Sus250/Tren Cycle

O.K so hear goes: I apologize for the length of this post but I wanted to include as much as possible. I am 44, on TRT 200 mg Test Cyp/week, .5 mg Anastrozole twice a week, HCG 250 units twice a week for the last year, 224 lbs (down from 292 lbs a year ago), 6' 1", 21% BF, lift 4-5 times a week, cardio 5-6 times a week, looking to start my second "Blast". My first blast was Tren E 100 mg/ml twice a week for 8 weeks. Experienced very little sides from the Tren (small amount of back acne weeks 6-8, took an additional 2-3 wks to go away) but then again it was a relatively small amount of tren. I did several things wrong on this blast like eating to little (1,500-2000 cal/day), not taking enough tren, not staying on long enough to name a few. I believe I still managed to gain 5-7lbs of muscle while still dropping more BF but definitely did not eat enough to grow. So it's been 9 weeks of cruising and I am planning my next blast starting first week of June. Hers what I am planning and please let me know what you think. 1-15 Test Cyp 100mg per week 1-15. Sus 250 twice a week 3-13 Tren E 100mg/ml eod .5 mg Anastrozole twice a week or more if needed- shouldn't with tren 300 units HCG twice a week .5mg Prami twice per week - adjust up or down depending on prolactin issues or not. Supplements Creatine 7 grams per day BCAA's 8 grams per day Whey protein L-Glutamine 4 grams per day Omega 3 recommended dosage 4 capsules daily Men's multivitamin Diet. - 3014 cal, 58.7 fat, 394.72 prot, 229.49 carb 5 a.m.- 2g L-Glutamine, 2g BCAA. 1.75g Creatine 5:30 a.m.- Preworkout shake 228 cal, 1.77 fat, 32.6 protein, 20 carbs A.M. Work out - 1 body part, 2g BCAA post and 1.75 g Creatine post 7 a.m.- Breakfast 386 cal, 17.7 fat, 51.25 protein, 6.55 carbs; omega 3 (25 cal-2.5 fat), milk Thissel 1 dose, multi vitamin 10 a.m.- whey protein shake 270 cal, 2 fat, 60 protein, 2 carbs Noon- lunch 548 cal, 8.13 fat, 53.87 protein, 68.47 carbs 3 p.m.- early dinner 336 cal, 11.8 fat, 45.3 protein, 12 carbs 5:30 p.m.- 2g L-Glutamine, 2g BCAA's, 1.75 g Creatine 6 p.m.- Preworkout shake 228 cal, 1.77 fat, 32.6 protein, 20 carbs P.M. Workout - 1 body part - 2g BCAA post and 1.75g Creatine post 8 p.m. Dinner 548 cal, 8.13 fat, 53.87 protein, 68.47 carbs, omega 3 (25 cal - 2.5g fat), Milk Thissel (1 dose), multi vitamin 9:30 p.m.- night Shake whey Protein and oats. 420 cal, 5 fat, 65 protein, 29 carbs Maybe add or subtract 100-150 cals per day each week after week 4 depending on how I feel and how my body is responding. Work outs Day 1. A.m.- tricepts P.M. - Chest Day 2 A.M.- calves, Hamy P.M. - quads Day 3 A.M. - bicepts. P.M. - Back Day 4. Off/Cardio Day 5. A.M.- Abs. P.M.- Shoulders Day 6 repeat day 1 Day 7 repeat day 2 Day 8. Off/Cardio Day 9 So on and so on. Basically, 3 days on 1 day off. I realized that I like working out twice a day as each work out does not take very long 45 min- 1 hour and it helps me keep my intensity up for the entire work out. When I worked 2 body parts in one work out a day, I was not as focused nor did I have the same energy for the second body part. All comments and opinions are welcome! There are many of you that have way more experience than me and I am open to learning. Yes, I did tren my first blast and yes I'm doing Tren on my second. The way I see it, a year ago I was a donut away from 300lbs, fat, lazy, no energy and no sex life. I'm 44, the body does not react like it did when in my 20's! I am putting in the work, eating clean and putting much thought into this. Therefore, I want to see and realize good gains. Blood pressure is good and I donate every 9 weeks or so since on TRT. I am much healthier now than this time 1 year ago. Loving it by the way!!! My goal is to eventually be under 12-14% BF and be visibly muscular. Thanks in advance to all who reply with advice!!
