30 years old 6ft 195lb 12% bf My first cycle was test 500 (2xweek) deca 250 (2xweek) wini 50mg (per day). I did this for 16 weeks. Pre cycle I was 185 lb and 19% bf, I finished cycle 205 lb and 10% bf. I know there are a few hazards with this first cycle, and I don't plan to repeat them. I need help with what changes I should make to my second cycle to maximize gains. My goal is 215 lb and 9% bf (I know I need diet modifications, but for the purpose of this thread, let's focus on gear. Experience people please help me figure this out?
