Been a while boys but I'm back in full effect! Dipped into pro hormones for a while, but now it's time, time to kill....

Goal: Lean Bulk and break PR's ( I'm done with dirty bulking)

Week 1-4 LGI SD Kicker
Week 1-12 test c 400mg

Gonna keep this simple boys and get to the point

Age- 35 I think
Weight- 195lbs am
Body Fat- Who knows (you guess by porn pic) Career- strength training since I was 14 or so.

First pin Sunday December 1. Pinning delts suggested by neighbor across the street. Sounds gay but may let him do first one lol ( can't fuggin wait). Goal as I stated is a lean bulk. I'm done with eating everything and anything under the sun to get big. Gonna be as strict as possible and get yoked. Don't care about the scale, but figure 15lbs lean and a few lbs fat due to excess calorie should be about right. Pro hormones made me feel like crap especially SD by itself even with stano etc.. so it's time to take the plunge. Hopefully the test will mitigate the mental sides of SD for the first few weeks then ride this one out. I've been know to lift heavy weights for my size and want to break some PR's. I'm the guy who can also bench as much as I can squat due to back and knee injuries, but have recently worked hard to develop these body parts and make them healthy.

Ex:

PR Bench: 460 Raw
PR Squat Bad Form 405 for 6 back in the day not really accurate
Deads: 475 for 1
Seated military: 275 for 4

Going to go heavy this winter and try to stay as lean as possible!!!

Day 1:

Morning weight 196.4

First popping cherry pin of 200mg later today when I get the right opportunity lol. Keeping this a secret from wife and two kids of course. Off Xmas tree shopping in a few.

No chance to hit gym as it closes at 2pm and will prob be decorating tree

Well, it's official, 1" needle of 200mg in the delt. Nervous as hell, but once halfway in dug a bit more till I buried it and slowly administered. Slight pain, no blood. Win win so far.

HERE WE GO!!!

I think the hardest part about it was pulling out the test with a 25g needle and getting rid of bubbles. There was still a couple tiny ones but seemed to have gone away once I plunged

Just point needle up and slowly push till bubbles are gone. Works like a charm. I actually put bubbles in me to be honest. I don't like to be it's happens. I'm still alive and didn't notice any ill effects

Thanks for the advice Tony, will try this Thursday. Just made a bunch of food for the week including: -Tuna fish good for 5 sandwiches -Whole wheat pasta and a bunch of meatballs -peanut butter balls with quinoa -Now making tuna, potatoes, onions, olives in olive oil for dinner and some extra for the week. Can't wait to start SD tomorrow 20mg/day and hit Chest after work.

Sounds like a fun cycle. I'm pinning Trest Ace and Msten right now. Talk about a cut. By the mirror I've dropped 1-2% bf in 9 days. Of course I'm tracking calories and not way over shooting but I am topping 4k calories/day every couple days. I just go low carb for 3-4 days, like 100-150 and then tank up and to keeping metabolism scary!

Lol dude cut is always awesome to me. Look bigger ripped than fat and if you have cuts it shows through shirts. Plus it's been 65-70 degrees here every day so always short sleeves. But my cutting has been involving pizza. Lots of it. I think it's the tricking my system with low carbs then high carbs, then some days no carbs till noon. Yeah that meal looks healthy!

I usually leave a bubble in mine so it pushes all gear out and away from pin

Day 2:

2nd dose of 10mg SD and some jack3d. Now time to hit some chest.

Shoulder still a bit tender from popping my cherry yesterday but we will get through it. Can't wait to this starts to get real in a few weeks!

Don't have much time to detail this log, just basics. Felt motivated at the gym knowing that I'll be conquering the world in the next 12 weeks.

Focusing on strength and size for this one varying rep range but would like to focus on 5's for core exercises and 6-10 for others.

Flat bar press:

135x15 2 sets
225x10 1 set
275x6 1 set
315x5 1 set
275x7 1set

Then onto incline dumbs 3 sets ending at 90's for 10

Next incline flys ending at 60's for 8

Then some cable flys and flat machine presses for burnout. Also some abs in between.

This is weak for me but got to start this up somewhere

Strange how the time zone changed by itself. It's been a while since I've been in here, so maybe some update caused this phenomenon!

Anyway back to business:

Left delt still a bit sore from first pin. I assume this is normal to my virgin muscles. No bruising, just a bit sore and sometimes shoots down my arm. As I am writing this, it feels much better. Going to pin right delt Thursday, can't wait lol!!

Back today had a ton of energy and focused. Like I said in the beginning I need to work on my weaknesses and don't want my bench to be stronger than my squat or dead lift so ended up 405 for 3 on last set. Didn't want to push it as I had torn a hamstring last year going heavy so warm to and gradual increases is the way.

Ate well today with plenty of carbs and protein. Not counting calories (don't have time) but making sure I am in surplus without gaining fat.

SD usually hits me pretty quick and can usually feel a more noticeable pump by the end of the first week or early second week. Not quite there yet but today's workout gave good signs of things to come.

Day 5: 198lbs (was 195 previous two days) SD is kicking in at least with some glycogen/water. Feel more full already and about to hit shoulders/bis/tris then come home and eat, then another 200mg's in the delt.

I'm assuming it's the test but last two days I've been horney as hell and can't fall asleep at night. This maybe the jack3d being consumed at 6pm. Will test that hypothesis today as I'm working out in am.

When I last ran test this was a problem. It wasn't shard to control my thoughts to be truthful. It's not even fun being so horny that you can hardly think about work and everyday life. Especially being married.

Gonna have to practice self control I guess. I started humping my wife's leg yesterday and she was very confused.

Well, I must say SD is showing through. No strength gains yet but endurance was good today. Also had a bit of a pump going on

Hit seated military press back supported and ended with 2 sets 185x8

Close Grip bench got 275 for 4 no spot. May have had 1-2 more with spot.

Day 8:

202.6 + 7.6lbs

Feeling energized with no signs of lethargy or bad sides from the SD. I used to be a load on SD starting about week 2, but hopefully the test combats it. I should see my strength take a leap this week and start turning heads in the gym.

Hitting up back today again starting out with deads, then 200mg into the delt afterwards.

Diets been ok. Starting to feel more hungry and getting plenty of calories. Cheated last night and made a chix patty sandwich with a few chips, but back in track today.

I feel like I am writing this as a diary for myself!

Let's get some support in here, noob pinner!!!!

Thanks JC!! Huge day for me today. Absolutely killed it. Feelin ON' already.

Warmed up on bike for a few minutes then on to deads

Ended up 405 for 4 with great form. Prob could have done 5-6 but gym was cold, just opened.

Then killed standing dumbbell rows ended up 110's for 8 strict.

I know I'm feeling the aggression now. There was this middle aged guy chillin next to the cable machine with the rope in his hand texting on his phone. I wanted the rope to do face pulls for an ender. I was so agitated that the dude was holding it and doing nothing else. Just wanted to rip it out of his hands and go bout my business. I practiced self control and grabbed a straight bar and did high rows on bench :)

This is gettin real gentlemen!!!!

Yeah maybe with my right hand lol! Wife's been working a lot, so she's been too tired. Maybe I'll catch a break tonight but that means do all household chores. I think its worth it.

Good question on pin location. Just pinned left delt for the 2nd time 7 days apart and notice the original mark is still there. May have to move to quads so I don't have train tracks, then wife asking me "what are those marks on your shoulders"?

I chose delts since I'm on my feet all day as an automotive service manager so it felt delts was the best spot and not glutes or quads. Any advice here, I'm all ears...

I rotate glutes and quads. Quads are easiest but as far as mobility and post injection pain glutes the way to go for me. I am on my feet all day too so I hit glutes as much as I can

I may try the old ass muscle next since I am a pro injector now :). I only got 1" syringes so not sure if that will go deep enough. I assume it should

It all depends on the amount of fat storage there. I use 1" and it works fine. I'm getting into the muscle maybe 7/8"

On a side note, hearts been pounding out my chest after today's workout. Took my blood pressure and heart rate. Was 120 over 82 spot on and 91 beats per minute a bit high. Need to be carefull taking Jack3d original with both AAS's. Will be monitoring this. I'm assuming this has been my issue at night getting to sleep with my evening workouts.

Yes could have something to do with getting to sleep. I stopped pre workouts and just starting using coffee and then had to stop that because I would be up until 1 or 2 in the morning. I wish I could workout in the am but with kids and my schedule it just doesn't workout.

That's interesting. I took 4 scoops of that stuff. For r me tho, my diet makes a huge difference. If I have carbs at just the right time, sometimes my heart rate goes out of town. Also morning workouts make me almost pass out. Something about getting out of bed, eating breakfast and then working out a couple hours later, well it's too much shock to my body and CNS. In the afternoon I'm totally at ease with a hard core workout
