Today is day 6 I am up to 207 bf is the same mostly a lot of water/glycogen from coming off show prep

Training will be similar to mike rishid overtraining program I guess never seen it. But pyramid sets to heavy 1-3 rep sets all the way to 25lbs on each side.
I do high volume sets when bulking always just works for me.

Macros are 289 protein 413 carbs and 55gfats
Around 3300 calories a day

Sorry thursday is shoulders.day 6 and I feel very good I do about a hour of training rest are as long as it takes partner to finish sets so maybe 30secs tops.legs he does smith I fo free weight so will be a lot of work. Hitting weights I was when I was 250lbs.not in my head its slowly kicking in.

9lbs gained on day 6? Do explain. I understand if you have a high activity job where your water fluctuates heavily week to week but how much of that do you think is muscle?
Sounds like a killer cycle, let us know how it goes and how pct goes

Some is from water and glycogen coming off a show prep. Going from low low carbs and cardio to cutting back on cardio and going back to maintnance calories.I have maybe put on a pound of fat just from going from sgow prep back to normal.had a cheat meal day after end of show and was bloated for about a week. Saturday I weighed 222 during the day this am I weigh 210 body is just adjusting to sodium intake and hormones getting back to normal.this stack is working I know that.I'm doing overtraining type workouts.just a name by the way.but I'm busting my ass way more than I ever have before in my life and I'm getting stronger week by week.today I was able to do 15 pullups with a 45lb plate and when cycle started could only do 15 with body weight.barbell row has went up about 50lbs for same reps.bench has went up 25lbs, squats have went up about 25 lbs.deadlifts are up about 50lbs with better slow form.its working for me well.sides are acne all on back.back pumps even with taurine at 6grams a day and 3 gallons water.anger is very high.overall worth it bro.pct for lab rat is nolva 20mg four weeks clomid 50 mg 4 weeks daa for four weeks at 5grams

Those are some great gains man, sounds like your back is really making some gains. I've never had a problem with acne on cycle, yea maybe one or two on my back but that's it. Clomid makes me breakout hardcore. So I hope your acne isn't bad and then gets horrible when you start pct.

Workouts take me max a hour and ten minutes usually a hour of non stop work.this is very hard for me not much rest and pushing more than I ever have to make some and the most gains off this cycle

Natural lifters can use heavy weight and grow pretty good. From studies and pros I know high reps moderate-heavy weight while on cylce helps grow best.get so much blood flowing to muscles it hurts.that's where the turn no pain no gain comes from.now on second exercise my shoulders was on fire and I wanted to just rest and lift heavy and take breaks longer.for my body this is how I grow the most when bulking up.as long as you eat enough and let your cns not go to shxx and keep eating more overtaining is not possibke while on.muscle heals faster but taking something Does and I mean DOES NOT make your cns any better than it was before

Weight this am is 213 bloat is going down now thank god.looking like I have not pyt much bf on at all.today was back went decent didn't go all out since I have a slight case of food poisoning from eating chicken that may have went bad. Didnt relies power went out while I was at work and I guess went bad brfore it came back on didn't smell or taste bad oh well.protein is still high at 300-325 a day.just rather have too much then not enough.overall I feel pretty good can't wait from tren to kick in full effect I usually gain maybe a pound but loose bf a lot no matter how high cals are.
