Hey, what's up guys. This is my first ever cycle of anabolics and I'm pretty excited.
I'm currently pre-loading milk thistle and hawthorn berries, coming up on 2 weeks.
I will be starting the cycle on either Sunday or Monday...

Background info
Age: 20
Height/Weight: 5'6", 145 @ 14-15%
Training History: Approximately 3 years of weight training (only the past 2 have been "educated")

Goal: Body recomposition of losing 2-3% BF while building muscle, staying at around the same weight. Also, to increase strength!

On Cycle:
Olympus Labs EP15TANE - 30/45/45/45/45/45
Olympus Labs FURAZA-300 - 225/225/225/225/225/225
LGI STANO-200 - 600/800/800/800/800/800-1000
Olympus Labs AR1MACARE PRO - 2/3/3/3/3/3
CEL Cycle Assist - 8/8/8/8/8/8
(^ I intend on alternating between the two every day, because AR1MACARE PRO has TUDCA, and Cycle Assist has an overall better profile IMO)

I intend to use a P/P/L routine, twice a week, with each workout being based around squat/bench/deadlift/OHP, possibly alternating.
This might be subject to change, depending on how I feel.

Push H, Pull H, Legs H, Rest, Cardio/Abs, Push S, Pull S, Legs S, Rest.
Repeat

Diet
I'll be eating around maintenance, 40/25/35 (p/c/f)
200+ on lifting days
-400 on rest/cardio days

Go full dose with cycle assist. 8 caps per day is best. And also I hear great things about arimicare but I would save it for pct or another cycle because epistane does nt require an AI. Your joints might give you some issues.
But if your set on doing it this way id recommend adding some sns cissus to help your joints. Also fish oil, and glucosamine. I'm subbed

Just took my first dosages of the cycle.

-15mg Epi

Okay, I'm gonna wait until maybe week 3 to do PPL twice a week.

For now, I'm going to continue with my current cycle of 5/3/1

I hit chest and tri's today.

Top set of flat BB bench was 175x3
Top set of incline DB bench was 80x4 (PR)
(I injured my wrist a few weeks back, still a bit sore but with wraps it's fine)

I felt okay in the gym, 7/10. I didn't take PWO, and I almost always take a scoop before the gym so that's why I wasn't feeling "100%"

My pump was still great. I noticed some "enhanced vascularity" along with the DB PR, might just be placebo or just natty gains/progress.

Anyways, I took my second dose at 6:40PM.
15mg epi
75mg furaza
200mg stano

As to be expected, nothing really yet.

Just woke up and took my weight/waist measurements.

Height/Weight: 5'6, 140lbs @ 14%? not sure on bf (been cutting the past month or so)
Waist: 30.5in

I will use these as my "official" before stats.

I'll be taking the rest of the measurements and take pics in a bit.

Hit back and bi's today.

Hit a deadlift PR.

315 for 2x triples.

I don't attribute that to the cycle, since this week is 5/3/1 week and I wanted to "go all out"

I never really go for 1RM but we'll see in the following weeks

Anyways, felt kinda crappy throughout the day... Had bad day to begin with and stuff. But I was still really aggressive and strong in the gym, even tho I felt the opposite (weak and disconnected from my mind muscle connection)

Honestly the most aggressive I've been in a while.

Still no real sides or effects to speak of.

I hit legs day.

Sad to say, I felt weak and uncoordinated when squatting/lifting.

The weight felt heavier and my joints felt weird.

Maybe it's the epi, idk.

I know for a fact that me training fasted played a part in it.

Anyways, it was an okay workout overall.

Still no real side effects or noticeable enhancements yet.

Very anxious for the next couple weeks...

would not worry too much. everybody has its ups and downs and same goes for workouts. sometimes you cant go to max because of different reasons: stress, lethargy caused by emotional reactions (i absolutely hated working out and felt so weak when my gf broke up with me) etc.
something can always happen- even if ure taking ph/steroids

Hit shoulders/traps/tris today

Got 135 strict standing military press for 3 singles.

65s DB shoulder press for 4, which is a PR. Haven't used anything heavier than 55s for months lol.

Definitely feeling stronger, but is it from the Epi? I think so.

I wanna ramp it up to 45 so bad already lol.

Still no sides

I take Epi/fur/stano at breakfast (15, 150, 400)

Then 3-4 hours later cycle assist

Then Epi etc again next meal

3-4 hours cycle assist again

Sometimes I'll just take all 8 pills of cycle assist before bed, my schedule was messed up tho. I recommend splitting it up 4:4 throughout the day

Today is day 9

Starting 45mg epi and 800-100 of stano, keeping furaza 225 as planned.

I hit legs today. I hit a PR of 225 for two sets of 4 reps. High bar ATG squats for reference.

225 was my 1RM about 2 months ago I believe. Started 5/3/1 around that time too, so I firmly believe most of the strength gains are from the program.

I'm definitely feeling some side effects now like increased blood pressure. Cycle Assist is keeping it under control.
Also my boys are starting to shrink a bit.
Along with my facial hair growing faster/thicker?

I weighed in at 138-139lbs today.
People always try to guess my weight and tell me I look anywhere from 150-160 lol, I guess that's a benefit of having a very small frame.

I still can't wait to see what comes in the next few weeks!

Today it just felt like an off day, even tho my lifts were decent for me.

Also got dips with a 50lb DB for 3 sets of 8

Sides are still just increase blood pressure right now.

Asked two more of my friends in the gym about my physique and they said I looked around 150 and were shocked when I said I was only 140. One even said I looked a bit leaner.

Guess it's starting to work? ;)

Did deadlifts and back today.

I hit a PR of 315 for 3x5, which felt great.

Side effects, still the BP and starting to feel my joints drying out a bit.

Everything is going great so far.

Weighed in at 140 this morning... I had a bowl of ice cream with oreos AND brownies yesterday.... **** haha

Did chest/delts/traps today

Got 205x2 flat bb bench (PR), 2nd rep was with a spot.

Also got 80 DBs for 6 (PR) on incline bench, along with 135x1 standing stict OHP (not a pr since delts were pretty dead from benching)

I feel like I'm definitely starting to notice a bit more vascularity and endurance in my workouts. Also my muscle are feeling more dense.

Blood pressure is starting to stabilize.
I do feel my joints getting drier as the days go on.
Libido is about the same as before I guess.
My boys are shrinking a bit each day as well.

Other than that, no real sides to side speak of, yet...

Tomorrow will probably be calves/forearms/abs/cardio (yay....)

Hoping to crush some PRs on squats on Monday.

Yesterday was some cardio.

Today is rest day.

I'm really starting to feel my joints drying out. It's pretty uncomfortable to say the least.

I'm squatting tomorrow, so I hope it doesn't hinder my workout too bad.

Any tips?
Besides fish oil, glucosamine, etc

Hey guys...

Beginning of week 3

Today I squatted.

I hit a couple PRs, even tho I felt really off and tired today. My joints/tendons kinda achey and my form wasn't up to par IMO.

I hit 225 for 3 sets of 4-5 reps.

I also hit 245 for a set of 2.

I nearly failed on a set of 250 for a single... This really disappointed me and I bashed my forehead into the bar a few times after racking it.
I feel like I brought shame to myself.

Anyways... I did pretty good on paper but I know I need to really improve my mobility and my form...
No doubt in my mind the drying out from the Epi is starting to hinder my lifts.

I'm going to be picking up some cissus tomorrow... Hopefully this will help me.

As far as sides go, still nothing bad really. Just the same stuff as I posted before but very mild.

No real acne increase to my surprise, even tho I consider myself acne prone and was starting to break out kinda bad a couple months prior to the cycle.

If you're still keeping up with this log, thanks for sticking around.

I'm sure the best is still yet to come.

Sorry to hear about dry joints. One of the reasons I didn't enjoy epi. I loved Furaza tho. Cissus should help but look into hyaluronic acid dosed as a liquid. Also, you could up the amount of fish oil. Usually 9g a day will help them joints out.

Today was chest and some tris.

I hit the 85lb DBs for 4 and the 80s for 6 on incline.

No PRs on flat bb.

I really felt my joints hurting today.
I had to force myself to get through the workout.

I'm definitely going to be buying some of the recommended joint supps tomorrow.

Should I try and decrease the Epi from 45 to 30 and see what happens if the said joint supplements don't work?

This is just great.

I've also hurt my wrist while doing dips.

I don't know what the hell happened.

Everything was fine then I got a sharp pain in my wrist. It went away after but now when I put pressure on it, I feel the sharp pain again.

Kind of like a pinched nerve feeling

Back day.

No PRs on deadlifts cause my legs are toasted from squatting on Monday, and my joints are still sore.

Just bought TriFlex from GNC, so hopefully this will help me out within the next few days.

My wrist still gets a sharp/tingling pain when I put pressure on it, so I definitely think it's a pinched nerve. Hopefully this heals up soon too.

I'll probably be taking the next two or three days off from lifting...
Just some cardio and maybe abs?

This is really bringing me down both physically and mentally.

I want these next couple of weeks to be ****ing kick ass

So far it's working. They feel somewhat lubricated, but still not 100%

I did some shoulders/traps tonight.
Military BB press - 115 lbs for 5x5 (PR)

I felt weaker when I did seated DB presses, but that's cause my delts were pretty wrecked from the 5x5

Weight is at about 140 still.
Definitely feeling leaner/harder.
Seeing a bit more vascularity.
Upper body definitely looking a bit bigger.

Sides are still just some lethargy and atrophy of course.

I have a small lump of gyno under my right nipple, it was the size of a pea.
It is definitely shrinking and going away.

I've been using TriFlex from GNC for the past few days and my joint pain is pretty much GONE!

Still a little creaky but no pain

I squatted today.

I busted a PR - 225 for 5x5 and 1x4
Felt fukking great!!

My joints feel 10x better. No more pain and I can lift comfortably (to some extent)

I still felt a little back pump even tho I took 3G of taurine this morning but nothing too severe.

My form was a lot better than these past couple weeks which was great too.

Weight is still around 140, getting a bit leaner/dryer, and sides are still the same.
Acne is actually kinda clearing up.
