A little sleepiness in the afternoon after lunch, but maybe only in my head.
Good workout, no increases in weights for now.

Bench Press

Incline bench press superset with cable flyer

My only question is about timings:

I take tren and dmz together with arimacare and other supports supplements.
After wake up I pump the XI-KT (in upper chest) and before training TRANSFORM (inner thighs).

Is this ok?

I also have dermacrine, but don't know if put or not in the cycle.

bps dermacrine can be used in virtually any cycle, it is incredibly mild and aids in lethargy, plus several other things, like prevention of hair loss.

Don't know If im going fine with timings: I take DMZ and Tr3n together, first caps in morning breakgast, and then again in the afternoon with the pre-wo meal.

Yes, it has more benefits than just being a test base. Personally I have never felt with using more than 1 TD, but as long as you apply to different spots I don't see why you cannot apply all at the same time. I usually go with dosing times of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but yours will work as well.

Ok to take the Tr3n and DMZ together but take your support supps a few hours separate.

This is an interesting combo that I don't think I've seen run before. Tr3n, DMZ and X1 KT. I like the sound of it.

Im surprised because i have zero sides for now, this is day 5. Maybe the good support helps, transform/xi-kt helps too.

I remember a solo epistane run gave me a lot of sides in the first days.

This time is going very well. :)

DAY 9

this is the second day with tr3n at 90 (dmz 40) and still feeling great, no sides at all. Do you think I must increase dmz @ 60?
My libido seems increased, is it normal !?

I also added dermacrine in the morning, so now I use 3 different spots:

- right shoulder/upper chest = XI-KT
- left shoulder/upper chest = Dermacrine
- inner thighs = TransFORM

my diet is about 3000/3200 kcal (protein at 300/350g), but my weight is the same for now, floating between 81/83kg.

Still no extra strenght in workouts.

Libido could be from the dermacrine. That's why I'm using it with DMZ as well. I say stay at 40mg DMZ for a while longer. Day 9 is not long enough to really have it kicked in. The 2 week mark is where it should start to show.
