Is there anyway to maintain testicle size on Testosterone?

If one was to run TRT or long-term cycles would there be any compound to prevent testicular atrophy? (shrinkage) Would clomid on cycle keep testicles larger or would that be to useless and contradictory? What about HCG? Can someone explain this in detail please. There's got to be some secret way to maintain testicle size when using anabolics...also do they shrink (disappear) completely on long term cycles at low to moderate dosages?

I have run 2 short 10 week test cycles 2 years apart using aromasin throughout along with hcg clomid/nolva during pct. I also ran several turinabol only cycles in between using clomid/nolva pct only.
