Background Info
Im 25, 6' 2" and starting weight is 222.5lbs at roughly 15.6%. The goal for this cycle is to increase strength for a powerlifting meet in November and keep fat at bay, so a recomp/lean bulk. I plan to weigh in once a week and do a quick BF % check, with a handheld meter.

Training
5x5 style main lifts with bodybuilding accessory lifts. In a week or so, I will start to do 2-a-day workouts for increased volume.
Mon - Legs/Abs
Tues - Chest
Wed - Arms/Abs
Thurs - Deads/Back
Fri - Shoulders/Calves
Sat - Chest/Arms/Abs
Sun - Off/Cardio

Pre-Load with CEL Cycle Assist and AI Sports Cycle Support for the last four weeks.

Cycle will start on 8/18
12 weeks of Trest Ace oral at 50/50/50/50/75/75/75/75/100/100/125/125
OL TransForm 2ml a day, increase as needed

Actually I am not using Tr3st, it's Trest Acetate. Hopefully with a slightly longer half life.

No, i have not used OL Super PCT before, but am looking forward to it.

I ended up doing Shoulders instead of Arms today, normally I would hit Shoulders on Friday, but I plan to hit Legs again.

This stack started to shine for me end of week 2. Looking solid as far as routine goes though man. 2 a days is pretty impressive. I tried during my cycle but life was just to busy.

Thanks for the info. I haven't started Epi or DMZ yet though, still hoping trest will be noticeable by the end of this week. My 2-a-days will be Back Monday, Shoulders tuesday, swim/cardio Wednesday and Legs Friday.

I forgot to post my weigh in results. I weighed in on saturday morning before the gym and was at 225.5 and 15.9% BF. I realize a lot of that is water retention from being bloated, but we'll see how this week goes.

Ohh ok well I'd think u should still start feeling the tr3st around week 2-3. U will like DMZ when u add that in for sure though.

Yeah i've only heard good things about DMZ, and thats why I included it for this cycle! Excited to run it in a few weeks.

Sorry for the lack of updates fellas, last week was a little more hectic than I would have liked. This is the start of the 4th week for me on Trest Acetate and I have started using Tr3st as well. I am currently dosing 25mg TA once in the morning and once in the pm before working out. I am dosing Tr3st 1 cap pre-workout, so if I workout twice a day, i'll be taking a total of 100mg! :) I have started taking TransForm as well, just as a preventative measure. I have not noticed any soreness, maybe a little puffiness though. Also last tuesday I had bloodwork done, to see how everything is going. My current weight is 223 at around 15.5% (like i said, last week was a bad week!!!), my cals will also be increasing this week. This week I will be trying to keep more up to date with my main lifts and anything else you guys want.

My main lifts have been increasing, I finally hit 455 raw deadlift last week, and my other lifts are increasing as well! Other than that and receiving comments on my size, I cant really say that i 'feel on' anything. I will be curious to see where my test results come back from my bloodwork. I'll get this weeks workout numbers up as well.

I have gotten A LOT of compliments/comments on my size in the last 2-3 weeks. With that being said, I am debating if I want to run both Epi and DMZ or just one. My goal for the next 8-9 weeks will be to increase strength without much regard to size, so what do you guys recommend/think???

Honestly haven't noticed anything different.

I was hoping I would be able to tell a difference between the 2 compounds when I added Tr3st, but I haven't noticed anything. Obviously something is working, I just don't have the 'on' feeling i expected.

I do have a weird rash under my right pec and a little on my forehead, not sure wtf that is from.

My problem is I have DMZ and EPI on hand, THE 1 wasn't out yet when I bought everything for this cycle and I'm trying not to buy supps for a while (saving money). But if I were to somehow acquire THE 1, I would definitely do DMZ and THE 1 combo!

Cycle Notes - I definitely have some sort of rash on my chest, and I am thinking it is from TransForm. I have stopped applying it to my chest and apply 1 pump once a day to my stomach. Should I stop TransForm and start using exemestane for a few days??? The rash itches like a MOFO and it is around my right nipple as well as the center of my chest and a little on my waist, so i cant tell if it is just the rash or if my nip is sensitive.

Yeah you could probably try the aromasin at 12.5mg eod and see if that works.

Cycle notes. Deads felt very heavy today, and it was hard to breathe, I'm thinking it was just the air quality. I have also stopped using transform and have started with exemestane at 12.5mg EOD. Cycle notes. I think I figured out what my rash is from, heat rash. Does anybody have any good remedies to help treat it? Ive been using cortisone-10 whenever it starts to itch. Other than that, my lifts are continuing to improve.

Day 27 and Day 28 were off days. I was going to do cardio on Sunday (day 28) but I lost weight and said screw that.

I weighed myself Sunday morning (9/14), I was at 222 and 15.3%. At first I was a little upset with that, but like I said before, I am looking to increase strength more than my weight and size. If I can continue to increase strength and lose BF, I will be extremely happy!

Doc said it was Poison Ivy. So no reaction with TransForm and no effects from the orals i'm taking. He asked if I wanted oral steroids to help with the rash, OF COURSE! LMAO

Day 31 was supposed to be an Arms day, but I spent it with the lady. It was a good recovery day.

I can't wait for EPI/DMZ to kick in and really get my strength up and hopefully lean out!

I also started taking 4 caps of Tudca along with my 4 caps of Arimacare Pro and 2 scps of AI Cycle Support, the Doc said my liver values were a little high.

A day with the lady can be a wonderful thing!
