2pm: 3 Cycle Assist, 1 Inhibit P
5-6pm: 10mg Stenabol, 45mg AAR Liquid Tren, 450mg Stano Elite
10-11pm: 3 Cycle Assist, 1 Inhibit P

Until school starts again I will be waking up around 9-10am and going to bed anywhere from 1-3am.

This is my second cycle, first cycle was Epistane and Stano. Starting weight was 196.6 pounds this morning at 6'1" and probably 15-17% bodyfat. This is my third day and the only thing to really note so far is I've had a headache off and on since yesterday at about 4pm. I'm eating about 2900 calories now. I was at 2500 for a month before I started. I dropped down from about 202 pounds. I'm going to try and eat about 2-300 over maintenance once things start to kick in.

Any input on the cycle is appreciated.

Day 4
Took 45mg Tren, 450mg Stano, and 10mg Msten around 11am. Went and did some back and abs with a little calves today. Still not noticing anything different. I have upper body power day tomorrow. I will only post parts of my workout that are really significant.

Weight was up to 197 this morning. I may bump the Msten up to 25mg a day. Haven't had any side effects today. I may start dosing an AI soon, I felt like I was holding a lot of water last night. I'm not sure if I should keep dosing twice a day or switch it up to 3 seperate doses a day, does anyone have any input on that?

Fwiw, i didnt start seeing alot of mass increases until i really upped my volume. Im talkin 28-32 sets per workout, 3 day split, 6 days a week.

Usually went for the pump, so 12-22 reps perset. Some heavy copounds idid 5-8 to boost strength. Im similar build. 6' 190lbs about 13% bf

I'm hoping and planning for more of a recomp. I'm just eating slightly over maintenance right now until things start to fully kick in.

I weighed 197.8 this morning. That's about it as far as changes, I can't really tell anything in the mirror just yet. I think I'm gonna try and mix in smaller heavy sets with some lighter sets with more reps to get the benefits of both. I'll start trying to post my workouts tomorrow.

I woke up at 198.6 pounds, my calories have been around 2900-3100 still so not in too much of a surplus. I still feel like I am really bloated and holding a lot of water towards the end of the day. I'm still pretty sore from my Back and Bicep workout yesterday, I did it as a heavy day instead of hypertrophy like I have been. I did the same with my chest, tricep, and shoulder workout today.

I woke up at 201 pounds. I had about 3400 calories yesterday, I think I am gonna keep them around there for a while and let the Msten do it's thing and hope the Tren keeps any fat off. Still not experiencing any side effects. Headaches every once in a while but that is it. I am dosing 12 caps of Cycle Assist a day and 2 Inhibit P. My dosing now is

9-10am - 30mg Tren(.35mL), 10mg Msten, 300mg Stano
4pm - 30mg Tren, 10mg Msten, 300mg Stano
10pm - 30mg Tren, 5mg Msten, 300mg Stano

Yesterday I did a light leg workout with reps 12-15. After while tanning, I had a pretty bad dull pain in my right ball. I experienced that every once in a while on my Epistane cycle too. Last night I started having some nipple sensitivity and maybe a lump, but I may have brought it on myself from touching it and now worrying about it. I need to order some Aromasin I just can't make up my mind on who I want to trust. I may try to go to the doctor and see if I can get bloodwork based on what I tell him and try and get him to prescribe me some. I'm not sure yet.

The spot on my nipple is kinda red where it hurts and has a little bump underneath. It is almost like there is a pimple forming right on my nipple. I have some Nolva left over from my last cycle from Hardcore Peptides, should I run this at 10mg a day? I also have some RX Nolva but I am gonna try and save it for post cycle. I might order something over the counter instead of trying to get research Exemestane and it probably be bunk or underdosed.

Im in. Im on a msten run too. Im doing like nitro said also, lifting a little less for weight and more for volume.
Thanks guys, I'm gonna need all the input I can get. This is a little more complex than my first cycle.

I think I'm gonna go for more volume too, it seems to be the best option while on cycle.

I went ahead and took 10mg of Hardcore Peptides Nolva tonight to see if it will help this lump at all. I think I'm gonna dose it at 10mg every other day for a week and see if it helps any. I will stop though if it kills my sex drive like it does the last time I used it. It tastes pretty bad, I now remember why I mixed it in with milk last time.

I'm still trying to decide if I want to chance it with research Exemestane or buy some Inhibit E or Elimistane.

Weighed 201.8 the past two days. Not really feeling much yet still, I should be feeling Msten by now I thought, so I'm not real sure what's going on. I've had a couple strength increases but that's about it. I did upper body yesterday, it was supposed to be a power day but I stuck to higher reps instead. Killed my chest and woke up with no soreness at all so maybe somethings working. Today's supposed to be lower power but my knees have been hurting so it will probably be lower weight and higher reps today again.

Still at 10mg stenabol?
25mg now, I was at 10mg for a day then 20mg for a couple more. Ever since then I've been at 25mg. I have quite a bit of it, but not enough for another future cycle really so I may bump it up to 30mg, or keep it where I'm at and extend it longer than four weeks.

Thanks man. For the longest time I thought Superdrol could convert to Estrogen, if I found out it didn't earlier on I probably would have used that instead. If I do another cycle after this, I think I may start just using Test. If thats the case I might use Superdrol as a kicker.

No real water retention really, I kind of think I naturally hold a little bit of water when off cycle but it hasn't changed too much. I think I am about to up my dose of Tren to 135mg. I don't have enough Stano to extend my cycle and keep Tren at 90mg, and I am not gonna have a use for 1/4 this bottle of Tren after this cycle so I may as well use it. Once I up the Tren I will probably start dosing an AI just to be safe, then I will be able to really see how much water I hold or if I am just fatter than I want to think I am.

I think I am starting to notice some endurance and strength gains. Here is yesterdays upper body workout
Last Thursday I got 255 for 5,4,3 reps on deadlift and it was at the very end of my workout and my lower back was killing me.

Todays leg work out, my legs are easily the worst part of my body. I didn't do them for a long time and my joints suck. This is the same workout and weights I did three days ago, it seemed a lot easier today and I only got 10-12 reps on each set last time.

Leg Press Couldn't get to these until the very end of my workout.

I am thinking about maybe adding some Dermacrine for the extra energy, would this be a good idea or just a waste with everything else I'm taking? What about using it in PCT?

Couple of good workouts!! And congrats on adding deadlifts. Best bodybuilding decision. I started doing them about a year and a half ago, an now they're my favorite exercise.
As far as adding Dermacrine, not sure it would add anything that the Stano is not already handling. I liked it with DMZ but wasn't using Stano.

I run derm every cycle. This is the point in your cycle where lethargy might hit so it wouldn't hurt to add it. Most would say no to using it in Pct since its suppressive.

I woke up at a little over 202 pounds. I ate Icecream last night so that could be part of the reason. I had a pretty good back and bicep work out today. I forgot my book in my truck so I will try and post the work out tomorrow with my chest, tricep, and shoulder one.

Got a pretty good pump today, I couldn't do all my sets of my bent over rows. The back pump was ridiculous, it got to the point to where I couldn't even lean over so I had to move on which sucks I really wanted to do more bent over rows and dumbell rows. I ate a whole pizza after my workout, I ate way over my calories but oh well. My macros were 134 fat 446 carbs and 304 protein for 4296 calories. I'm interested to see my weight in the morning.

Check out Pendlay Rows if the back pumps keep you from supporting the weight for regular bent over rows. You are bent over more and basically rest the bar on the floor after every rep. But you can load more weight as well. I have been doing them ever since I discovered them about 6 months ago and haven't done a single BO Row since.

I'll check them out, thanks. I've also just been doing stiff legged deadlifts lately. My hip has been giving me problems when doing normal ones. I'm too young for all these joint problems. Lol

The lump in my right nipple has been gone for a day or so. I have had a weird discomfort and maybe a slight burning feeling in my nipples today so I am going to take another 10mg of Nolva before bed. I haven't been able to get around to ordering any Aromasin so I am going to do that tomorrow so I don't have to mess with the Nolva anymore.

If anyone has any input on any of these sites for Aromasin let me know, it's between Hardcore Peptides, Purchase, or Extreme Peptides. I'm leaning more towards Purchase at this point.

Ive never gotten arasin from PP, but i get everything else from them and it's always been good.
Okay thanks, I've read that Aromasin is often one of the most underdosed or bunk research chemicals out there. It almost makes me want to go with Letro and run it really low or Arimidex.

Today and tomorrow are most likely going to be off days. My weight was 202.4 pounds. I am probably going to make myself crazy weighing everyday but I wanted to keep a good eye on it. I think I am going to have to eat around 4000 calories a day if I want to gain any weight. Especially since I've upped the Tren.

I had my first ever nose bleed today. It wasn't pouring out of my nose but if I touched near my nostril I got blood on me. I didn't have a headache or any other signs of high blood pressure though.

No I was actually just sitting around at home lol

I havent had any nosebleeds, but I'm 14 days in and I've been having killer headaches the last few days.
Mine were really bad the first few days but once I upped my support they went away. I only get them every once in a while now.

Day 19

Did upper body today, I took the past two days off. I've been really tired lately, I don't know if the Stano isn't doing it's job or if it's just from me sleeping in until like 12 since I have had no classes or work. The workout today was pretty bad, I was tired and felt sick the whole time. The feeling sick could be from the Dextrose I drank before and during. I probably won't drink that again. I'm not even going to log today's work out, I feel like I didn't even do anything worthwhile. I did 1-3 exercises per body part with 3-4 sets of 8+ reps. I've been at about 204 pounds the past two days. My eating was crappy the days before I weighed 204 so I will see what I weigh in the morning.

Finally ordered some Exemestane too by the way. Mainly for post cycle but I will probably dose at 12.5mg every other day starting now. I went with a different company than planned, they had the most positive reviews that I could find. I feel like all Research Companies are a gamble though. The main indicator if it's working will most likely be if I can get through a movie without tearing up at stuff my girlfriend doesn't even tear up at.. lol

I had another nose bleed a little bit ago. I'm gonna be at work all day so I will post y workout after I get the chance to go to the gym. I'm gonna do legs and some more arms since last night sucked. I think I'm gonna add a day of just normal flat bench press on Wednesdays.

I've been over 206 pounds the past couple days, I am eating about 3700-4000 calories a day. I don't want to put on anymore fat, and would like to maybe lose a little bodyfat so I may end up lowering them. I'm up about 10 pounds since starting and haven't seen any noticeable fat gain yet I don't think. Today I did just normal flat bench, I decided to add in an extra day of chest work so now I'm hitting it on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I haven't been doing much to tell if I've gained much strength, but I've been adding weight and getting more reps than the week before, which there is always variables that can affect that but there's definitely some strength gain. This was my first barbell bench work in quite a while. I've just been using dumbells lately. At the end of my Epistane cycle a while back I hit 300 pounds flat bench, but it's probably down a lot since I stopped doing bench shortly after that. I am curious to see what I can get at the end of this cycle.

Yeah I feel you on the fat gain thing but the hunger is real hanaha. At least that's my problem sometimes. I get hella cranky on cycle when I don't eat

I'm always hungry, this cycle hasn't been that much worse than normal though. But that could be because of the increase in calories. I can easily dominate a whole pizza and I usually do a couple times a week. Lol

I weighed 206 again this morning. I think I'm gonna up my calories to 4000 these last couple weeks and just try to grow. I did back and biceps today, I'll post it in a little bit. I've been getting more reps with higher weight than the workouts before which is good. I went to another location for my gym today which is the one me and my friend started at. As soon as we walked in this guy and his girlfriend wouldn't stop staring at us. I think he complained about how loud we were doing lat pull downs and letting the weight drop when we were done.

The manager came over and told us to stop dropping the weights when we were doing bent over rows lol. It's not out fault the only free weight rack doesn't have the right height rack for bent over rows, not to mention it's not on the padded area of the gym. Whatever, I'll go and slam my weights around when she's not there. I'm gonna change gyms once my membership runs out with this one in a few months. A better gym lowered their prices recently which makes it cheaper than where I'm at now.

Yeah it's definitely time I start going somewhere that has guys bigger than me. I think that could take everything to a whole new level, being surrounded by people that are better than me.
