nolva dosing

Advice needed on dosing nolva for Epi cycle , I will be dosing Epi 30,30,45,45,45. I have all the support supps and pct sorted but just need a simple answer on novla dosing I am looking at either 20,20,10,10 or should I go higher like 40,30,20,10?, I will start daa week 2 of pct and lean extreme week 3 for cortisol control, all advice welcome.?
