Has anyone ever used this? Or something similar? It has
2a-3a-epithio-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-ol
15 mgs
and NorAndrostene-3b-o1.17-1 40 mgs

A friend recommended it so I bought it but when I did some research I started reading about post cycle supplements and support supplements to take during the cycle.

It's kind of confusing. Do I need to take something during and after? What does everyone recommend?
