5-alpha test pct and dosage

Anyone know how high this stuff can be run? Also is a serm a must with this stuff or is otc enough. Friend was asking and I am curious myself.

I dont know if I would want to touch it bc the dht part scares me considering it could make me loose a lot of hair if I am prone.
