Here we go. Tomorrow begins my 6 week lean-bulk with Olympus Labs Dymethazi9e and BPS Dermacrine.
This will be my 4th Olympus Labs products cycle, all 3 previous have been a total success. Today was my last dose of OL's Ostar1ne that I ran for 6.5 weeks at 20 and 25mg's alongside 8 weeks of Ep1c and the last 3 weeks with Iron Legion X1 KT. I ran this cycle on a slight calorie deficit of around 2700 cals/day for a slow cut/recomp and went from 203lbs @ around 13-15% BF and finished at 187 lbs. @ 9-10% BF. I don't know what my current lifting stats are as far as 1RM's are concerned. I just haven't maxxed out in a while. But I do a lot of the Big lifts. Lots of Squats, Deads, and Bench Press. Lots of weighted Dips and PullUps. A 5 day split consisting of 3 days that are more volume oriented and 2 days of strength and accessory. I do about 30-35 minutes of cardio a week. That's it. I usually hit it hard for 10-12 minutes of sprints or intervals of some kind at the end of a workout.
My goal with this cycle is to add 7-10 pounds of quality muscle. And I will determine the outcome at the end of my PCT, not during week 6 of the cycle. I would like to not go over 200 pounds at all while on, and if I walk away at 195 pounds, I'll be happy.
Cycle Layout looks like this:
DMZ 40/40/40/40/60/60 (actually 40 days, 30 @ 40mg. 10 days @ 60mg)
Dermacrine 0/3/3/4/4/4 (pumps/day)
CEL Cycle Assist 6 caps/day
Elim1nate 50-75mg/day as needed
PCT:
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Sup3r PCT 4/4/3/2/2/1
LGI DAA 3-6g's/day
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD/E3D after Sup3r PCT is tapering
(Might add something else here...X-Gels, Str3ngth)
Going to be eating right at maintenance of 3000 calories a day. I do count them, everything. 225-250g Protein, 80-100g Fat, 250-300g Carbs.
Will post some food porn as we go. I do a lot of meal planning and food prepping. Saves money and it's the only way to go clean.
