Ok first off big thank you to the people over at Celtic labs for the opportunity to run this.
Heres a lil about me I'm 26 5'8" I'm around 190. I'll get exact weight tomorrow morning. Been lifting for about 6 years. Before I started going to the gym I was a 240lb fat guy. Not sure of by bf% as of now but was about 14%. Wife lost my calipers. Well my plan is simple with this cycle bulk up . If I gain some fat then oh well. Just love that feeling of being strong in the gym. I plan on running it 25/30/30/35.
Cycle support:
Hawthorn berry
Milk thistle
I like to keep it simple.
Pct:
I have Nolva on hand not sure if it will be enough so I'm going to be purchasing some more in a week. If there is enough 20/20/10/10.
Also have erase on hand.
Staples: multi, bcaa's.
I'll get a before picture up for tomorrow. Started the cycle today. I was gonna wait till next week when I got more Nolva but it's to tempting when m1t-o is sitting in my cabinet. I workout 4 days a week . Mon -thurs. just recently got back into the gym . I had some groin pain. But its been gone for a while now. Only thing I was doing was walking the dogs and taking it easy till I was sure it was gone.
Bench press max: 350
No spotter so I have to use the smith machine.
Squats : 500 (smith machine)
Let's make some gains!
