Hey guys looking to become a little more active on these forums and log my up and coming cycle. This is my second cycle,first being quite more serious but due to money concerns i cant run a full out aas bulk like i want so this will have to due. Phat is going to be my training program of choice these next 6 weeks. Cals are going to be somewhat clean around 3.2k,hoping to add around 15+lbs.

Started the cycle today,upper body body power. Im coming off of a lower back injury so i may or may not try to include lifts such as squats,deadlifts,rows.

Hammerstrength standing rows
1x6x3 plates, 1x5x 3 plates+25, 1x5x 4plates

Weighted pull ups
1x8x25lbs, 1x8x30lbs, 1x6x40lbs 1

DB Press
1x8x70, 1x6x80, 1x5x90

Hammerstrength Shoulder Press

Power lower day today. I'm going to incorporate squats with much lower weight than I'm use to to ease back into them. Ive been off stims awhile now and usually take hemavol+nitrates+citrulline malate but worked killed me today so I tried a scoop of Mr.Hyde+nitrates and this is my new go to pwo. Tastes amazing and gave me a killer workout! 3 days in so far and nothing to really report yet.
