Olympus Labs Tr1umph & D1Methadrol Log

Well I haven't really seen any logs up on Tr1umph yet so I figured I'd see what this product is all about an give it a shot..

Also haven't seen many logs up on D1Methadrol so why not add that to the party..

Going to start Tr1umph at 60mg and adjust as/if needed so we'll see exactly how long 1 bottle last me.. I'm going to run this solo for 4 weeks or so, maybe 5 so I can get a solid handle on what this product really compares to..

After that I'll throw in D1Methadrol at 30-40mg an just run it until the bottles empty, maybe bumping up, we'll see how it goes..

I'll be taking all the necessary on cycle and pct supps etc etc

Looking to Recomp as always lol

I usually hit heavy weight for low reps, Ego lifter lol No cardio...

Going to switch it up a bit, higher reps, moderate weights, not looking to set any personal PR"s, going to knock out the cardio for a change and see where it takes me..

I'll start tommorow an get updated stats up on weight, bf% etc etc

Ha Ha I've been doing alright on cardio for the last 10 days lol I'm just shooting for 30-45min sessions 4x a week..
