8 WEEK TR3ST/EPI LOG!

What's up everyone! This will be my first log so I'm pretty stoked on that; before I post my cycle info I'll talk about my goals and stats a little bit. This will be my last cycle for around 8 or so months and probably my final oral cycle.

Age: 23
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 191lbs
Body Fat: 14-16ish%

I am currently on a four day split as follows:
Day 1 - Wendler Deadlifts, Back and Traps Hypertrophy
Day 2 - Wendler Bench, Chest Hypertrohy (A little shoulder work)
Day 3 - Lower Body
Day 4 - Arms
Day 5 - Rest

My very specific goals are to increase my overall strength while trying to bring up my upper chest, back width, and quads.. but all in all I just want to get bigger and stronger!

So the way I will be going about this cycle is a two week pulse cycle of RPN Havoc, followed by a 6 week run of EP15STANE; I will be running TR3ST throughout.
My week will start on each Saturday.

I will be logging pretty close to every single day, but if not I won't be skipping more than one day. I just took my first cap of TR3ST prior to writing out this post, I am about to head to the gym to do some deadlifts and will be logging tonight! :)

I was thinking about just starting out with TR3ST for the two weeks before I started Epi to see how it affects me solo before I stack it, but then I realized I have half a bottle of Havoc laying around so I threw it in for it's anti-estrogenic properties until my EP15STANE and AR1MACARE PRO come in. It also makes me feel better about running for 8 weeks haha.. though I know running straight for 8 weeks wouldn't make THAT MUCH of a difference.

Day 1

So not TOO much to log today; I've honestly been having a really crappy couple of weeks but on my way to the gym (after taking my first 25mgs of TR3ST) I had a phenomenal sense of well-being! I know it was just a placebo but I'll take that!

At the gym there was more placebo, I felt like I could go for days!

Sumo Deadlift
135lbs x 10 reps
135lbs x 5 reps
215lbs x 5 reps
240lbs x 3 reps
270lbs x 6 reps

Barbell Shrug
135lbs x 25 reps
185lbs x 15 reps
205lbs x 10 reps
205lbs x 10 reps
205lbs x 8 reps

Then some chin-ups, T-bar rows, and lat pulldowns; overall a pretty good workout!

I took my 2nd 25mgs of TR3ST around 6pm, as well as my Havoc dosed throughout the day but I know I won't get anything from that for some time.

I kind of wish that I could run TR3ST at a higher dose for 8 weeks :( I'm too poor though. How long on TR3ST before you start noticing the effects? I know with Epi it takes a couple of weeks to SEE anything, but I felt Epi strength gains after about a week.

8 weeks on epi thats going to be rough.
^^^ This. If i ran Epi for 8 weeks I'd have trouble walking around. Dry joints really become trouble around week 4-5 for me. I've run 6 weeks and that was definitely the max I'd do it.

That being said, I'm running a 6 week Epi/tr3est cycle in about 7 weeks so I'll be following along here.

Day 3

EP15STANE 45mgs
TR3ST 50mgs

So first off I took a few essential measurements today that I can track throughout!

Left Arm - 14 1/8"
Left Arm Flex - 16"
Chest - 42"
Thigh - 20 1/2" (I know, some small ass legs)

Second of all, I saw this Rich Piana workout that I had to try today and It was quite the intense one.

I started out with my Wendler Bench stuff:
135lbs x 10
135lbs x 5
190lbs x 5
225lbs x 3
245lbs x 4

Then I did a 100 rep dropset on the incline bench press starting at 245lbs.. holy hell was that the sweatiest I've ever been by the end, never has 95lbs felt so damn heavy.

Then I did 4 sets of lateral raises, 4 sets of tricep overhead extensions, and 5 sets of tricep pushdown.


Now for some cycle updates.. christmas came early and I received all the rest of my supplements so I will be going to my original plan of 6 weeks (and two days haha), and upping my dose of TR3ST.

EP15STANE 45/45/45/45/45/45
TR3ST 50/50/75/75/75/75 (I have enough to either run the last four days at 100mgs or up to 75mgs for the last four days of week 2)

Side effects: Nadaaaa

Day 4!

EP15STANE 45mgs
TR3ST 50mgs

Had to wake up at 6:45 this morning and worked all day with a horrible headache and then went to the gym to hit some legs around 6pm (still with a horrible headache) :mad:
I think I need to up my water.

Workout:

Legs
-4 sets of Leg Extensions to warm up the kneeeeees!
-4 sets of walking lunges, 10 reps on each leg.
-5 sets of 15 wide stance leg press (adding a plate each set while keeping the reps at 15)
-2 sets of 50 rep drop sets, close stance leg press

Abs
-4 sets of hanging knee raises super-setting with decline weighted sit ups
-2 sets of of oblique twists super-setting with oblique bends.

Again, I was feeling like crap today so the intensity wasn't really there for the gym.

Day 5

EP15STANE 45mgs

Arm day; holy fuarkkk the pump is unreal.

So I have always been the 6-10 rep kind of guy with pretty heavy weights, I've decided to try out the 12-25 rep ranges and oh my goodness the pump is crazy.

Everything I did today was a bicep/tricep superset:

-Close-grip Bench Press 5 x 10-12
-Dumbbell Curls 5 x 8-12

-Rope Overhead Triceps Extension 4 x 25
-E-Z Bar Curl (Wide) 4 x 25

-Straight Bar Triceps Push-down 5 x 15-20
-Hammer Curls 5 x 12-15

-Single Arm Rope Pull-down 2 x 20
-Reverse Curls 2 x 25

I don't remember much of the weight I used, finished this workout in 45 minutes.. I don't think I ever rested longer than sipping from the water fountain.

Sides: NIL!

Welp.. I totally couldn't remember if I took my 2nd dose of EP15STANE so I popped a 10mg Havoc, after my "3rd" dose I'll either be at 40mg or 55mg.. oh well

Due to work my split has been kind of butchered, I kind of just go until I hit a day where I have no time to hit the gym.

Workout:

Deadlifts, back, and traps

Sumo Deadlifts
135lbs x 8

225lbs x 5
250lbs x 6


-5 sets of barbell shrugs
-3 sets of chin ups
-4 sets of T-bar rows
-4 sets of lat pulldowns
-2 sets of upright rows with a 45lbs plate

Biceps are KILLING me because I pounded arms yesterday and then did back today, tomorrow WILL be a rest day.. I hope that I don't lose all of my gains /: (joke)

I work 1pm-8pm, I'll be LUCKY if I get a chance to eat so I just ate 9 egg whites, a scoop of whey, 4oz of turkey, and a container of greek yogurt adding to a total of 100g of protein in one sitting.... this is one of those times again where I could puke xD

Leg day! I decided to buy the Complete Overtraining Program by Mike Rashid to see what it was all about; the workout I did today was a Leg Routine with a little bit of shoulders.

-Leg Extensions 2 x 20

-Squat Progression
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Set 3: 10 Reps
Set 4: 7 Reps
Set 5: 2 Reps
Set 6: Fatality Set: 2 Reps, 4 Reps, 8 Reps, 16 Reps (Drop Set)

Single Leg Press / Superset with Side Delt Raises
Set 1: 20 Reps, (Side Delt Raise) x 35 Reps
Set 2: 15 Reps, (Side Delt Raise) x 30 Reps
Set 3: 12 Reps, (Side Delt Raise) x 25 Reps
Set 4: 10 Reps, (Side Delt Raise) x 20 Reps
Set 5: 10 Reps, (Side Delt Raise) x 20 Reps

Hack Squat / Superset with Reverse Flys

Sorry that I disappeared for a couple of days; summer classes just started and I've been busier than busy could be (not slacking in the gym though, just on the log). Will be logging tonight :)

To sum up this week I am definitely starting to feel the effects of TR3ST as recovery time is almost instant.. it's like I don't even need to recover and I could hit full body workouts every day.. (which I obviously wouldn't do) and I am up 5lbs!

Not much for strength gains yet, I'm sure they will start to come soon.

I will be upping my dose of TR3ST to 75mgs per day starting tomorrow :)

I split my dose of 75mg of tr3st into 3.

There are some different opinions but I prefer it this way;)

Haha if only I went as regularly as I could.. I live less than 10 miles from the beach yet I go no more than once every couple of months. I definitely take how close I live for granted.

The consensus is trest has a short half life... Do you feel a "dropoff" of any sort a few hours after taking?

I'm just trying to figure out a good dosing protocol
