I am on my PCT right now, i have 3 more weeks and i'm planning on starting up either in april or 1st of may. i just finished an epi/halo stack and i had very good results.

bench went from 325 to 365
squat went from 405 to 500
dead lift went from 495 to 550

i am 6ft and starting weight was 264 i peaked at 271 and i've come down to 255 now and i'm getting more ripped as i bust through cardio everyday at the end of my workouts. i am going to hit the beach in july and i want to be a monster what is the most aggresive PH that will help me gain and look great for the beach?
