My first triumphalis log

Hey guys,

Gonna log my first cycle, hopefully it goes well.
I weigh 88kg or 194lbs
I've been cutting for the most of my gym life, was fat as hell.
Weighed in at 125kg of fat and started gym without a care for diet, just ate hard and trained.
After a bit, i started dieting and cut till i hit 85kg.
Went on holidays and binged and came back home and cut again.
So before I started this, I was reverse dieting.

I'm dosing it at 45mg per day all the way till i finish two bottles.
On cycle i'm also taking NAC, slightly more than 1g.
If I get back pumps, i will add in taurine.
My current macros are at 46F 345.5C 305P
I split up my meals to five of them, eating every 2 to 3 hours

I will try to log it everyday if possible.
I can't post any pictures because i've never posted before so I will post them on another forum

So I started this log a day late, i'm on my second day of triumphalis.
Oh yes, i just increased my caloric intake by 400 and since i'm on a bulk, i'll be taking creatine as well from my shakes. Kinda bloated.

My lifts have increased already, but that's probably because of the increase of calories and placebo of the triumphalis haha.
Today I trained shoulders and from last weeks, 15 kg a side, today i could overhead press 20 a side.
I will not go too much into detail about my training, cause i tend to train based on how i feel, so I will mention if any of my lifts increased.

Trained back and biceps today,
Training was good, strength did no increase but i had a lot more pump.
