dermacrine on alpha m60/superdrol cycle

Going into final stages of planning for next cycle: have it narrowed down to sd or lgi m60.

My last alpha one cycle shrank my boys pretty good. Would dermacrine help me avoid this or just alleviate sides?
My question applies towards both sd and alpha 1.

The main reason I'm asking is because I'm hoping to be able to run cycle for perhaps 5-6 weeks and figure this would be more feasible if suppression was not as pronounced.
So far I've read good things about dermacrine but wanted to know if it actually prevents suppression or delays it to an extent from your experiences.
