First cycle

So im new on here. ive been lifting for a few years but i want more results, so the question is whats the best to use for a first cycle and what other supplements/vitamins do i need to take along with it and what is the best post cycle routine?

what are your stats? (age/height/weight/bf estimate) and what are your goals/reasons for wanting to use enhancements?

50 - 75 mgs for 4-6 weeks

or

epi 40-50mgs 4-6 weeks
liver assist xt or cel cycle assist during the cycle

pct w serm
clomi 50/25/25/25
with option of cel pct assist or daa

pct w/o serm
inhibit e 3/2/2/1
with cel pct assist or daa
optional reduce xt

both are pretty decent.

Im 22 5'11" 197 pounds and i have real need to be huge except i want it and its not happening doing all natural stuff

Do you eat like a big guy or do you just wing it with your diet?

I eat alot and keep it semi healthy like i use ground turkey instead of ground beef lots of chicken snack on veggies all day brown rice wheat noodles

you're gonna want to be measuring your foods, otherwise drugs / supps are just a waste of $$
