Do i need letro?

hey brahs i started my cycle with 250mg deca and 250mg e but then two weeks ago ramped up to 500mg deca and 500 mg e.. i havent felt any sides but a few days ago i felt a lump .. it isnt directly under the nipple but above it like where the areola ends. and i have to press down on it in order to feel it .. im worried that this could be the onset of gyno? i have had minor gyno in the past but it disapeared after i took epistane..

ive been taking 1mg a week or arimidex but was thinking of picking up letro
