Best pl "support"

Opinions on the best support for putting lifts through the roof while keeping weight down. Want to get as strong as possible while keeping weight gain under 5 lbs. severe cutting before a meet is hard especially when already in the lower bf%. Have a meet in august hoping to stay in 181 and currently at 176ish with a few lbs to spare.

Biy Brian Carroll's Cutting Weight e book and you'll be able to either cycle up hard and compete at 181 or have a cycle where you only gain a couple pounds and compete at 165. Properly manipulating sodium, water, and carbs the week before a meet can get you up to 20 pounds of weight loss with next to no decline in performance regardless of your current bodyfat.
