  1. LOG: Turning to Demigod - TR3ST, M1T, test and maybe more!


    Hi! It's time for me to jump on again

    Cycle layout:

    - Olympus Labs TR3ST at 50-100mg/day (I'll start it as soon as I receive it, probably next week)
    - Twisted Iron Supplements M1T Extreme, weeks 1-3 at 7.5/15/15
    - Injectable testosterone at 200mg/week
    - Twisted Iron Supplements 6-Bromo as on-cycle AI
    - I will add other compounds to the mix later. Probably TR3N and DYMETHAZI9E

    Support supps:
    - Olympus Labs AR1MACARE PRO at 4 caps/day
    - Extra TUDCA
    - Taurine
    - Fish oil


    Training:

    Powerlifting. I'll take vids every now and then.


    Diet:

    Lean bulk. High carbs, big part of them around my training session.


    Goals:

    Strength and size. I compete in powerlifting in 181lbs weight class and my intention is to move up to 198lbs weight class by the end of this year.

    Feel free to join me. I started pinning test already and popped 50mg of 6-bromo too. I was sick lately and if I feel good, I'll start M1T tomorrow and up the 6-bromo to 100mg/day. When I throw TR3ST in the mix, I'll up 6-bromo to 150mg/day.

    Day 1:

    Gear:

    - 6-Bromo at 50mg/day
    - injectable testosterone at 200mg/week

    Training session:

    - Paused bench press
    3x45lbs
    3x90lbs
    3x135lbs
    3x155lbs
    3x180lbs
    3x200lbs
    3x210lbs

    - Cable pulldown on incline bench
    5 sets of 10

    - DB side laterals
    4 sets of 10-20 (last one was rest-pause with one drop)

    - Rear delts
    3 sets of 8, two different exercises

    - Cable pushdown
    5 sets of 8, went up to 135lbs

    First time in the gym in 1.5 weeks. Felt bad. I didn't do anything heavy yet because I woke up with a sore throat. I still had to go to the gym... for the sake of my mental health.

    Maybe I'll squat tomorrow.

    I don't know what happened to my legs... In 2 weeks vascularity improved a lot even though I didn't train, I ate crap and I was sick for most of the time. Maybe it was all the extra sodium from chips and stuff, lol...

    Gear:

    6-Bromo at 50mg/day
    test at 200mg/week

    Training session:

    - Squat
    5x135lbs
    5x205lbs
    5x250lbs
    1x265lbs
    1x290lbs
    1x310lbs

    2.5 weeks without squats and it felt like I had never been in squat rack before. Horrible. I decided to do just a light session because I'm sure that I couldn't have done what I was supposed to do.

    Gear:

    6-bromo at 50mg/day
    test at 200mg/week

    Training session:

    - Paused bench press
    2 sets of 3 @ 45lbs
    2 sets of 3 @ 90lbs
    2 sets of 3 @ 135lbs
    2 sets of 3 @ 180lbs
    1x200lbs
    3x200lbs
    2x215lbs
    1x230lbs
    12x180lbs
    6x135lbs

    - Cable pulldown on incline bench
    5 sets of 10, went up to 125lbs

    - DB side laterals
    5 sets of 10

    Muscles seem to be fuller again so I think I'll start to follow my regular powerlifting routine soon.

    I added more carbs to my diet and I have a dinner date tonight (wish me luck!) so calories will be a bit high.

  18. The dinner date didn't go like I planned. I ate way too much, almost had to throw up. Things with the girl didn't go perfectly either.

    When I came home, I thought that I don't want to waste those calories... So I popped 7.5mg of M1T. Gains, come at me!

    Hope so. Now I have to start following my routine and diet strictly... 3 weeks and I have to be on shape...I have a feeling that I'll put on quite a bit of bloat. I'll be taking 255 grams of carbs during/after my workout from now on.

    It was the first day in my new job. I'm a salesman now - never done anything like that before.

    I was too swole to me new shirt shirt, couldn't fit in it and I accidentally tore it to shreds.
