Hey, what's up guys. This is my first ever cycle of anabolics and I'm pretty excited.
I'm currently pre-loading milk thistle and hawthorn berries, coming up on 2 weeks.
I will be starting the cycle on either Sunday or Monday...
Background info
Age: 20
Height/Weight: 5'6", 145 @ 14-15%
Training History: Approximately 3 years of weight training (only the past 2 have been "educated")
Goal: Body recomposition of losing 2-3% BF while building muscle, staying at around the same weight. Also, to increase strength!
Here's how it's looking...
On Cycle:
Olympus Labs EP15TANE - 30/45/45/45/45/45
Olympus Labs FURAZA-300 - 225/225/225/225/225/225
LGI STANO-200 - 600/800/800/800/800/800-1000
Olympus Labs AR1MACARE PRO - 2/3/3/3/3/3
CEL Cycle Assist - 8/8/8/8/8/8
(^ I intend on alternating between the two every day, because AR1MACARE PRO has TUDCA, and Cycle Assist has an overall better profile IMO)
Taurine - 3-5g
Post Cycle:
HP Liquid Nolva - 20/20/10/10
Olympus Labs SUP3R PCT - 4/4/3/3/2/1
Other ancillaries:
(These are all currently being taken, and will be continued throughout the cycle/PCT)
Orange Triad
Fish oil
Vit D3
Creatine Monohydrate
Training
I intend to use a P/P/L routine, twice a week, with each workout being based around squat/bench/deadlift/OHP, possibly alternating.
This might be subject to change, depending on how I feel.
Here's an example of what it will probably look like:
(H=hypertrophy, S=strength)
Push H, Pull H, Legs H, Rest, Cardio/Abs, Push S, Pull S, Legs S, Rest.
Repeat
Diet
I'll be eating around maintenance, 40/25/35 (p/c/f)
200+ on lifting days
-400 on rest/cardio days
STARTING PR's
Squat: 225x3, 245x1
Bench: 155x6, 190x1
Deadlift: 315x3
