What's up! So this is a continuation/restart of my last log, I added D1METHADROL on Monday and decided that I needed to step up my logging game. I've been running DermaTrest solo for about 4 weeks now and used it throughout my two week deload/vacation.. came back and didn't lose a bit of strength with is dope!

Stats
Weight: 203lbs
Height: 5'10"
Squat: 320lbs
Bench: 290lbs (paused)
Deadlift: 405lbs

My goals for now are to drop weight while gaining strength, I'll be eating in a slight caloric deficit and I'm working with a powerlifting coach who is designing all of my programming. In about 6 weeks I'm aiming for a 365 squat, a 300 bench press, and a 425 deadlift.

I'm considering adding in TR3N tomorrow to experimenting with that.

Today was the first day I noticed something! No increase in strength (yet) but I am having an increase in vascularity.. it is probably from the addition of formeron and lowering the DermaTrest.

So I started my new program today, it is a personalized conjugate method put together by my coach. There are a lot of movements that are new to me that will take some time to get used to.

When I add in TR3N, what would a recommended dosage be? I was going to jump right in at 90mg but I see some people running it solo at 60. Should I keep it at a low dose since I'm stacking?

Tr3st is awesome, but it does aromatise a lot.

Good plan to not up the dose until your Transform comes in.

So today was my first DE Lower day and it seriously kicked my ass. I don't know if I just wasn't feeling all there today or what, but I left in a bad mood and with my ass kicked haha. I am still new to powerlifting and trying to get my form perfect so I recorded a few sets that I'll be uploading a video of in a couple hours and I'm really looking for some feedback and advice.

Speed Squat - I've been battling with squats from day one, I just cannot figure out my ideal form.. my feet naturally turn out a lot which causes for my knees to cave in.

Are your vitals still doing well?

Make sure to check your Blood Pressure through out.

If you are doing well, you could probably bump that TR3N up.

I just bumped up to 90mgs on Saturday, this is my last week of D1METHADROL (which I bumped to 50mgs yesterday) and will be bumping TR3N to 120mgs on Monday when I drop the D1METHADROL ;) Also bumped the DermaTrest to 75mgs yesterday!
