Transfering ampules to 10ml vial? Need advice please!!

Hi, i have doubts about doing this because of fear of getting infection. But i got 10amps of winnie depot at 2ml, 50mg/ml (100mg per ampule) but they're glass/ snap off top without a rubber stopper and i dont need to take 2ml at once. I want to transfer 5 of them into a 10ml bottle.. Whats the best way to do this ?
i got some empties from this cycle some empty eq, test and b12 bottles would it be ok to use one of these or should i clean it out first?? And if so how? Thanks in advance.

Fill a syringe inject 1ml And swap the pin for the next shot if you're worried about using a jug.
