12 week Test E Cycle Advice (Dosage,On cycle, PCT)

Hey guy's I'm a Physique Competitor, and I want to add on some size before my next competition. My buddy who went to National's is suggesting I start a beginner cycle to add on some size.

The cycle I've came up with is a fairly safe one.

Weeks 1-12 Test E 500mg/Week
.5-.8 mg Arimidex with my injection (To decrease gyno risk)

Weeks 14-17 20mg of Novaldex (To block Estrogen receptor's)
Tribulus


Should I also get HCG Pregnyl and throw that into my pct for 2500Iu/ week ? to help my natural test go back to normal after discontinuing?

Total with HCG = $371

My current weight is 168lbs at 5'6, 5% bodyfat I am defiantly considering a beginner cycle so your advice is welcome. I have my mind set on it for sure!
