Well, this cycle has been planned for over a year now, and I finally have everything in hand! Im 24, and have been lifting since I was 17. I started out at 130 lbs and shredded. I had good strength, but found it hard to gain while playing sports year round.

As of right now, I weigh 175 at 5’7” after a four week pre cycle cut from 185. In the past year, I turned up the intensity of my workouts through the roof. After losing my little brother, the gym became my source for stress relief and anger management. Quickly I became addicted to the consistency, lifestyle, and gains. I’ve been at a plateau for three months now. Arms are 18"

I want to continue to stay lean throughout the cycle, hence the daily cardio and clean diet (see below). I lost ten lbs just from adding cardio to every workout, and spreading out the time between my meals. I was eating fairly clean, but NOT PERFECT. Luckily with the loss of ten lbs. came no loss in strength. This past week I took a much needed deload week (have been in the gym for 5 days every week for over a year with no breaks…I hate off days) and started this diet:

Pre Workout: Cup of Oatmeal, Protein Shake
Post Workout: Protein Shake
45 min later: about 60g of carbs either through pasta or rice and 6 egg whites
2:00 pm: Can of tuna and mixed vegis
4:00 pm: 1 chicken breast and mixed vegis
6:00 pm: ½ lb. lean beef patty, no bread
8:00 pm: 1 chicken breast
10:00 pm: Cottage Cheese or Casein Shake

Now onto the cycle:
Weeks 1-4: 30mg dbol
Weeks 1-12: 500mg test e
Weeks 1-10: 175mg decca (low dose I know, mostly to help with joints, got it for free)
Weeks 1-12: Arimidex .5 EOD
Week 14-18: Clomid 50/50/50/50 (will run 100 first 3 days)

Previous Cycle Experience:
-Pmag, Alpha-One Bridge, tamox pct
- Mdrol, torem pct
Went through both with pretty much no sides. MINOR back pumps on pmag alpha one, gained small amount of back acne on mdrol. Gained 20lbs on the mdrol and kept every pound, strength decreased very little after post.

Will post pre cycle pics this weekend.

Thanks guys, ya wont be disappointed :)

deloading sucks...couldn't make myself stay out of the gym today so I ran 5.5 mi in 30 min on the eliptical and did some abs, forearms, and calves.

lift went well today, forgot to bring my notebook so I couldn't log the lifts :( deadlifted 365 for 6 though, first time attempting anything over 315.

pics will be posted tmo

also, measured the arms today, sitting at a nice 18"

Today's the off day :( I just want to crush the gym! Still got the sore shoulder, but as long ad I dont train shoulders the day after pinning ill be able to lift through it. Going to hit em hard tommorow then pin directly after i shower post workout.

Felt like a million bux in the gym today! Not sure if the dbols kickin or if its a placebo effect but either way works for me. Lifts were as follows...

Thursday: Shoulders
Seated BB Military Press: 135x12, 155x10, 175x8,185x6... didn't go up in weight but I was literally manhandling this ****. Needed slight assistance for 185 last week, this week I did em extremely slow and controlled, spotter didn't need to touch the bar.
Seated DB Press: 80x10,80x8, 70x10, 70x10
Smith machine 1 plate burnouts (bench 2 notches down from 90 degrees): 135x24, 135x20
Seated DB Front Raises: 30x12, 30x12, 35x12, 35x12

wow this day cant get any better. good lift, first day of spring, AND I just landed my first big boy job at an architectural firm. Looks like its going to be nothing but work,eat,lift,sleep for this guy.

Just pinned myself for the first time, had a buddy do it last time. All in all it went ok, a little shaky when aspirating hence a lil post injection soreness. I'm comfortable knowing I can do it myself tho, hit the quad this time.

Wow, PIP in the quad is way less painful! Still sore but nothing like the delt. Still probably going to save leg day for tommorow so I can hit em as hard as possible. Looks like a glorious arm day for me :)

Felt a little tired waking up the past two days, almost like I was hung over...but I didn't drink. No big deal, just a side note.

Arms went like this:

Floor Press: 135x10, 225x5, 225x5, 225x5, 225x5
Skull Crushers: 70lb. EZbar for sets of 16. Did a set for each notch on the bench, from 90 degrees all the way to flat. (total of about 8 sets I think?)
V Bar Push Down: 135x16, 165x12, 180x10, 180x10
Single Hand Cable Extension/ super set body weight dips: 27.5x10, 22.5x12,22.5x12
Alternate DB Curls: 35x14, 40x12, 45x12, 50x8
EZbar Preacher Curl: 110x10, 110x10, 110x10, 70x20
One Hand DB Hammer Preacher Curl: 35x14, 35x14, 40x10, 27.5x20

Joints are good, I'm a stubborn bastard when it comes to volume. I've been told I can get away with doing less, but this is the only way I leave the gym feeling like I tore up that body part. I like to feel a little sore the next day. Not excruciating pain, but more of a "damn, I killed back yesterday" kinda thing. Only joint pain I ever get is during skull crushers, and its only for the first two sets. After that I'm good to go.

Just remember your muscle is going to outgrow your connective tissue when you're on, esp with a heavier cycle, so it's much easier to get hurt.

I like fst-7 with short rest time (1 min on working, 30 sec on 7 sets) with huge weight and keeping sets to 12-18 per day for growing while on, worked for phil :) (albeit he'd do two workout sessions with a diff body part a day)

It's a workout designed by Hany Rambod that phil heath and others used. I use it as a 5 day split when off and 6 day split (each body part 2x) when on.

Pick the highest weight you can do at each working set.

Mon: Chest/back

Incline bench 12, 10, 8 reps
Incline fly 12, 10, 8 reps
Flat bb bench 12, 10, 8 reps

One arm bb row 12, 10, 8 reps
Weighted pull-up 12, 10, 8 reps
High machine row 12, 10, 8 reps

Pec deck 7 x 12 reps with 30 sec rest between sets

Sounds like pretty high volume but the 7 sets are for pump only so less than you'd think, only 18 heavy weight working sets a day.

I might try this out in a week or so and do the six day split. I gotta figure out how my lifts go with my new work schedule before I change anything up. The 7 sets seem intense.

I recently changed up my routine from the classic chest tri, back bi, shoulders traps, legs. I found that once I isolated each workout to one muscle group, I hit parts of that muscle that I never got when working two muscles a day.

I like the 5 day split personally where I go chest, legs, arms, back, shoulders. I'll typically take two rest days or one where ill just go in and hit lagging body parts. The six day split is pretty insane.

The nice thing about FST is that you can really stack the weight on the working sets, just do as much as you can while maintaining good mind-muscle connection, because you know you'll get an awesome pump from the 7 set. Make sure you drink lots of water during the 7 set or intra workout or whatever bc it's easy to cramp from the pump esp on calves, when you're on, it's like a bsck pump but you can get it anywhere with how intense the pump is haha.

Feeling BEASTLY. Been mad busy with the new job but ill post up the lifts from chest and back day shortly. No sign of sides yet, hope it stays that way. Up six lbs so far, looks like im holding the same bf%. Cant wait for the test to kick, dbols def doin work though.

Got arms today, favorite day of the week.

12 Days in, 6 lbs up. Hoping the dbol gives me super human strength within the next two weeks. I am contemplating upping the dose to 50 mg ED next week. It looks like I have been holding the same bf, but I have more vascularity in my arms. Starting to see a bicep vein that I never had before, and the shoulder vein is looking thick.

All is well, today marks the start of the fourth week and the last week of dbol. Im going to post lifts every two weeks, every day seems a little excessive.

It's happened to the best of us. Once in a great while I'll hit a spot that will spray our blood and oil. I'm not 100 sure why it happens. Just hit a bad spot.

Yea figured it was normal...wasnt much gear, just one drop about the size of a pencil eraser. In other news, got 205 for 5 on bb military press today! I want 225 for reps so bad.

Officially six weeks of pins done. Feeling great, no sides as of yet. As far as strength goes, def way up. Im also up ten lbs.

Most recent important lifts, no need to post the whole workout although im staying with the same routine.

Deadlift. Got 405 for 4 yesterday felt great
Squat. 275 for 8, easy. Finally going to sack up and throw 315 on there next week.
Bench. Repping 275 for six after 4 workig sets, then inlining the 100lb dbells for 4 sets of ten.
Bb military press. Reppin 205 for six after three working sets. Going to see what happens at 225 next week. I would feel like a beastttt with two plates on there

Cant wait to how much better this gets every week.

little bit of an update guys.

Not going to lie, expected a little more from this cycle. Strength continues to go up, that's not the problem, but I feel like I don't look much different. Most of the changes I saw in my appearance were during the first five weeks while on dbol. I shot from 175 to 185... on the sixth week i dropped down to 183 and have consistently weighed the same since. Like I said my strength is consistently going up, thats not the problem.

As far as sides.... Acne, its coming, shoulders and back flare up, gets bad some days, looks clear others. Back pumps are gone, only had em early on in the cycle. Now this is whats scaring me. My nips have not been sensitive, sore, or puffy at all....but i feel hard lumpy mass behind them. I don't think im over exaggerating or just psyching myself out, I did this once on a PH and came to the conclusion i was just feeling my nip lol. This time its different, i can feel the hard lumps clearly.

By looking at my chest, I don't physically see the gyno, I don't have any soreness, itchiness, or sensitivity. I have been running .25 Adex ED throughout the cycle. Im worried about whats going to happen when I come off. As of now, I only have clomid on hand for pct. Should grab nolva also? Or raloxifene? My buddy also has letro that he wouldn't mind giving to me. What should I do boys?

Anyways, just pinned week 9's test, three more weeks to go. I will post up some numbers at the end of the week. Deadlift is retarted right now, well for me anyways, put up 475 easy...going to attempt 500 by the end of this.

Add letro and ralox and see if it gets smaller or goes away. Obviously the smartest thing to do if it is actually gyno is stop.

seems like the lumps are actually subsiding. hit the tanning bed twice and the acne has also been greatly decreased.
