Starting OSTAR1NE cycle

Just ordered two bottles of Olympus lab's OSTAR1NE (Ostarine). Plan on 20mg ED for a week and then 25mg ED for the next three. Not sure of a few things though. I am going to run it 6 weeks if everything is going well by week 4.
I plan on bulking so I'm up for dosage suggestions.

Also I have been researching PCT for this SARM. Everyone says you don't need it. Ya ya ya. It can shut you down and I don't think it would hurt to run an over the counter PCT supplement. Problem is I have always used Nolva and am not sure of a good OTC for this SARM and would really appreciate recommendations.

Wouldn't mind logging this cycle if anyone is interested. Went the Ostarine route due to being deployed and I am trying to keep this cycle as legal as possible.

Super pct from OL, usp labs test powder, reduce xt, erase pro, viron, low dose formestane, are all good options. I ran it for 8 weeks and I'm 2-3 weeks after pct now.

My experience = otc pct is sufficient enough for standalone osta runs >20mg

Be careful of estrogenic sides. I'm on day 8 of ostar1ne at 25mg and just started aromasin at 12.5mg due to itchy puffy nips. There have been a lot of reports of raised estrogen from osta. I'm going to run torem for my pct just to be on the safe side.

I was using viron/formeron/daa. The estrogen sides you can definitely control with a formestane product, personally I didn't get any and I didn't run an AI on cycle. If you're out on deployment and are feeling sides the best way to combat it is dial down the dosage or simply stop the run.

Honestly my pct had me feeling just as great when I was on cycle

It's an AI first w/ a mild PH effect. I wouldn't count on that PH effect though. Use it for what it is, a really good AI.

Ordering super by OL Friday. Should be starting ostarine as soon as the SUP3R arrives. Going to go slow with it to see where I stand with estrogen related sides and shutdown. Going to aim for 4 weeks at 20 mg. I'll bought a **** load of ostarine so I will hopefully do a 6 week 25mg cycle if the 4 week goes as planned.

Any thoughts on tapering on or off or both with the ostarine? OL OSTAR1NE comes in 5mg pills.

I ran ostarine for 5 weeks 15mg and reduced to 10 mg in week 6, and last week I felt sh t. Currently I am 2 nd week of second ostar1ne cycle 20 mg ed for 8 weeks and not planning to reduce or increase the dose

Also after looking at bloods from people who have used ostarine, their estrogen was as low as their test. Curious as to why you would want an AI during PCT. Is it because running something like DAA or a natural test booster will not only raise test but estrogen as well?

That should be alright however serm will speed up the recovery.
I ran clomid for 4 weeks and bloodwork improved in terms of testesteron. It was 16 (normal rangge 8-29) and 4 weeks after clomid testesteron was 18.5. Estrogen did not change much. So ostarine suppressive however does not shut down your testesteron to zero. This is my experienced anyway.

I appreciate it. At home I might go 25mg-30mg for 8 weeks with a SERM but its not really going to happen here. I chose Ostarine due to not really being "required" to run a SERM.

Ya I wouldn't ever expect to feel anything 3 days in. Just mentioning that I haven't yet. I read somewhere that someone was complaining of nausea or head aches. None here.

20mg Osta. Had a sample of stimul8 before workout. Pretty good preworkout and I am pretty tolerant to stims.

Also had excess sleep and food today but felt great in the gym again. I'm aware it takes a few weeks for the Osta to really kick in but I'm definitely feeling something even if its just mentally.

IMO from running Osta on 3 occasions is that it needs to be ran for at least 8 weeks. It didn't start to shine until the end of the 3rd week into the beginning of the 4th week. My PCT was always DAA, Erase Pro and Compound 20.

No AI? If that's the case I have SUP3R by Olympus Lab's on hand for PCT and I'd go 8 weeks instead of 6. Seems everyone thinks a SERM is needed for anything longer than 6 weeks. Did you experience any sides, estro, shutdown?

What do you mean no AI? Are you referrring to on cycle or post cycle? I always have Nolva on hand, but I did not experience any sides, I only saw results!!

I was referring to your post. You said

From what I have been reading a SERM has been recommended for anything 20mg+ at 6-8 weeks. I plan on staying at 20mg for 6 weeks to avoid sides and avoid the need for a SERM. I was just curious if you experienced sides or anything negative at 8 weeks.

Pretty ****ty other than the squats. Squats kicked my ass. The cluster sets really exhausted me. I think the pre workout caused this. Had cold sweats, couldnt catch my breath, felt sick and unmotivated after the squats.

I have a bench press competition this Sunday and I have never lifted competitively. I had to see exactly where I was at before I could begin the workout.

Half way pleased with my max. Really should have been able to get at least 330 if not the 335. Hopefully catch 3rd or 2nd place for my weight class. Not too many pros walking around here.

Stimul8 is no joke man! I cycle it into my pwos sometimes but I stick with 1/2 to 3/4 of a scoop and I am VERY stim tolerant. At lower doses it's pretty good so you may want to give it another shot.

Two weeks in and so far nothing out of this world to talk about. Weight is up to 185. That's about a 5 pound gain but I am also drinking a gallon of whole milk a day in addition to all of my meals. Pumps in the gym seem to be a little abnormal. So far I think it is just speculation. Not complaining about anything it may or may not be doing, just waiting. Going to continue at 20mg until at least week 4. Considering running 25mg for the last two weeks. I really just don't want to be absoultely shut down. Back workout later today.

Since it's your first run do 20 mg for 8 weeks and that will give you a good gauge on your next run. Even if you were to have some minor shutdown, to which I have never heard of anyone yet, an OTC PCT will be totally fine in bringing you back.

I am really considering your advice on 8 weeks. Aside from superdrol, mass tabs, etc I have usually had better experience with longer cycles. At week six I'll have to make the judgment call on 2 more weeks or not. I probably will go ahead with it. Tapering off my over the counter hopefully will help slowly bring everything back to normal. I have enough Osta to run another cycle or two so this is kind of a test run. Taking it seriously though, hoping to get the most out of it as I can.

Definitely starting to lift heavier. Adding in cluster sets to try to maximize weight without sacrificing reps. Maybe this is the Osta helping or just general progression from lifting.

Bench Press competition today. Might do a few sets of bench after the comp but this is going to have to count as my workout for the day. Everything should be back to normal tomorrow.

Weight has still be right around 185 give or take a pound. Pretty pleased with the weight gain so far.

Edit: 340 new max. Found out at the competition. No other chest workout today.

Strength is going up a little. Switching a few workouts back to the 12-10-8 rep range increasing weight throughout the exercise. I would like to attribute the slight strength increases to the Osta but still too early to tell.
