no biggie, waist is another 1/8" smaller since 2 days ago. legs/bi's were yesterday. went rather well. all lifts up by a good 20lbs or so on legs. bi's went up a few reps here and there.
PCT issue: apparently, sldge has backed out of the rebound/lean extreme hookup. 3 pm's and 1 email have not been answered in regards to it. went to nutraplanet to buy them this morning, rebound is gone. not sure on the timeline to get more in. thinking about buying some lean extreme anyway and run it alongside nolva and clomid for a month. then for the 2nd month, i'd run a bottle of camphibolic for the hell of it. i figure it'll help me lean out some more and it sure wouldn't hurt the gains from what i've read on feedback so far. if ya'll have any suggestions, lay it on me.
edit: bb.com still has some rebound, i'll go there and continue as planned originally.
Sounds like things are still going well. That waist keeps getting smaller and smaller. The Rebound/Lean Xtreme for PCT interests me. I was going to go with LX/GXR, but opted to use the cAMPH since I have a couple bottles already.

looks like i've got a couple ml's of oil left so it'll run a few days longer, it ain't much though. got all my PCT stuff in so that's ready to go. planning to bump cals up slightly but nothing as crazy as some do. probably increase carbs by 50-75 grams ed, protein by 20-30 grams. i'll adjust as necessary.

not too shabby. i feel like i wasted the first month trying to figure the diet thing out. at the end of month 1, i had only lost 0.5" since the start from my waist. it's cool though, at least i got it figured out for future reference.
side effects: while shooting ED, i experienced no sides. during the last 3 weeks of the cycle, i changed to EOD and had acne breakouts and sleep loss. it wasn't horrible. i will still stick to EOD next time as well. the ED shots get to be a pain rather quickly.
PCT plans: i'll be keeping another PCT log with the new rebound/lean extreme products. started last night. during the cycle, i had a gyno flareup that wouldn't go away even when taking 100mgs nolva ed. didn't get worse, didn't get better. i swear since i took 1 rebound last night, the gyno is smaller, almost non-existant. also, during PCT, i will be shooting IGF directly into my calves, in hopes that there is some localized benefit. i will shoot 25mcg's in each calf everyday, for a total of 50mcg's ed, alternating between outer head and inner head on the appropriate day. cuffs and glen, it may be the answer we're looking for. anywho, that's it. thanks to all for following (even certain powerlifters that have 19.5" bull calves even though he doesn't train them)

i will be following the IGF into your calves part of the log VERY closely ... although i still imagine that's gotta hurt injecting into such a relatively small and very dense muscle ... luckily you'll make a fine guinea pig
