Here we go. Tomorrow begins my 6 week lean-bulk with Olympus Labs Dymethazi9e and BPS Dermacrine.

This will be my 4th Olympus Labs products cycle, all 3 previous have been a total success. Today was my last dose of OL's Ostar1ne that I ran for 6.5 weeks at 20 and 25mg's alongside 8 weeks of Ep1c and the last 3 weeks with Iron Legion X1 KT. I ran this cycle on a slight calorie deficit of around 2700 cals/day for a slow cut/recomp and went from 203lbs @ around 13-15% BF and finished at 187 lbs. @ 9-10% BF. I don't know what my current lifting stats are as far as 1RM's are concerned. I just haven't maxxed out in a while. But I do a lot of the Big lifts. Lots of Squats, Deads, and Bench Press. Lots of weighted Dips and PullUps. A 5 day split consisting of 3 days that are more volume oriented and 2 days of strength and accessory. I do about 30-35 minutes of cardio a week. That's it. I usually hit it hard for 10-12 minutes of sprints or intervals of some kind at the end of a workout.

My goal with this cycle is to add 7-10 pounds of quality muscle. And I will determine the outcome at the end of my PCT, not during week 6 of the cycle. I would like to not go over 200 pounds at all while on, and if I walk away at 195 pounds, I'll be happy.

Cycle Layout looks like this:
DMZ 40/40/40/40/60/60 (actually 40 days, 30 @ 40mg. 10 days @ 60mg)
Dermacrine 0/3/3/4/4/4 (pumps/day)
CEL Cycle Assist 6 caps/day
Elim1nate 50-75mg/day as needed

PCT:
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Sup3r PCT 4/4/3/2/2/1
LGI DAA 3-6g's/day
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD/E3D after Sup3r PCT is tapering
(Might add something else here...X-Gels, Str3ngth)

Going to be eating right at maintenance of 3000 calories a day. I do count them, everything. 225-250g Protein, 80-100g Fat, 250-300g Carbs.
Will post some food porn as we go. I do a lot of meal planning and food prepping. Saves money and it's the only way to go clean.

Blah, blah, blah...starts tomorrow. Oh and I do have about a week or more left of this X1 KT and a few days left of Ep1c to run into this.

Last one is right out of the gym so I was a little pumped up!! LOL.

Couple areas of focus for this run are Upper Chest, Shoulder/Tricep Separation, and Triceps.

Took first DMZ this morning, 1.8mL X1 KT as well.

Well first workout on DMZ was fantastic. Wasn't much of a power workout as I have DOMS all over from going hard 4 days in a row. But the exercises I did, I did with bad intentions. Funny thing about placebo, even though you know that's all that it is, it still works!! Well I am still taking Ep1c and X1 KT, I can't say it's all placebo.

Everything was super sets.

Blood Pressure is already elevated. Got a headache watching football yesterday and I never get headaches. And then woke up this morning at around 2:00 and it took almost an hour to get back to sleep. Felt my heart racing. I bought a large bottle of Benadryl as a sleep aid, but wasn't expecting to have to use it for a couple weeks.

Damn, elevated bp already?? Mine didn't really start to spike until the last week and it was in normal range.

Yeah it's usually the first side I have show up but it's usually not until about 2 weeks in. Definitely a BP headache, sharp right in the forehead. As I type here with my cup of coffee beside me!!! LOL. Need to cut the caffeine in half.

Today's workout took a couple sets to get going. First set on the Bench Press felt HEAVY and tight. Worried me for where the workout was going. But after about 2 sets, that bull crap was gone!!
I cut my morning cup of coffee in about half, my late morning cup in half, and my preworkout cup in half and I still feel over stimmed. I believe I carried over a little elevated BP from my Osta run and the DMZ picked it right up. I don't know, that's an uneducated guess, but I feel it.

Bench Press: (20 slow push-ups to warm up)

What started off slow turned into a killer pump workout. Feel strong on my deadlifts, but feel like I'm lagging behind on my Bench Press. I need to dedicate a couple workouts to a low rep heavy layout and try and get some strength back. Come on DMZ...

Day 4 was a way better "feel-good" day than yesterday. Slept good (thanks to benadryl and melatonin), cut the caffeine in half, so I hit the gym with a nice stride today.

BW Pull-Ups:
10 sets...7,7,7,7,7,7,7,7,7,6 Could not get 7 on the last, so 69 total!!

DB Shoulder Press:
40's x 8
60's x 6 sets 2-8

Seated BB Curls:
85 x 7

90 x 8 (had to move to EZ curl bars, someone stole the Smith Machine)

DB Shrugs:

Looked pumped, felt pumped, this is going to be fun.

Also drink lots of water and then you can have your coffee back i would put the odds at a good 90% that I am right in that you will feel better plus you will save a few lives. I give a Double red blood cell donation every 4 months. It always makes me feel better after. If I had more time I would do a normal one or RBC and platelets every 8 weeks. Either way it will in my opinion make you feel MUCH BETTER!

Even if they are not considered high if you are a pre-hypertensive prone person even being in the higher and of normal can cause some BP headaches. Also drink lots of water and then you can have your coffee back i would put the odds at a good 90% that I am right in that you will feel better plus you will save a few lives. I give a Double red blood cell donation every 4 months. It always makes me feel better after. If I had more time I would do a normal one or RBC and platelets every 8 weeks. Awesome to have you!! I am a huge advocate of giving blood. Got it from my Dad, who got it from my Grandma, and now my 18 year old son is already a proud donor. Never thought that giving a little would relieve the tension. Makes sense though. A little cardio tends to help as well. Yesterday seemed much better.

Day 5 and I'm pretty sure the recovery benefits are already starting to shine through. I should be way more sore from yesterday's workout than I am. Barely a little soreness in my lats after 10 sets of pull-ups and next to nothing in my biceps.

No BP symptoms today, still kept the caffeine intake to a minimum.

Workouts are getting fun. Getting in the zone and don't care whos watching.

Close Grip Push Ups on medicine ball feet elevated x 3 sets: 16, 15, 15 really focusing on tricep squeeze

355 x 6 PR (for reps @ that weight)

Calf Raises x 4 sets

Ab Roller x 4 sets

12 minutes jog / walk intervals (1 minute) on 2.0 incline

It's these workouts and heavy metal that were made for each other. Feel like I'm In my own world in a good way!!

4 sets. Squeeze for 4 seconds at the top of the curls, hold for 2 seconds at top of the front raises. Humbled to the 20lb. EZ Curl Bar for this one. 40 lb. for the curls.

Standing Straight-Arm Cable Pull Downs:
60 x 12
70 x 12
80 x 10

(Super Set)
Standing Concentration Curls:
30 x 8, 8, 8, 7

Second time I've done Kroc Rows. Happy about being able to pull the 110's for a few.

Hitting right at 3000 cals a day. Holding steady at 187lbs waking weight. Macros are not as dialed in as calories. Timing of macros is improved though and aiding in workouts I believe.

Adding Dermacrine Saturday.

Thanks man. BP has been much better the past few days. Caffeine intake lower, water intake higher, and thrown in a couple cardio sessions seemed to help. Actually started Dermacrine this morning. Had a real lack of motivation in the sack last night with the wife. Got Up fine, but couldn't have cared less about the whole thing. Not cool. So started that stuff right away today!!

Thanks brotha. Got my Fat Gripz in yesterday. Pretty stoked to try them out. Rest day today though.
Fat Gripz are no joke, best present my ex got me . nothing has helped my grip strength more from tommy john surgery than those suckers. And they humble you big time in terms of weight like if you're doing db curls

So I've heard. No problems with that. Who cares about the weight when your forearms and veins are bulging about to explode!! Do you use them for rowing moves as well?

nope, too scared lol

biceps, db rows with light weight, tried pull ups and that was an adventure
