Hey fellas, just take a look at this and tell me what you think.
Start date: Jan. 1 I'm getting married April 18th, so I'm looking to lean out a little.
Current stats: ~182lbs ~15% body fat (not really sure. My cheap caliper sucks. Look at the pic above to tell). Bench- 225x4 Squat- 345x2 Deads- 365x3
Goals: I want to lean out without loosing much mass or strength as much as possible. I went on a cut around April last year and lost 11 lbs of bad weight and got harder and all that great stuff but I lost a lot of strength. I'm hoping to be around the same weight (185) but be around 12% body fat if possible.
