I have gone from weighing 303 in March to 267 right now. I have always worked out. Need advice on a cycle to keep lean. My goal weight is 240 by nov. Any help will be great!
Thanks man!! It's just hard losing my strength while I'm dieting! I used to be able to max out on the bench at 435 for 2 reps, now 405 for 2!! But you gotta give up something to get healthier!

I know losing strength sucks but just keep up protein Intake and try retain as much as possible, and when you reach your goal you could lean bulk and gain strength and stay lean! Keep up the good work!
