still gtg. 4 dhea is not in dermacrine but still not banned

Always keep an ai on hand. Just because a compound doesn't aromatize doesn't mean you won't have estrogen sides. Moon face is a definite sign of high estrogen

It's a little late to order some Formeron. Do you think PES Erase is strong enough to keep the estro sides down?

That completely depends on your body. Has it been strong enough on previous cycles? I would recommend ordering a strong ai such as Anastrazole or exemestane on hand at all times

I have Letro on hand, will a .1mg dose every two or three days suffice? I've been considering it but letro so strong that I'm iffy about messing with it right now

Have no prior experience with letro so hopefully someone else can answer this one. Sounds a little over kill honestly, low estrogen sides suck

You need to check your bp daily. Buy a monitor for around 50$ or hit up the local pharmacy or Walmart and use Thier bp "booth"

Libido game is still strong, I spotted a cute chick walking down the street this morning and 3 steps later I had a full hard-on lol. Blurry vision is still there along with some increased anxiety (dry mouth, brain fog etc), so I increased my cycle support dosage, milk thistle and hawthorn Berry. Oddly enough lifting made the anxiety better, the blurry vision is still there. I'm thinking this might be hypertension, I'll check my BP when I get home

Weights were cake today except on leg curls so I threw in an extra set for good measure. The bar speed was faster and my recovery has improved big time.

In other news I'm gonna run to GNC and buy myself some PES Erase Pro for the bloat, I'd rather not risk it with letro

BP was at 116/69 post workout, and sugar levels at 89 after post workout meal so everything should be fine

Weight is still going up slowly, but I heard that SD really kicks in on the second week.

I bought myself Erase Pro but after some research ,I read about cases of delayed gyno after PCT with superdrol and an AI on cycle. I guess I'm stashing this away for a trenavar cycle in the future ;)

Sides are mostly gone and I'm feeling good. Today's a rest day but I might do some abs, chin ups and bodyweight stuff, possibly some HIIT to keep the fat off

Update: the tiredness is probably the lethargy on cycle. I've had it pretty bad for the past few days, it's like a brain fog and all I can think about is sleeping all day. I hope this **** goes away soon lol

I always keep letro and nolva on hand. A low dose of both will crush any gyno. I once had rebound from SD several weeks after post cycle ended. Purity Solutions has them for $30 a piece. You'll end up using them at some point anyways. Erase wouldn't do anything for some of the gyno I've had.

I've felt like puking all morning long. Bad headaches, hardly any quality sleep, really exhausted, legs still sore from a few days back, fatigue, and I'm not feeling as pumped as I was on my first days running SD. I also got a mild case of food poisoning yesterday, don't know what's up with that.

Are these all sides from SD? Or is it just a coincidence?

I usually have a protein shake and some low carb almond milk for breakfast. Is this probably a sugar low? Help me out guys

I had a good session at the gym today, all my lifts have gone up substantially but I'm somehow two pounds lighter. It's my 8th day on SD, when should I be seeing the hyooge gains everyone raves about?

Upped my calories by +100, now I'm eating 3500 on workout days and 2900 on off days.

Libido still doing good, energy is pretty steady. Sides haven't gotten worse but I'm not feelin 100% "there" if you get me, it feels like something's off in my head. The results outweigh the sides big time so I'm keeping this cycle going!

If you're trying to gain as much mass as possible I would keep calories high even on off days too. You're still recovering then and need the food to grow.

You also need to be sure and up your calories as your gaining weight to keep on gaining.

And that was about my most noticeable gain. I've been feeling a whole new level of ****ty on this cycle lol. I feel lethargic 24/7, emotionally unstable and anxious. I have a background on anxiety issues so as a heads up DONT TAKE THIS IF YOU HAVE ANXIETY OR DEPRESSION! It's really bringing out my psychological problems and it's not fun

Derma is A+, I've ran a cycle of it as a standalone and gained decent mass for what it is. The 24/7 alpha mental boost is awesome, and the energy it's giving me is what hasn't made this cycle miserable lol

I FEEL GOOD!!! Not that tired or lethargic anymore, I've got energy for days and my strength is climbing up. I'm seeing new striations every morning on a bulk which is weird.

Libido is magnificent, Dermacrine is working it good.

I still haven't gotten my Epi in the mail but I have another bottle of Derma, so should I run it solo to solidify my SD gains?

I'd run the SD til your epi comes in. Then again, derm might help u stay a bit more anabolic until you start the epi....

Does epi typically start "working" pretty fast?
