I'm starting on a Test 400 cycle and am interested to learn a few things before I start this one up
Cycle
Test 400/ 10 week cycle
I have Arimidex already on hand incase any symptoms come up if so I'll start taking that at .25 EOD and go from there if more is needed
I already take multivitamin every day and fish oil as well
For PCT
I have Nolvadex already as it worked wonders for me before
My questions
I'm thinking about pinning 2x a week at 1/2 cc per pin is that sufficient? (Mon and Thurs) I know once a week at 1cc may not be due to certain ethers in test 400
Also I have heard 2 weeks after last pin for PCT and I have heard 3 weeks, advice on which is best for test 400?
Also looking to dilute as test 400 is quite thick have heard different oils like grape seed work but do you need to filter and sterilize them all or are they able to just be bought like that?
