    bare with me haha

    25 years old
    5'10
    250 lbs
    15-18%

    running Iron Flex Sten-zine
    2x per day 2 weeks
    3x per day 4 weeks

    Lecheek cycle armour all 6 weeks
    lecheek pct
    clomid

    have used the old super DMZ before got good results from it

    been using the Sten-Zine for 2 weeks now
    the last couple works out really started to feel it..pumps are crazy..strength is up a little bit..weight is up 6lbs

    trying to drop bf%... diet is in check...i touch any carbs and put on weight haha

    Protein: 300 grams
    fat: 75 grams
    carbs: 75 grams

    will start posting my work outs after todays lift

    all i can say is so far so good...sten-zine seems to be doing the trick (best value around)

    already thinking about what im going to get from iron flex next

  5. Had a delt work out last night

    added almost 10lbs on my DB Press

    100lbs x12
    115lbs x8
    125lbs x6
    125lb x5
    115lbs x6

    Military behind the head press
    135lbs x20
    185lbs x8
    195lbs x5
    185lbs x5
    185lbs x5

    did my front rear and sides laterals...but who cares about those numbers

    had a little bit of problems getting down all my food yesterday (no appetite)....had an extra shake to reach my numbers

    back and traps work out tonight...post numbers tomorrow

    time to go eat and grow

    Looks like a good session to me.. May need to take a look at your cycle support and water intake if your appetite doesn't come back.. Let us know if it continues and keep smashing the weights

  9. When I was on stenzine, it wreaked havoc on my liver! After a week my urine was like a dark milky piss.. Lol sounds terrible but it was. Also, I had ZERO appetite.

    still having a little bit of problems with eating..

    strength is going up...did a back work out last night

    overhand barbell row

    dumbbell rows
    135lbs 5 sets of 10
    biggest dumbbells my gym has

    plus did some cable rows/pulldowns/chins

    Pumps is crazy

    veins in my chest after a back work out haha

    just need to get some more food in me

    My strength is up a little bit
    my strength is lasting my whole work out

    still not much of an appitiate..having more shakes then i would like but you do what you gotta do

    iv had elbows problems for a couple years but im trying to work around it

    and one night of carb loading

    Last cycle went great, my computer crashed sorry for no updates

    I ended up running the Sten Zine at 30mg a day for 6 weeks

    got strong

    got a couple nice comments from people.. Eww, why are you so big, that dosnt look normal

    nothing better then that !!

    Got a new cycle coming up...pretty sure im going to run sten zine again with some Halo

    possible T-Stane

    but 100% iron flex, stuff is legit at a great price !

    ill post a link with the new thread once its up
