What's up everyone! This will be my first log so I'm pretty stoked on that; before I post my cycle info I'll talk about my goals and stats a little bit. This will be my last cycle for around 8 or so months and probably my final oral cycle.
Age: 23
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 191lbs
Body Fat: 14-16ish%
I am currently on a four day split as follows:
Day 1 - Wendler Deadlifts, Back and Traps Hypertrophy
Day 2 - Wendler Bench, Chest Hypertrohy (A little shoulder work)
Day 3 - Lower Body
Day 4 - Arms
Day 5 - Rest
My very specific goals are to increase my overall strength while trying to bring up my upper chest, back width, and quads.. but all in all I just want to get bigger and stronger!
So the way I will be going about this cycle is a two week pulse cycle of RPN Havoc, followed by a 6 week run of EP15STANE; I will be running TR3ST throughout.
My week will start on each Saturday.

I will be logging pretty close to every single day, but if not I won't be skipping more than one day. I just took my first cap of TR3ST prior to writing out this post, I am about to head to the gym to do some deadlifts and will be logging tonight!
