Hey guys been a while since ive logged here so bear with me let me know any questions and more info details anything. Lets ask away some questions and get some interaction going on here otherwise its gonna get awfully boring. I do own a personal training company and work full time coaching so please ask any questions youd like

630am (post workout) 8oz egg whites 25g whey isolate 105g vitargo 10g glutamine
800am blueberry waffles maple syrup 5 whole eggs (omega eggs)
11am 2 1/4 pound cheese burgers (grass fed beef) 1 can pineapples *DIABOLIX*
2pm chicken wrap 8oz chicken cheese mayo veggies
5pm 8oz salmon (wild caught) 2 cups jasmine rice 2 cups veggies I like okra or asparagus
8pm 8oz eggwhites 25g whey isolate 1 cup oatmeal. *DIABOLIX*
