Today i begin my epi,tr3n,tr3st cycle, the plan is 5-6 weeks depending on how I feel at the end of week five.

I'll be running them as follows.
Epi 30/30/30/30/30/30?
Tr3n 60/60/60/60/90/90?
Tr3st 50-75 throughout depending on how I feel.
Transform 1 pump a day.
Got inhibit p and letro on hand in case any issues arise.
Taurine on hand
Iron mag cycle sup

Diet: alot of cal aiming for 500-600 over tdee. Protein should be 1-1.5g per lb bw.

Training will be a mix of 5x5 and a bro split 5 on 2 off, hitting everything twice. I will be aiming for a lot of density, so drop sets and pyramids will be abused. The 5x5 will be incorporated to the compound movements for each body part. I plan on it being more dynamic so I won't be doing 5x5 every workout. I might even substitute entire workouts with phat to keep it interesting.

Haven't decided on a OTC pct product yet but I'm leaning towards super pct

Workout today chest and tri with a little bit of bi.

Chest press: warm up 4x10@90

Db flat bench:
5x5 @ 70
Incline bb:
4x10@115
Chest press:
1x10@150
Drop set 150-30 all to failure.
Cable crossover:
2x10 #6 plate
Drop set to #2 then worked back up to 6 no rest.

Tri push down strait bar:
2x15 #10 plate
Drop set from 10 down to 3, all failure.
Rope:
2x10 #7 plate
Drop set 7 to 3 failure no rest.
Tri extension one arm:
4x10 #3 plate only rest was switching arms.
Db skull crushers:
3x10 @ 25lbs

Bicep
Cam bar curl machine
3x20 #8 plate
Cross body hammer curl:
2x10 @ 30
Db preacher curl:
2x10 @ 30

Arms where toast. All and all was a great workout

Day two nothing to report I'm at school from 7 to 3 and work from 5 to 230am so no gym time on Tue and thur. Shoulders/back/bicep tomorrow.

I'm just trying to feel out the tren I've never taken it before but I got 2 bottles so will see. And for me with epi the sides out weigh the gains at 40 an above I feel like ****. Thanks for lookin this over :) good luck

Nothing to report on the drugs really can only feel the tr3st I know epi takes a few weeks dunno bout tr3n.

Today back/shoulders had to cut the session short something came up.

a lot of people will say to increase the tr3n to at least 90, and I like epi @ 30/45/45/45/45/45

I'd run Tr3n starting at 90 and up it to 120 after 3 weeks.

The Inhibit-P I would run at the recommended dose throughout the cycle along with the Taurine 3-5g daily. Keep the letro on hand in case of estro sides like planned.

Epi might be fine at 30 with your stack but I prefer 45-60.

I upped the tr3n to 90 today and the tr3st to 75 might up the epi to 40. Looking back the epi sides were prolly only bad cause I was running it solo. In other sad news my refrigerator died and I lost about 400$ worth of food all those chicken breast went to waste :( I'll be logging me leg workout later today once I'm out of school.

I second the suggestion to run the Epi a little higher .... I ran my last solo Epi cycle at 30/45/45/45/45/45. Only side effect was lethargy around week 4 but you won't have to deal with that due to the TR3ST serving as a test base.

For a good otc pct supp I would recommend REVOLUTION PCT by FINAFLEX. Too many others out there use Tribulus as the T-boosting ingredient .... when by now we all know that Tribulus does not raise T levels. It is a good libido booster now and then but thats about it. REVOLUTION PCT uses DAA, Fenugreek, and Eurycoma longifolia rather than Tribulus along with a host of other goodies to help get you back up and running. ;)

Then I did a few tricep workouts cause it didn't feel right not having a tricep pump but having one in the bis. Lol. Seems kinda early for back pumps but after the first warm up on squats they kicked in. Feeling great over all.

Switched it up today and just did arms felt like I've been slacking on them.

Workout was pretty much super set based back and forth.

Standing ez bar curl:
Warm up was 21's with 65lbs
Followed by 4 sets of 7

Bb skull crushers:
5x7@65

Ez bar preacher curls:
5x7@65
Last 2 sets was with 75

Over head bb tricep extensions:
5x7@75

Cross body hammer curls:
5x7@35

Db skull crushers:
5x7@35

Ez bar curl machine:
2 sets of 21's

Tricep press down strait bar:
Did sets of 10 up to the max I could do slow controlled reps pause and squeeze at the bottom.

Rope:
Same as above.

I didn't pay attention to my epi just used to them being 10mg forgot there 15. So I started at 45 and went to 60 without noticing. So I'm gonna take it back down to 45. Tr3n is at 120 trest is at 75 I'm also up another 2lbs to 182.

Scraping this whole workout all the numbers suck. Starting tomorrow I'm going back to phat and running it for the rest of the cycle. Just worried about the wall I hit last time my grip strength for rows sldl and hack squats wouldn't let me go over 205 the weight was easy but I couldn't hold the bar past 5 to 6 reps maybe I should get some straps will see.

I just finished this exact same cycle last week. Except I ran tr3n and tr3st 8 weeks. And epi 6 weeks. Great gains. And so far I'm keeping most of them. Run tr3n at 90 and epi at 40. The strength gains after 3-4 weeks are crazy.

Whole workout felt great nice pump throughout. It was fun forcing the reps out on the bent over rows the form slipped a Lil but I enjoyed it.

I've noticed some aggression, I snapped on on of my employees last night which is unusual for me, didn't even think about it just started cussing and yelling over something minor but **** it, whatever.

Joints are starting to get dry, nips are a Lil bit sensitive maybe I should ad another half pump of transform.

Missed a day at the gym some **** came up so lower body power was today.

**** was weak my balance isn't really that good on the block so I'll keep working on it could only go 95lbs for sets of 10

All and all I had the nastiest pump I've ever had in my quads **** was amazing.
All lifts I hit the full rep range on I'll add weight next week all others will stay the same. No real sides to report just a lil dry and nips a lil sensitive, back pumps really ain't a big deal not even taking taurine. Libido is still high, energy level out of the gym has slipped a Lil but nothing bad.

Weight is also up another pound to 183
So I've put on around 10-11lbs so far, I'm really happy about that.

Delts were toast so I only used 15lbs cause I couldn't hit the bottom of the rep range with 20lbs

Nips are getting more sensitive I have two bottles of tamox and 2 bottles of letro but I'd rather not use the letro if at all possible, thinking about running nolva at 20mg till the end of the cycle. Could use some input on the matter

Run the nolva at 10mg thru cycle.

The nip issue has gotten better still sensitive but not as bad. Other then that sides are still very minimal. Back pumps aren't an issue, libido is great, sweating can get bad at times, haven't had any sleeping problems, a few times I have been more aggressive but nothing serious.

On a side not I have an exam, a research paper and a math test to take care of so I might skip the gym tomorrow and Sunday but I doubt it. Lol.

Next time you do flys as you come to the top of the movement straighten your arms and act as if you were pushing your elbows together. I think you will get more of a contraction in your pecs that way ;)

Did back and shoulder hypertrophy today nothing really to report was a good workout, ordered the rest of my cycle today another bottle of trest and epi. Uped everything.

Gonna stay there the last 3 weeks I also dropped transform and jumped on .5 letro ed. Transform wasn't cutting it for the estro sides so I'll save it for another day. Looking forward to chest/arm hypertrophy I always get a sick pump.

Muscles are feeling full, mood is great except for some little spats of aggression, I also am going to try and raise my calories another 2-300 to around 4100.

Get you some hawthorne berry extract for the BP, and don't beat up anyone today ;) Also I ran Epi and Tren a few month back and my anxiety and BP went up when I got up to 150 on the Tren, so be careful if you go up much more, since you are having BP issues now.

Didn't have much time this morning so I just did a simple chest/tri workout. I'm hoping to go back later and do lower body hypertrophy. My mood is all f'd up, for some reason I feel like I'm rageing, like I'm gonna snap. Anybody know of anything I can use to balance out my mood? I don't smoke weed or drink or do any drugs other the pH/ds. So any ideas would help.

Sounds like you are having all sorts of symptoms.
Im running this exact same cycle, same doses and everything. Im not taking nova or inhibit P or any **** like that. Just straight pro hormones. And I haven't gotten a single side affect. Im going on week 5 of my cycle, maybe its just different with everyone but Im not convinced these side affects are real.

It could just be an added affect from stress, I calmed down a little bit, but I got kids, school and work. Got exams and research papers due, just got moved to a new place at work and etc. Its just a collective of ****, I'm normally a very calm person.

I super set/pyramid tricep press down with a rope and strait bar bicep curls. Back and forth started with 20 reps each and worked up to a 5 rep max then drop set each one to the last plate. Was very humbling, not being able to move the lightest plate. The pump was retarded lol.

Just a question for anybody following along, could I replace bb hack squats with leg press? if I kept my feet low on the sled wouldn't it focus more on my quads? or should I try front squats? I've never tried them.

Also just to throw it out there this a sample of my eating for a day.

Today I ate 3 packs of oatmeal with 2tbs of peanut butter, 4 pop tarts with peanut butter on them and a glass of milk for breakfast.

Shake before lunch 3 scoops(60g of protein)

Lunch was 2 Philly cheese steaks with extra steak and bacon. And 12 wings.

Dinner was a full rack of ribs, fries and broccoli.

Will prolly have another 20g shake after the gym later tonight as well as a snack.

In for da gains. You are close to my lifts and weight, its cool to watch progress. Kill it in there man.

Im preloading for my tr3st/dmz cycle now. How much tr3st do you dose pre workout? Also, how long before. Oral or TD?

Oh ya, i read about your form coming apart on heavy deads.

I spread my lats out and take a real big belly full of air, then try toroll my chest up and keep my head up towards the cieling.

Its alot to think about, but man when your core is locked in.....you can really dig deep n get a good pump goin

I take 100mg 50 in the am and 50 pre workout. Same with tren and epi, half in the morning half prework out. 120 on tren and 60 epi for the day.
