Ok first off big thank you to the people over at Celtic labs for the opportunity to run this.
Heres a lil about me I'm 26 5'8" I'm around 190. I'll get exact weight tomorrow morning. Been lifting for about 6 years. Before I started going to the gym I was a 240lb fat guy. Not sure of by bf% as of now but was about 14%. Wife lost my calipers. Well my plan is simple with this cycle bulk up . If I gain some fat then oh well. Just love that feeling of being strong in the gym. I plan on running it 25/30/30/35.
Cycle support:
Hawthorn berry
Milk thistle
I like to keep it simple.
Pct:
I have Nolva on hand not sure if it will be enough so I'm going to be purchasing some more in a week. If there is enough 20/20/10/10.
Also have erase on hand.
Staples: multi, bcaa's.
I'll get a before picture up for tomorrow. Started the cycle today. I was gonna wait till next week when I got more Nolva but it's to tempting when m1t-o is sitting in my cabinet. I workout 4 days a week . Mon -thurs. just recently got back into the gym . I had some groin pain. But its been gone for a while now. Only thing I was doing was walking the dogs and taking it easy till I was sure it was gone.
Bench press max: 350
No spotter so I have to use the smith machine.
Squats : 500 (smith machine)
Let's make some gains!

Slow reps concentrating on contraction of the muscle.

Lat pull down: kept loosing grip due to the rubber piece moving around.

Ok well last night on my way to the gym I noticed my gym bag wasn't in the car. Dam wife. So I did a lil workout in my basement.

Thanks man had to be a lil creative with the clean and presses cuz I didn't want to hit the ceiling in the basement . Next time im forced to workout in the basement I'm doing deadlifts .

Haha there you go! Some barbell hack squats are good as well, I account them to growing my arms when I didn't do any direct arm work

Yesterday was the end of week one and the start of 30mg. Did notice a crazy pump in the gym. Very noticeable. Pump was crazy had a hard time getting full range doing curls.

Last night I did leg day. Pump was there like crazy again. So far that is what I'm noticing but its still early. I figure about next week is when it should really be kicking in . I'll post workout routine later.

I haven't tried the original m1t so only comparison I have is sd. Sd was the bomb as long as u could deal with the lethargy. Thanks for following.

Still sore and having problems getting up and down stairs lol. My wife heard me walking down the stairs and said ya u must of did leg day recently huh? She knows lol.

So far this is what I'm noticing;
Pro's:
Increased vascularity.
(It would be crazy if I was someone who had 10%bf)
Increased energy/aggression in the gym
Increased pumps
Muscles feel harder
That alpha feel in the gym.
Very forgiving when it comes to cheat meals.

Cons:
Increased acne
Slight lethargy throughout the day
A few headaches here and there


Can't wait to bump it up next week. Monday marked the end of week 2. I'll post my workout later.

Awesome, thanks for the update. Good to see the vascularity/forgiving when it comes to cheat meal comment.. I want this to be the ultimate lean bulk compound haha

Some logs I've read have reported this to be somewhat drier than the original M1T

Yeah it's definitely drier. Less sides per mg as far as I can tell, too. But not the same kind of mass builder
