First log - Msten/Triumphalis

Decided to log my experience on my upcoming 6 week msten/triumphalis cycle. This is my first log and I'll try to report daily.

Cycle layout:
Stenabol - 10/10/10/10/15/15
Triumphalis - 60/60/60/60/60/60

Arimacare pro - full dose throughout

Pct:
Nolva - 30/20/20/10
Super pct - full dose

I have letro on hand and will low dose on cycle if needed but I doubt it will be.

I'll put my starting stats up closer to the cycle starting, along with meal plan, and workout routine. Before/after pics will come at the end of the cycle due to current employer.

This is really to keep me on track and make me feel a bit more accountable for diet and consistency with intensity. Don't tear me apart too bad if anythings done wrong haha

Why did you decide on those two compounds?

Thanks for joining! And I chose these two compounds cause I'm going for a nice lean bulk, with maybe a bit of a recomp effect. Thought they'd work well together. And I'm not worried about a test base just cause I've never had lethargy, I always have a bone haha so don't worry about it too much.

Honestly I am not sure you're getting much synergy out of these two compounds. I would instead recommend triumph at 60 with tren at 90.

Can't run tren. I already tried it and couldn't control the gyno

You could also consider triumph and furaza or trest.

Furazas too expensive, and I've been thinking trest maybe for a future cycle but I'm pretty driven to give this stack a shot

I just think those two compounds aren't particularly synergistic so you're better off running either higher.

I'd stack msten with Mithras. But I still see a good recomp in msten and triumphiellis. I would go for Mithras though.

i debated mithras but i think its a little too harsh for me so i figured triumphalis was next best thing for now.

Cycle starts tomorrow and i decided im gonna stick with my original cycle layout. figured id toss out some extra information before i start.

Stats -
Weight: 185
BF%: 11%
Bench: rep 225
Squat: rep 305
Deadlifts: rep 335

Diet -

Breakfast:
2 eggs, and 6 egg whites
two cups fruit
3/4 cup of oatmeal
protein shake

Snack:
Mutant mass

Lunch:
2 chicken breast
2 cups broccoli
1 sweet potato

Snack:
cheese, almonds

Dinner:
12oz steak or large fish alterntive
3 cups spinach or kale
couscous or whole wheat pasta

Casein before bed.

My workouts are 6x a week.
Legs/Chest & Tris/ Back & Bis/Shoulders/Legs/Weak point

Deadlift on back days not leg days.

Week 1 Nothings really changed this week. Saw a little drop in libido which is normal for me. Definitely dont feel "on" yet.

Day 1:
Nothing to report obviously, this is just the beginning. Worked legs on Monday;

Had a killer chest workout since im trying to get back lifting a little heavier after a past shoulder injury i got downhill mountain biking.

Decline Press 8,8,8,6

Day 3:
Nice and sore from chest yesterday and i like it! Back today and im feeling good. Back isss my favourite day.

reverse flyes 10,10,9,8
lat pulldown 10,10,10,9
t-bar 8,8,8,6
back extensions 14,14,12,12

Day 4:
its heating up here in Canada and im more a fan of cold weather for sleeping purposes so didnt sleep too well last night. Thinking of tossing some melatonin into the mix until im used to the heat again. But otherwise still feeling good and shoulders today!

Day 5:
slept kinda ****ty again last night also which isnt helping my being tired. Still gotta go pump out this leg workout. Just gonna toss my music in, get in the zone and kill it.

Day 6:
Aunt finally tossed on the AC so i slept like a baby and got to sleep in a bit. Didnt think too much about what to workout today but realized i missed a few exercises so i'll just play some fill in the blanks.

Leg raises 14,14,14,13
Mountain climbers 40,40,40
Calf Press 20,20,20,20

Havent been working abs as much as id like so probably gonna be a nice and sore core tomorrow

Day 7:
Good thing im taking sundays off cause i dont think my mom would be too understanding about gym time on mothers day haha. Been eating all clean all week so decided im taking my mom out for breakfast and im gonna pig out a bit and use one of my couple cheat days early on. Oh well, definitely a good occasion to cheat.

On a cycle note; my pre-existing gyno has started to soften up and im shedding a little bit so i think its starting to kick in a bit...lets hope

Day 8:
Still not feeling anything. Thought maybe id start feeling the msten a bit but no rush. If nothing by mid week i may up the dosage but we'll see.
Once again worked legs. Still feeling the workout from friday a liiiitttle bit but nothing big enough to alter how i lift.

Day 10

Got to rip back out hard today! felt like a monster in the gym. Really noticing recovery time differences, and my pre-existing gyno is like liquid which seems to happen on cycle so definitely kicking in. also decided to change up my workouts to work a three day split. now gonna be -- legs and biceps/chest and tris/back and shoulders -- gonna see how this flys for a bit

Day 11

back to leg day for another time this week. a$$ is a little sore cause of the deadlifts but not bad. during/after todays workout i noticed im feeling and looking a lot fuller. no weight gain but i can feel it coming.

Day 14

Weighed in this morning at 188 (+3)

And so it begins.. woke up this morning just feeling pumped. too bad todays my off day or id be in the gymall damn day. i can tell just by looking in the mirror this is gonna be a nice lean gain cycle. compared to the look i got on superdrol which was just glycogen retention this looks a lot more like solid muscle. hoping the gains stay slow and steady, from past experience those big leaps in weight in short times never hang around after post.

Also, a slight change to my diet, im going with 10 eggwhites in the morning instead of the 2 eggs and 6 whites. and also popping a veggie shake in with breaky (kale, spinach, honey, yogurt, flax seeds)

Made a change to my PCT today. im actually running this cycle while my buddy runs/finishes his and he's almost done annnd didnt get a serm so im giving him my nolva. SO, ive changed my PCT to look like this;

Clomid 70/70/35/35

ya thats something i just tossed out honestly.. i have some pre-existing gyno so id like to try rolax during post to keep it from getting worse, but i know its not the greatest for restoring hpta function. so i like the two of those together just working out the dosages.

Nothing drastic but the weight is feeling lighter and I'm gonna push my limits this coming week strength wise instead of just hypertrophy. I honestly really just started feeling it kick in the last couple days, which I find weird cause I thought msten kicked in faster. Either way though, 4 more weeks of gainzz

Day 15

Started today off real hungry. could barely wait to eat when i got up. didnt even get to finish my curls cause the gym closed early.. forgot about that but oh well just one set. checked my bp today and it was 130/75 so still in normal range. im gonna check it out again tomorrow morning just to compare systolic. todays leg workout was great, unfortunately the gym was packed like the week after new years for some reason and i couldnt get my hands on a squat rack but i made it work.

Feeling good, but no aggression etc. thinking its probably been long enough to decide msten wont give me that alpha feeling that i love so damn much. too bad but what can ya do. no extra weight gain still just a lot harder and more solid looking. i have lost some definition in my abs though because of some bloat but i'll get em back quick when im done. chest day though..

Favourite day of the week! pretty pumped up for back day today. Think i tweaked something in my ass tbh and it is killingggg so deadlifts will wait until saturday.

I'd do 20mg msten unless you're worried about extra shedding.

Back to leg day and im feeling good. no lethargy setting in yet but i get the odd headache which may be my bp creeping up a bit. hair loss has slowed down so maybe thats all im gonna lose for now. the pumps are lasting all day and im generally feeling good.

I know the feeling, the other day I was doing arms and I just didn't want to stop. I coulda gone all night. I limited myself to 2 hours ;)

That's bc you guys aren't lifting with enough intensity. At the end of my prescribed lifts, I want to die and have to convince myself to continue living.
