Hey guys been a while since ive logged here so bear with me let me know any questions and more info details anything. Lets ask away some questions and get some interaction going on here otherwise its gonna get awfully boring. Ill run this starting at 45mgs always believe in running lowest dose possible to continue progress that being said if I need to run this at 90 or higher id do that too but no reason to start high not having anyexperience with this product

Goals.... well I hit 240 this year but diet has been off so I got a little soft so first goal is get leaner then grow so anything over 240 lean would be excellent.

Stated Saturday at 3 caps wanted to take weekend off get some good rest I haven't taken 2 days off in a row since august after my last show. So ill be nice and rested and ready to tear $h!T up tomorrow.

face pulls
hammer strength (HS) high rows
HS low rows
smith barbell rows dead stop
wide pull downs
improvised Tbar rows
iso pull downs neutral grip
cable low rows with nylon handles

focus has been on upper back detail youll see on back and shoulder day i do a lot of focus on rear delts and traps.

3 days in nothing to report officially. Workout was killer possibly due to being fully recovered from taking full weekend off idk but workout effffing rocked

The muscle separation in my upper back has always been a weak spot for me. The mass is there but I need the definition. Are focusing on weight reps or time under tension to improve this area?

Are you using anything for an on cycle AI?
no no need for that only if issue comes up. I have pharmgrade exem nolva and letro on hand if needed but I highly doubt its just a 4-8 week ph run theres no need. Also I NEVER use research chems if you cant get pharm grade you shouldn't use them.

periodized training one week power one week time under tension one week density repeat but youll never see separation until your BF% is low enough to expose it. back is tough need to be lean single digits sometimes even low singles. For me its low singles I hold water in my back lower back is always the last to go even before showtime

i did calves between each set 4 variations.

i never bench press as in conventional flat bench press with barbell. I figure this would be a good way to track strength gains throughout this run. Maybe ill add shoulder press and hack squat kr leg press to. I wish i could squat before last show before i hurt my back i front squatted (hands crossed on shoulders) 315 for 1 and 285 for 4 but squats of any kind leave me crippled for a while after. I think partially due to injury and partially due to so much weight gain so fast.

anyways 3 sets of 5 at 275 is starting number

for sure, i never got the hang of front squatting
i like it better then back squatting idk just individual mechanics i guess but i dont need to go as heavy and i feel i hit target muscles better where back squat i feel like im just moving weight.

was leg day yesterday i did hacksquats my back is still iffy then today shoulders just adjusting smith machine i pulled something different spot mid/upper back on the right along the spine. i still was able to get killer workout just couldnt do heavy presses i didnt even try. So this is what i ended up doing and pump was ridiculous first noticible effect i think anyway day 5 or 6 pump was insane

Cable crossover shrugs
Smith shrugs (where injury happened)
single arm smith shrugs
face pulls
upright rows on cable
side raises 6 sets last 3 with shrug at top
front raises
X pulls so high pulleys right grabs ledt handle left grabs right pull across and down hits rear delts and middle traps very good 5 sets last 2 superset with reverse pec dec
cable machine shoulder presses.

75 minutes time caught me off guard or i would have taken pictures. Also getting leaner so ill weigh in saturday see if any weight loss or jjst recomp

I've been having an issue with the same spot on my back as well. Makes it hard to breathe sometimes. Been using the Icy/Hot tens unit from walmart and it's been a LOT better! Borrowed it from my dad but I will be buying one for myself for sure!

so ya im freakin huge lol full update coming shortly but just weighed in and saw that gawddaym so plan is up dose lower calories im still shockingly lean considering amount of growth

ALright so im growing too fast LOL seriously though between this and finishing my nasty mass cycle ive put on quite a lot of weight and its really uncomfortable I mean I love it but my back hates it even just daily tasks and walking around its really not feeling good

so we know this product can pack on weight and fast now I need to lean out drop down to more comfortable level less BF% this is highest BF ive been in long time im still leanish but I need to be closer to photo shoot condition in case any spring up on me I know the sequel to the last book I was on the cover of is being written so that's going to be coming up. Back to topic cutting.... im going to UP the dose and decrease calories add some light cardio 10 minutes stepmill and walk my dog wich should be plenty of cardio.

ill bump to 75 as IMO more is needed to cut then bulk. IM excited for some strength gains id love for my strength to catch up to my new weight that should happen with a cleaned up diet though, Bulking foods aren't always best for performance

I need to say this too, this isn't my first PH or AAS cycle ive done really countless I didn't go from 160-180 wich could be done easily with just a little food. I went from 235-247 fast and fairly lean. People need to understand that I can run a cycle and not gain a pound just recomp a little and get some strength gains the amount of size gained at this point in my athletic journey is incredible these aren't newbie gains these aren't first cycle gains these aren't gains from mega increased calories. Im getting bloodwork too next month should be right at the end of this and if this is as mild (toxicity wise) as I believe I could see easy 12 week runs. IM really interested im bloods its been since before my last 2 shows so im hoping im not too far out of whack but I really don't think I am. I stay hydrated don't drink alcohol and don't abuse narcotics I don't use supports and ive never had an issue with bloods and ive run heavy injectable and oral cycles

ok rant over

my back is still effed not just lower back the constant pain from weight gain but where I pulled something last week my my schedule has been off so tomorrow will be leg day number 3 this week just no squats lunges step ups or any variation of deadlift but I can leg press silly and us the hack squat the onewhere it has ass/lower back pad not shou;der pads

ok upped dose now cut back calories and i feel much better dropped down at 242 much less back pain and overall more comfortable. Also getting lean very fast. When i say cjt back calories i mean i dropped to 4100-4700 leg day ill have more carbs. I didnt and never will go LOW calories wich to me anything under 3000 is pretty much starvation.

Leg day hack squat hell
warm up with 100 reps quad extensions and 100 reps hammie curls

drop set started at 10 plates went to failure pulled 2 went to failure all the way to 1 per side. at that point i was at 50 reps. so stopped took 10 breaths did another 10 reps 10 breaths then 10 reps for 50 total reps

legs were smoked pump so huge tbough was going to burst my shorts today nicely sore i drop it low on hacks really hits all parts quads and glutes hard if you bottom out.

Im at 75mgs now once i get lean enough ill start adding cals back in i do not like being this low offseason

Diabolix has been rather good at providing some lean dry gains, You should be able to drop some body fat rather easy especially since you know how to manipulate your diet easily

I love the cut to 4100!! Inspiration to just F-ing eat. Nice workout. I might have to try that 100 rep of each warm up before my squats tomorrow.

i like it, it gets my knees nice and warm. if you follow john meadows he has the sickest hamstring hang hekinda got me started wigh this he pre exhausts hammies before heavy leg work. 4100 i can get pretty shredded on even last season 35 pounds lighter i ran with about 4100 cals till abour a month out from show time. most people automatically think low calories and carba are bad for weight loss rather then feedimg the machine and working increasing metabolic function

im hoping seeing how i atill have 5ish weeks left i can end up semi lean 245 that would be huge i mean i was like 215 last winter so thats huge gains

Agree. My metabolism is on fire right now. Came off a slow cut at 2700. Upped to maint. at 3100 for a few weeks. Now averaging 3400-4000 and only recomping. Can't hardly gain a pound. Probably have to keep it over 4000 to budge the scale.

what i do at that point is keep like 80% of my intake nutrient dense and structured then 20% calorie dense. So basically ill have 5 typical "bber" chicken pineapples rice veggies, steak pineapples potatoes veggies, eggs oatmeal berries etc and then one freebie chinese food usually. Also between meals if i get hungry ill have a few spoons of ice cream cream not like a big ole bowl just enough to curb my cravings until next meal comes along. IDK ice cream and steroids is just a great combo lol

ya it really is. People that follow me on instagram and facebook ill get haters talking **** now way and blah blah blah. i even put up a time line from first my first show where i competed at 170 until my most recent show at 205. I think now im at or close to the weight where lean mass is going to be more and more difficult. I am almost 6 foot tall so that helps but 250 is pretty huge i was getting out of breath just walkimg up stairs and having gym mirers all over the place

I have been close to that weight one time and I know what you were feeling I am much more comfortable around 210.

thanks for subin. I expect to be quite a bit leaner before show is over im feeling good on stricter 4100-4700 calorie diet at 75mg i dont think theres a need to go higher i doubt i will as things are going quite well here why change

strength is huge even while dealing with injuries. i tried benching but not happening heavy nothing under 8 reps are im scared my wrist will collapse. Back feels 100x better since dropping down weight came fast and hard (thats what she said) and it was too much so that really shows how potent this is since im not a beginner or lightweight adding weigt at my size is harder then when i was 170 or even 200

really biggest improvements in hack squats and leg press ill try to get some solid numbers next week ill go with a heavier week and see where things are.

anyone know of any good wrist wraps bot lifting straps like wrist stabilizer type wraps
