Alright so this is my first cycle and I wanted to share my experience so here we go.

Here are my stats...

Age: 33
Weight: 186.6 lbs
Height: 6'4
BF %: 15.5
Waist: 32

I usually work out 7 days a week hitting different muscle groups and getting some cardio in as well. I used to be very large, 315 lbs all fat and about 7 years ago I decided it was time to do something about it. I went on a diet and my new job required my to walk a lot (8-10 miles a day) so at the time that was my only exercise. The weight began to melt off and within 7 months I was down to 155 lbs, frankly at that point I was so skinny I didn't look healthy. Over the next couple years I stayed in the 155-165 range because I was afraid of going back to the old habits and gaining the weight back. Over the last 2 years I have really been training hard trying to put on muscle and reduce my body fat but I seem to have hit a plateau which is why I'm here. I have an access amount of skin in my mid section which I'm hoping some with a little more weight this will tighten up.

Almost similar setup as mine. Haven't started yet. I added furaza on my layout. Waiting for reps to critique my layout. First cycle also.

I know this was only the first day and I probably shouldn't feel anything for a couple weeks but I felt like I had tons of energy, placebo affect I guess . I also noticed that I had to piss a lot more than normal. Which is probably why I lost some weight yesterday.

I subbed yours.... When are you going to start? I plan on adding furaza-300 on my next cycle.
Starting mine this Sunday. Just waitin for the furaza to arrive. Post some before and after pictures! Cycle buddies. ;)))

Almost same cycle as me! I started on 16th may: 36yrs, 167lb. 6" currently workout x4 per week plan to increase

parsovl I'd dose SUP3R PCT at 4/4/3/3/2/1 in order to avoid possible estrogen rebound!

dustinfz6r I know this may sound like a dumb question; How do you space-out/timing of your ph intake?how will you administer/take your Nolva?

I asked gohardorgohom the same question because I had read something about spacing out the PH and the cycle support but he said to take them together. So I will be taking 1 epi & 1 cycle support when I eat breakfast and the same before I work out. I usually don't workout until late at night. Next week when I go to 45's I will just add one of each at lunch time. As far as the Nolva once a day at the recommended dose 20/20/10/10

congrats on the weight loss...

btw...how did you go from 315lbs to 155lbs in 7 months time...?

thats an average of 22.9 pounds per month.

I lost 70lbs in 10 months and thought I was doing good at 7 pounds per month :)

The 1st month I lost 31lbs just by drinking water instead of soda (gallons of it), walking and just reducing portions. I drank so much water that I wasn't that hungry anymore. After that I was hooked, i was obsessed with seeing the numbers on the scale get lower and lower. There towards the end I was starving myself because I couldn't drop anymore weight. It got to the point where I almost blacked out at work from not eating. At that point I knew I couldn't lose anymore.

Take Epi and cycle support all at once? On my thread. I remembered gohardgohom mentioned that it is a good idea to space it out.

This workout felt pretty normal, I was pretty tired when I started but I was able to stay focused and get the work done. I didn't sleep very well last night, I was up about 430 with stomach pains. I drank a lot more water that i usually do yesterday so I'm thinking my weight gain in mostly water.

No can't really be bothered with log. Will say though up to 45 today 8am 2pm 8pm seems ok. Doseing Ar1macare same time & other supps morning. Lost my rag abit yesterday n got headache that was amazing!! Intresting your log will be watching. Enjoy....

Off Day. I did some push ups and crunches for about 15 minutes just to get the blood flowing.

Day 5- Saturday

I didn't do a structured workout today because I went hiking with the family. We hiked a little over 12 miles in rugged terrain. I felt really good never ran out of breath until we reached the very end of our hike. My legs held up pretty good and weren't sore at all.

A little concerned about the early weight gain, I just can't seem to get full. Plus I can't seem to quench my thirst so I've been drinking a ton of water and feel really bloated.

Day 8- Tuesday

I felt real achy when I woke up but didn't really think to much of it and as the day went on at work my joints started to hurt badly. My super cissus was at home so I had to tough it out. I was only able to do some ab work due to the joint pain but I'm feeling much better today.

Had any problems with back pumps yet? I am exactly on the same schedule as you are on your epi cycle. I am also 6'4'' but i'm 250 with quite a bit of BF.
Yesterday i learned what back pumps are and holy chit! Its rough lol I am picking up some taurine very soon! But I have only gained about 3 pounds since the start.

I keep expecting this stuff to kick in at the end of this week and really rock my world. I will note that i have had really good workouts since the beginning, but probably the placebo effect. But hey i'll take it.

I hope your knee gets better i also have a bad left shoulder that kills me after every chest and shoulder day. So i feel ya

No back pumps yet thankfully! Knee is all good today, so hopefully it won't give me any other problems. Hope you can fight through your shoulder issue.

Yeah I should probably see a doctor but I'm too stubborn I just started taking large doses of glucosamine HCL to hopefully help out down the road.

Any lethargy?
Not really, just trying to get through the joint pain and back pumps. I kind of expected the joint issues because I used to carry so much weight and I had some joint issues before epi.

I think you'd get better results with a more structured workout program. It seems like you're wasting too much energy with high rep low weight sets.

You're probably right. What would you suggest? I don't have a spotter the majority of the time which is why I usually use more manageable weight at higher reps.

Day 10- Thursday 9:30pm

Definitely felt like I had more strength even though I still was dealing with joint pain and back pumps. I hit 3 rep PR's and felt like I could hit a PR for weight but didn't have a spotter.

You're probably right. What would you suggest? I don't have a spotter the majority of the time which is why I usually use more manageable weight at higher reps.
FST-7 is a good workout for your goals. 3 sets of 8-12 reps pretty much to or near failure times 3-4 exercises plus a 7 set burnout.

Running a similar cycle as him; however I'm taking furaza on mine. uhmmm.. noticed lethargy on mine. always tired.. keep on falling asleep.
I really have noticed anything at all and I usually only get 5-6 hours of sleep

I get a solid 7.5 hours and by lunch I don't want to do nothing. Idk maybe I'm reading into it too much.
