    Hey guys. Thanks Olympus for the chance to log THE 1, and also DermaFury.
    And also another user that helped greatly with this cycle, you know who you are lol as well as swolbrah for the nutrition set up.

    Maybe some forma product. (Still don't know how I feel about that whole thing, and the amount of trust people have in an OTC AI)

    This log will only go up till the end of the Olympus stuff, then myself and @Savage99 will be running a single log covering the back end of both of our cycles.

    Ill cover workouts but honestly I'm not going to go over weights unless its a big increase. It's a bit of trouble tryin to remember every weight I used. I'm more concerned with my looks this cycle than my strength. Although a 375-405 bench sounds nice.

    And My diet is being arranged by swolbrah, the guy has been a huge help.
    I'm at
    2700 cals
    280g protein (this will be increased when the cycle gets Rollin)
    200g carbs
    70g fat

    I'm looking to recomp for this first portion. The back end will be more of a mass gaining stage and the tren will do its job in keeping me lean.

    FINAL REVIEW of THE 1.
    Im gonna hit you guys with my honest feedback and thoughts on the product.
    Ill be reviewing it in a few different areas.

    Physical sides
    Mental sides
    Mass gain
    Strength gain
    Libido
    How effective for cutting
    How effective for bulking
    Fat loss
    Overall

    Physical sides-joints hurt like a bitch, had to stop dosing my ai. Obvious decreased appitite at high doses.

    Mental sides-aggressiveness which is good.

    Mass gain-it doesnt shine in this area. Im growing because im eating. I gained around 7 pounds in the short time I was on this. Keeps you lean while gaining.

    Strength-not training for strength but all my lifts have gone up significantly.


    Libido-crazy. Lol. It shines here.

    How effective for cutting-very. This is its use imo. The first part of the cycle I was still in a cutting phase and wow it Drys you out. Almost to much. Its a good compound for cutting.

    How effective for bulking-there are Bette options, it will keep you lean while bulking if that is your desire.

    Fat loss-im up in weight but obviosuly leaner.


    Overal-7.8/10- its a great cutter, not much of a mass compound, but an overall feel good conpound. Hard on the joints though.

    Final thoughts-thanks olymous. I like this compound and its a hell of a kicker to my long cycle.

    I will run this again at some point. Already have another bottle I bought from a buddy.

    Jesus, this pip is intense. 400mg/ml sust is very concentrated, as well as the EO used in it. I don't react well to EO, so I'm getting prop without any. But my prop is still going to be 150mg/ml which is fairly high concentration. Which means more alcohol, which means more pip. Ha

    Yeah, its prob the eo. just did 400mg asprine to thin the blood, should help, my quad is swollen. Put I just put another 250mg in my glute. We will see how that goes. Is it weird I love pinning? Lol my boy is making me some prop without EO so ill get that soon.

    Never thought to try aspirin. Have you used that method before?

    And that's not weird at all ha. My first cycle was prop so I jumped right into eod pinning and found that it was totally bummed the days I didn't get to ha. When I ran tren/test is was ed and I was loving it... It's def addictive

    No I just heard it from a buddy who makes very painful and very effective gear haha so I started today. 80mg should be enough but I'm in a lot of pain and I need to be able to run.
    And yeah I can't wait till I start prop and tren! That's gonna be amazing. I hope I can find a good place for prami,..because I'm naturally very aggressive (doesn't everyone say that lol) so tren may make this bad if I don't get good prami. Nothing better than getting locked up mid cycle without access to pct. lol

    I honestly didn't notice much more then getting frustrated more then normal. At least outside the gym. Inside was a diff story cuz I was just a total animal there. I ran up to 60mg ed of tren and only used prolactrone and had no issues at all.

    I only ran it for 4wks and 5wks in two separate cycles... The first I was bulking so I really didn't even notice anything but the second time I was cutting and about week 3 I felt like I was slowing down a bit. Nothing crazy like you hear about people who can't even walk up stairs or anything but def a bit longer recovery after a fast paced set and some extra deep breaths during things like squats and dl.

    I feel like most people overblow the sides cuz it sounds cool. The only thing sides I really felt were the night sweats (I was totally soaking my bed every single night and for 3 weeks of pct) and back pumps (wk 2.5+ and fixed with a good taurine dose).

    Off day, I didnt do much today at all. 2 hot baths to help my quad a bit. Ill put an icy hot patch on it before bed. And pop another asprine. When I wake up ill do it again, and wrap my leg up, because I'm goin to Mma. Pip isn't gonna stop this guy

    Why would high mg/ml = more alcohol? If anything more BB (but that'd depend on the source). Also, unless the lab sucks PIP is usually unrelated to BA content (standard 2% is already overkill and doesn't cause PIP). A 'bad reaction' to EO is usually very different than PIP, more like an allergic reaction.

    Well I have a rash around injection site and its swollen like no other. So I'd say bad reaction to EO.
    Idk which is higher for it to be as concentrated as it is, alcohol or bb. I'd have to ask the source.
    And thanks for the fix on the t3, my bad mcg is what I meant.
    And yeah you did read it correctly, 150mcg (may stick to 100-125 depending on how it goes). Tapering back down.
    And the switch to the short esters for 3 reasons, I want to pin prop with tren Ed. As well as the shorter esters will allow me to begin pct sooner And he made the prop with no EO.

    And yeah you did read it correctly, 150mcg (may stick to 100-125 depending on how it goes). Tapering back down.
    And the switch to the short esters for 3 reasons, I want to pin prop with tren Ed. As well as the shorter esters will allow me to begin pct sooner And he made the prop with no EO.
    The reaction does sound like EO. BB is the solvent, but usually you don't want to go above standard 20%, if it doesn't keep in suspension at that point no point in pushing it IMO.
    150mcg does seem like overkill/dimishing returns to me.
    Gotcha on the short esters for PCT. I'd do the same (if I were to ever come off lol).
    Strange your source made prop without EO and e with. EO allows for higher concentrations and less PIP at any given concentration (save bad reaction cases)

    I guess I may just hang at 100mcg for a longer time. And then taper back down. Have you ever used t3? If so what dose was your favorite? And what effects did you feel?
    And yeah he's slowly changing everything to no EO and prop was the first to get the switch and he let me know. Even though sust is the only thing he sells that people report pip with.
    And yeah I like the idea of prop with tren and of waiting 1 week for pct.

    About as expected... nothing crazy but also enough to be worthwhile. 4 wks of prop only got me like a 5lb net gain (150mg eod), 4 wks of prop/tren (20/50ed) got me like 7-8lb net gain, and 5 wks of prop/tren (20/50-60ed) got me 3lb net gain while in a 500cal deficit. The tren was great for cutting as I was shedding fat and gaining muscle. Only thing that sucked was the lethargy during PCT made continuing cutting a biitch

    ill be doin 6-10 weeks with more solo prop after so that should help!
