Been a while boys but I'm back in full effect! Dipped into pro hormones for a while, but now it's time, time to kill....

Weight- 195lbs am
Body Fat- Who knows (you guess by porn pic) Career- strength training since I was 14 or so.
First pin Sunday December 1. Pinning delts suggested by neighbor across the street. Sounds gay but may let him do first one lol ( can't fuggin wait). Goal as I stated is a lean bulk. I'm done with eating everything and anything under the sun to get big. Gonna be as strict as possible and get yoked. Don't care about the scale, but figure 15lbs lean and a few lbs fat due to excess calorie should be about right. Pro hormones made me feel like crap especially SD by itself even with stano etc.. so it's time to take the plunge. Hopefully the test will mitigate the mental sides of SD for the first few weeks then ride this one out. I've been know to lift heavy weights for my size and want to break some PR's. I'm the guy who can also bench as much as I can squat due to back and knee injuries, but have recently worked hard to develop these body parts and make them healthy.
Ex:
PR Bench: 460 Raw
PR Squat Bad Form 405 for 6 back in the day not really accurate
Deads: 475 for 1
Seated military: 275 for 4
Going to go heavy this winter and try to stay as lean as possible!!!
