I'd like to thank Cheftepesh1 as well as Mind and Muscle for giving me the opportunity to run a log of M-DRL by Liquid Labs!! This will be my first PH cycle and I look forward to you all following along for the ride! I'll be running AI's Cycle Support while running M-DRL at 2 scoops a day, unless I can get away with a half scoop in the morning and a half scoop later at night. I have Form-XT for PCT, and might end up picking up some DAA and a test booster as well to go along with that.
I am a 27 year old male, 5'8" 155 pounds, not positive of my bodyfat %. I will be looking for a good recomp run with this, hoping for some gains while leaning out some more. I will be starting out at the minimal dose of 1mg, 4 times a day and go from there.
Will be running maintenance calories to see if I can add some size/mass.
As for my training, I am running Wendler's 5/3/1. Lifting 4 days a week, and sometimes throwing in a 5th day of extra accessory work. Aim for the recommended reps for my compounds, and 4-5 sets of 8-12 reps for my accessory work.
